The terminal device may be, but is not limited to, a smart phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, a desktop computer, etc., and the terminal device and the server may be directly or indirectly connected through wired or wireless communication, which is not limited herein, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S101, when at least two file materials of a target case are received, determining the dispute type of the case and the material type of the at least two file materials.
For the embodiment of the application, when at least two file materials of a case are received, the dispute type corresponding to the case and the material type of the at least two file materials are determined, so that whether the received at least two file materials are complete or not can be judged according to the dispute type of the case. At least two file materials are recorded, complaint, original identity card copies and reported identity card copies, and the dispute type is financial borrowing contract disputes.
In the embodiment of the application, the at least two file materials can be paper file materials received under the line by a court staff for scanning and uploading, and can also be electronic version files received on the line for uploading directly. Since the text writing format or content contained in each document material is different, it is possible to identify the distribution of the content in at least two document materials and to determine the type of material to which the document material corresponds to the specific content. For example, the prosecution must include the text of "original notice", "reported", "litigation request" and "facts and reasons", and the "original notice", "reported", "litigation request" and "facts and reasons" are a single line.
Step S102, determining a target material type corresponding to the dispute type from a preset material type library.
The preset material type library comprises a plurality of target material types, and each target material type corresponds to a dispute type.

For the embodiment of the application, whether the received at least two file materials are complete or not is judged according to the type of the target material, so that whether the at least two file materials can be used for manufacturing the case-setting data packet or not is judged.
Step S104, determining file materials to be extracted corresponding to the cases based on the first judgment result.
For the embodiment of the application, according to the first judgment result, the file material to be extracted, which is possibly used for making the case-setting data packet, is determined so as to facilitate the follow-up verification of whether the data contained in the file material to be extracted is true, and further judge whether the file material to be extracted can be used for making the case-setting data packet.
Step S105, extracting target data from the file material to be extracted.
For the embodiment of the application, the target data is extracted from the file material to be extracted, so that the authenticity of the target data can be judged conveniently, and whether the file material to be extracted can be used for making a case-setting data packet is judged. Further, in the embodiment of the application, when the target data is extracted from the file material to be extracted, the effect of extracting the target data in the file material to be extracted can be achieved by performing text recognition on the file material to be extracted. In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, step S104 includes step S1041 (not shown in the figure) and step S1042 (not shown in the figure) when determining the file material to be extracted corresponding to the target case based on the first determination result, where,
in step S1041, if the first determination result is yes, it is determined that at least two file materials are to be extracted.
For the embodiment of the application, when the first judgment result is yes, it is indicated that the received at least two file materials are complete, and the method can be used for manufacturing a standing case data packet, namely, the at least two file materials can be determined to be the file materials to be extracted, so that verification can be performed on the file materials to be extracted conveniently.
Step S1042, if the first judgment result is negative, determining the type of the material to be supplemented of the target case, outputting the type of the material to be supplemented, and when receiving the supplementary document material corresponding to the type of the material to be supplemented, determining the supplementary document material and at least two document materials as the document material to be extracted corresponding to the target case.
For the embodiment of the application, when the first judgment result is no, it is indicated that the received at least two file materials are incomplete, and part of the materials are missing, so that the file materials cannot be used for making the standing case data packet, therefore, the missing file materials and the material types to be supplemented in the at least two file materials can be determined according to the target material types and the material types, and the material types to be supplemented, which need to be supplemented, are output, so that the original notice or original lawyer corresponding to the target case can supplement the missing file materials according to the material types to be supplemented. When the supplementary document material corresponding to the type of the material to be supplemented is received, the supplementary document material and the document material to be extracted corresponding to the at least two document materials as the target case can be determined, so that the effect of determining the document material to be extracted corresponding to the case is achieved.
Further, if the supplementary document material corresponding to the type of the material to be supplemented is not received within the preset time, the original notice or the original lawyer may not receive the information that needs to supplement the document material. The type of material to be replenished may be output again to enable the original notice or original lawyer to view the information to be replenished to the file material.

In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S107 further includes step S108 (not shown in the figure), step S109 (not shown in the figure), and step S110 (not shown in the figure), where,
step S108, obtaining the generation time of the object case generation case-setting data packet.

