According to the audio sending method provided by the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the audio sending device is not operated, a speaker is not required to speak again, other participants can also receive the content spoken by the speaker, time and labor are saved, and conference efficiency is greatly improved. For the sake of understanding the present application, a detailed description of an audio transmission method provided in the present application is first provided, where the execution body of the embodiment of the present application may be a processor or a controller of the target terminal, so that the following audio transmission method may be executed by the processor or the controller, and of course, other servers and other servers may also be used.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of an audio transmission method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, where specific steps include S101 to S103.
S101, acquiring role information of a target terminal and operation information of an audio transmitting device of the target terminal.
In the case of performing an online conference, in the process of performing the online conference, there are situations that a plurality of participants take turns speaking, that is, the role information of the terminals corresponding to different participants is different, for example, the role information of the terminals corresponding to the speakers includes that the terminals are audio sending terminals, and the role information of the terminals corresponding to the non-speakers includes that the terminals are audio receiving terminals.
Also, in order to ensure that the collected audio information of the terminals can be received by the receiving end, audio transmitting means such as a speaker, a signal transmitting device, etc. are provided on each of the terminals for transmitting the audio information.
In a specific implementation, a terminal corresponding to each participant can be used as a target terminal, and role information of the target terminal and operation information of an audio transmitting device of the target terminal are acquired for each target terminal. The role information includes that the target terminal is an audio sending end or an audio receiving end, and the operation information of the audio sending device of the target terminal includes that the operation state of the audio sending device is not operated or is in operation.
S102, processing the audio information acquired by the target terminal based on the role information and the operation information to obtain text information.
After character information of the target terminal and operation information of the audio transmitting device are acquired, processing audio information acquired by the target terminal based on the character information and the operation information to obtain text information.
Optionally, when the audio information collected by the target terminal is processed based on the role information and the operation information to obtain the text information, determining whether the target terminal is an audio transmitting end based on the role information and whether the operation state of the audio transmitting device is not operated based on the operation information, and then processing the audio information collected by the target terminal to obtain the text information when the target terminal is determined to be the audio transmitting end and the operation state of the audio transmitting device is not operated.
The target terminal is provided with an audio acquisition device, such as a microphone, a pickup and the like, so that audio information corresponding to the target terminal is acquired through the audio acquisition device.
S103, sending text information.
After the target terminal obtains the text information, the text information is sent, so that even if the audio sending device is not operated, a speaker is not required to speak again, other participants can receive the content spoken by the speaker, time and labor are saved, and conference efficiency is greatly improved.
As one example, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a method for determining whether a target terminal is an audio sender based on character information, wherein specific steps include S201 to S203.
S201, acquiring the working content corresponding to the target terminal in the current time period.
S202, it is determined whether the target terminal belongs to the speaking side based on the work content.
S203, if the terminal belongs to the audio source terminal, determining the target terminal as the audio source terminal.
In a specific implementation, when role information of a target terminal is acquired, working content corresponding to the target terminal in a current time period is acquired first, wherein the working content comprises a participant corresponding to the target terminal, identity information of the participant, agenda information of a meeting to which the target terminal belongs, content currently displayed by the target terminal and the like.
And then, determining whether the target terminal belongs to the speaking side based on the working content, and if so, determining that the target terminal is an audio sending end. For example, in the case that the identity information of the participant corresponding to the target terminal is a presenter, determining that the target terminal belongs to the speaking side; when the content currently displayed by the target terminal is the speech content, it is determined that the target terminal belongs to the speech side or the like.
Fig. 3 shows a flowchart of a method for processing audio information collected by a target terminal to obtain text information, where specific steps include S301-S303.
S301, under the condition that the target terminal collects the audio information, working content corresponding to the target terminal in the current time period is obtained.
S302, determining whether the audio information accords with the working content by carrying out semantic analysis on the audio information and the working content.
S303, processing the audio information to obtain text information when the audio information accords with the working content.
And further determining whether the target terminal collects the audio information or not under the condition that the target terminal is determined to be an audio transmitting end and the running state of the audio transmitting device is determined to be not running.
