一种用于实现工业相机(102)对焦的方法(200),工业相机(102)固定在可移动的机器人(101)上,包括:以第一步长移动机器人(101)来捕获目标物体(105)的第一目标图像(S201);确定第一ROI图像(S202);评估第一ROI图像以生成第一多个清晰度值(S203);基于第一多个清晰度值,确定单峰搜索方向(S204);根据单峰搜索方向,以第二步长移动机器人(101)来捕获目标物体(105)的第二目标图像(S205);确定第二ROI图像(S206);评估第二ROI图像以生成第二多个清晰度值(S207);基于第一多个清晰值中的一部分和第二多个清晰值的一部分,估计对焦最清晰位置(S208)。实现了工业相机(102)快速准确的自动对焦,无需人工参与,有效提高了现场工作效率,并且可灵活地适用于安装的多种工业相机(102)及镜头,从而有效地降低了现场成本。