Step S111, obtaining the case processing number, the case waiting number and the audience evaluation score corresponding to each mediator respectively.
The case processing number is the number of cases for processing disputes, and the mediation personnel are the personnel for processing the case which has been found.
For the embodiment of the application, the number of case processing is the number of cases for processing the dispute type. The dispute type of the target case is assumed to be financial borrowing contract disputes. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the number of cases processed by each mediator for financial borrowing contract disputes, and the number of unprocessed cases to be processed and the audience evaluation score of each mediator at present, so that each mediator can be scored according to the number of cases processed, the number of cases to be processed and the audience evaluation score, and the mediator suitable for processing target cases is selected.
Assuming that the cases corresponding to the mediation staff a are processed 10 cases, the cases to be processed are 2 cases and the people evaluation is divided into 95. The number of cases processed by the mediation staff b is 15, the number of cases to be processed is 5, and the audience evaluation is divided into 96.
Step S112, calculating the scores corresponding to the mediation staff respectively based on the case processing number, the case to be processed number, the people evaluation scores and the weights corresponding to the mediation staff respectively.
For the embodiment of the application, the weight corresponding to the number of cases to be processed is assumed to be 0.3, the weight corresponding to the number of cases to be processed is assumed to be 0.5, and the weight corresponding to the serious evaluation score is assumed to be 0.2. In the embodiment of the application, the more the case processing number is, the better the related knowledge of the dispute type case is mastered by the mediation staff, the more the processing experience is, the more the case is suitable to be processed, the less the amount to be processed is, the more the mediation staff can start to process the case earlier, the people evaluation is divided into evaluation scores of the mediation staff by the original staff and the reported staff after the case is processed, the higher the score is, the higher the satisfaction degree of the people to the mediation staff is, the better the capability of the mediation staff to process the emotion and the relation of the people is, and the score corresponding to the mediation staff a is calculated to be 21 points and the score corresponding to the mediation staff b is calculated to be 21.2 points by taking the step S111 as an example.
In step S113, the reconciliation staff with the highest score is determined as the reconciliation staff corresponding to the target case.
For the embodiment of the present application, taking step S113 as an example, it may be determined that the mediation staff b is a mediation staff corresponding to the target case, so that the target case can be processed in a shorter time and the processing effect is better.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, step S113 further includes step S114 (not shown in the figure), step S115 (not shown in the figure), and step S116 (not shown in the figure), where,
step S114, when detecting that the case processing number of the moderator corresponding to the target case does not reach the preset number, determining litigation requests corresponding to the dispute types from a preset statistical table.
For the embodiment of the application, the preset number is the case processing number set in advance, and is used as a standard for judging whether the mediation personnel has better processing capability for processing the cases, and when the mediation personnel of the cases are determined, the mediation personnel need to consider not only the number of the cases processed by the mediation personnel but also whether the mediation personnel can process the cases faster, so that the situation that the processing capability of the mediation personnel corresponding to the cases for the cases is not better may exist, and the more the case processing number is, the more the experience of the mediation personnel for processing the dispute types is enough, and the related knowledge grasping capability is better. Therefore, when the case processing quantity of the mediation person corresponding to the target case does not reach the preset quantity, the case processing capability of the mediation person on the dispute type is poor, and litigation requests corresponding to the dispute type can be determined from the preset statistical table, so that the mediation person can know the historical litigation requests.
Step S115, obtaining relevant legal strips including dispute types.
For the embodiment of the application, the relevant laws and regulations corresponding to the dispute type are acquired, so that subsequent reconciliation staff can know laws and regulations corresponding to the dispute type, and clearly how to reconcile.
And step S116, outputting the related legal rules and litigation requests to terminal equipment corresponding to the mediation staff.
For the embodiment of the application, the related legal rules and litigation requests are output to the terminal equipment corresponding to the mediation staff, so that the effect of improving the processing capacity of the mediation staff on the cases is achieved.
Further, in the embodiment of the application, whether a staff member with weaker case processing capability exists at present can be judged by acquiring information such as the current time, whether a new staff member exists in a court staff system, the age of the new staff member and the like. Since there may be cases where students of law profession practice in court, etc. in graduation season of each year, it is possible to determine whether there is a worker with weak processing ability on a case according to the information of the current time, whether there is a new worker in the court worker system, and the age of the new worker, etc.