After the target terminal is determined to acquire the audio information, working content corresponding to the target terminal in the current time period is acquired, and then semantic analysis is carried out on the audio information and the working content so as to determine whether the audio information accords with the working content. For example, the audio information is divided into a plurality of first fields and the working content is divided into a plurality of second fields, then whether the same or similar first fields and second fields exist is screened, and if the same or similar first fields and second fields reach the preset number, the audio information is determined to be in accordance with the working content, and the like.
And under the condition that the audio information accords with the working content, processing the audio information to obtain the text information. As one example, when processing audio information to obtain textual information, the audio information is converted into fields, where the fields are one or more. And then, carrying out semantic processing on the fields to determine that the processed fields are text information, wherein the semantic processing comprises deletion, induction and summarization, for example, deleting the fields without substantial meaning (such as words of language and gas, etc.), combining a plurality of fields with similar semantics to summarize into new fields, etc. Of course, the fields in the text information may also be one or more.
Alternatively, text information is sent according to the method flow chart shown in fig. 4, wherein the specific steps include S401 and S402.
S401, monitoring the operation state of an audio transmitting device of the target terminal.
And S402, when the running state of the audio transmitting device is running, transmitting the text information to other terminals and/or transmitting the text information in a broadcast mode, wherein the other terminals are in communication connection with the target terminal.
In a specific implementation, a monitoring device (such as a monitoring switch, a processor, a controller, etc.) of the target terminal monitors the operation state of the audio transmission device of the target terminal in real time, that is, monitors whether the audio transmission device of the target terminal is turned on.
When the running state of the audio transmitting apparatus is determined to be running, that is, the audio transmitting apparatus is turned on, the text information is directly transmitted to other terminals, so that the other terminals can receive the text information. The communication connection between the other terminal and the target terminal may be pre-established or may be established in real time, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application, as long as the communication between the other terminal and the target terminal can be achieved.
The terminal which does not establish communication connection with the target terminal exists, and at this time, the target terminal sends the text information in a broadcast mode, so that the terminal which does not establish communication connection with the target terminal can be ensured to receive the text information.
In practical application, the text information can be sent to other terminals and/or sent in a broadcast mode, so that the text information can be received by both other terminals in communication connection with the target terminal and terminals which do not establish communication connection with the target terminal, namely, a speaker does not need to speak again, and other participants can also receive the content spoken by the speaker when the audio sending device does not operate.
In yet another example, the target terminal may automatically control the audio transmission apparatus to implement transmission of the text information, specifically, with reference to the method flowchart shown in fig. 5, the specific steps include S501-S503.
S501, controlling the operation state of the audio transmitting apparatus of the target terminal, switching from the non-operation to the operation.
S502, displaying the text information to a user corresponding to the target terminal, so that the user can determine the target information from the text information.
And S503, transmitting the target information to other terminals and/or transmitting the target information in a broadcast mode, wherein the other terminals are in communication connection with the target terminal.
In a specific implementation, when the target terminal is determined to be an audio transmitting end, the operation state of the audio transmitting apparatus is not operated, and the audio information accords with the working content, the target terminal may update the operation state of the audio transmitting apparatus, that is, control the operation state of the audio transmitting apparatus to switch from the non-operation state to the operation state.
And simultaneously, displaying the text information to a user corresponding to the target terminal, so that the user can determine the target information from the text information, and then, transmitting the target information to other terminals and/or transmitting the target information in a broadcast mode, wherein the target information also comprises one or more fields. Therefore, the information related to the conference in the text information, namely the target information, can be sent to other terminals and/or broadcast, and the information unrelated to the conference is prevented from being sent out; meanwhile, the user corresponding to the target terminal can correct the text information, and the situations of wrongly written characters, grammar errors and the like in the text information are avoided.
Based on the same inventive concept, the second aspect of the present application further provides an audio transmitting apparatus corresponding to the audio transmitting method, and since the principle of solving the problem of the audio transmitting apparatus in the present application is similar to that of the audio transmitting method described in the present application, the implementation of the electronic device may refer to the implementation of the method, and the repetition is omitted.