The above embodiment describes a case data management method from the viewpoint of a method flow, and the following embodiment describes a case data management apparatus 20 from the viewpoint of a virtual module or a virtual unit, and specifically, the following embodiment is described below.
The embodiment of the present application provides a case data management apparatus 20, as shown in fig. 2, the case data management apparatus 20 may specifically include:
a first determining module 201, configured to determine a dispute type of the target case and a material type of at least two file materials when receiving at least two file materials of the target case;
a second determining module 202, configured to determine a target material type corresponding to the dispute type from a preset material type library, where the preset material type library includes a plurality of target material types, and each target material type corresponds to the dispute type;
a first judging module 203, configured to judge whether the material types of at least two file materials are complete based on the target material types, so as to obtain a first judging result;
a third determining module 204, configured to determine, based on the first determination result, a file material to be extracted corresponding to the target case;
an extracting module 205, configured to extract target data from a file material to be extracted;
a second judging module 206, configured to judge whether the target data is real, so as to obtain a second judging result;
and a making module 207, configured to make a case setting data packet of the target case based on the second determination result.
By adopting the above technical scheme, when at least two kinds of file materials of a target case are received, it is explained that the target case is required to be subjected to a final case at present according to the at least two kinds of file materials, the dispute type of the target case and the material types included in the at least two kinds of file materials are determined through the first determining module 201, so that whether the file materials of the received target case are complete or not can be conveniently determined according to the material types, a preset material type library comprises a plurality of target material types, each target material type corresponds to the dispute type, the target material types which are identical to the dispute types of the target case are determined through the second determining module 202 from the preset material type library, whether the material types included in the at least two kinds of file materials are complete or not is determined through the first determining module 203, and a first determining result is obtained, so that a subsequent third determining module 204 can determine whether the file materials to be extracted corresponding to the target case are complete or not according to the first determining result, and therefore, the subsequent extracting module 205 can conveniently extract target data from the file materials to be extracted, and whether the second determining module 206 can conveniently make the data packet according to the first determining result, and the data packet is convenient for the data packet to be made according to the data packet to be conveniently made according to the data packet.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, when determining, based on the first determination result, the file material to be extracted corresponding to the target case, the third determining module 204 is specifically configured to:
if the first judgment result is yes, determining at least two file materials as file materials to be extracted;
if the first judgment result is negative, determining the type of the material to be supplemented of the target case, outputting the type of the material to be supplemented, and determining the supplementary document material and at least two document materials as the document materials to be extracted corresponding to the target case when the supplementary document materials corresponding to the type of the material to be supplemented are received.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, the second determining module 206 is configured to determine whether the target data is real, to obtain a second determination result, and specifically configured to:
when receiving comparison data uploaded by a interviewee corresponding to a target case, judging whether the comparison data is identical to the target data, wherein the data type of the comparison data is identical to the target data type;
if the first judgment result is the same, determining that the second judgment result is yes;
if the first judgment result is different, determining that the second judgment result is negative.
In one possible implementation manner of this embodiment of the present application, when the making module 207 makes the case-setting data packet of the target case based on the second determination result, the making module is specifically configured to:
If the second judgment result is yes, based on the target material to be extracted, preparing a case setting data packet of the target case;
if the second judgment result is negative, determining that the file material to be extracted containing the data type to be verified is the file material to be modified, outputting the file material to be modified, and when the modified file material corresponding to the file material to be modified is received, based on the modified file material and the target material to be extracted, making a case-setting data packet of the target case, wherein the target data to be verified is different from the reference data.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring the generation time of the case setting data packet generated by the target case;
the recognition module is used for carrying out character recognition on the prosecution to obtain litigation request, original notice information and reported person information corresponding to the target case;
the storage module is used for storing the generation time, the dispute type, the litigation request, the original notice information and the notice information into a preset statistical table.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the processing quantity of cases of dispute type processed by at least two reconciliation staff, the quantity of cases to be processed and the audience evaluation score;
The computing module is used for computing the scores of at least two mediation staff based on the processing quantity, the quantity of cases to be processed, the audience evaluation scores and the weights corresponding to the audience evaluation scores;
and the fourth determining module is used for determining the mediator with the highest score as the mediator corresponding to the case.
In one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present application, the apparatus 20 further includes:
a fifth determining module, configured to determine, from a preset statistics table, other cases with the same dispute type when it is detected that the number of the mediated persons corresponding to the target cases does not reach the preset number;
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring legal information including dispute types;
and the output module is used for outputting legal information and other cases to terminal equipment corresponding to the mediation staff.
It will be clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, specific working procedures of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to corresponding procedures in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
In an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, an electronic device 30 shown in fig. 3 includes: a processor 301 and a memory 303. Wherein the processor 301 is coupled to the memory 303, such as via a bus 302. Optionally, the electronic device 30 may also include a transceiver 304. It should be noted that, in practical applications, the transceiver 304 is not limited to one, and the structure of the electronic device 30 is not limited to the embodiment of the present application.
The processor 301 may be a CPU (Central Processing Unit ), general purpose processor, DSP (Digital Signal Processor, data signal processor), ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit ), FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array, field programmable gate array) or other programmable logic device, transistor logic device, hardware components, or any combination thereof. Which may implement or perform the various exemplary logic blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with this disclosure. The processor 301 may also be a combination for performing computing functions, e.g., comprising at least one microprocessor combination, a combination of a DSP and a microprocessor, etc.
Bus 302 may include a path to transfer information between the components. Bus 302 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect, peripheral component interconnect Standard) bus or an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture ) bus, or the like. Bus 302 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in fig. 3, but not only one bus or type of bus.
The Memory 303 may be, but is not limited to, a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory ) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory ), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory, compact disc Read Only Memory) or other optical disk storage, optical disk storage (including compact discs, laser discs, optical discs, digital versatile discs, blu-ray discs, etc.), magnetic disk storage media or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer.
The memory 303 is used for storing application program codes for executing the present application and is controlled to be executed by the processor 301. The processor 301 is configured to execute the application code stored in the memory 303 to implement what is shown in the foregoing method embodiments.
Among them, electronic devices include, but are not limited to: mobile terminals such as mobile phones, notebook computers, digital broadcast receivers, PDAs (personal digital assistants), PADs (tablet computers), PMPs (portable multimedia players), in-vehicle terminals (e.g., in-vehicle navigation terminals), and the like, and stationary terminals such as digital TVs, desktop computers, and the like. But may also be a server or the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 3 is only an example and should not be construed as limiting the functionality and scope of use of the embodiments herein.
The present application provides a computer readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, which when run on a computer, causes the computer to perform the corresponding method embodiments described above. Compared with the related art, in the embodiment of the application, when at least two file materials of a case are received, it is described that the case is likely to be subjected to case standing according to the at least two file materials, the dispute type of the case and the material types included in the at least two file materials are determined, so that whether the received file materials of the case are complete or not can be judged according to the material types, a preset material type library comprises a plurality of target material types, each target material type corresponds to the dispute type, the target material type with the dispute type of the case is determined from the preset material type library, whether the material types included in the at least two file materials are complete or not is determined according to the target material types, a first judgment result is obtained, the file materials to be extracted corresponding to the case are determined according to the first judgment result, whether the target data can be extracted from the file materials to be extracted later, whether the target data to be extracted are real or not is judged, whether the file materials to be used for manufacturing a data packet can be manufactured according to the second judgment result, and accordingly, the data of the case can be manufactured only effectively by personnel who need to manufacture the data packet according to the data of the case standing method.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of the figures are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, these steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited in order and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated herein. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts of the figures may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, the order of their execution not necessarily being sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the other steps or stages.

Claims (10)

1. A method of case data management, comprising:
when at least two file materials of a target case are received, determining the dispute type of the target case and the material types of the at least two file materials;
Determining target material types corresponding to the dispute types from a preset material type library, wherein the preset material type library comprises a plurality of target material types, and each target material type corresponds to the dispute type;
judging whether the at least two file materials are complete based on the target material type, and obtaining a first judgment result;
determining file materials to be extracted corresponding to the target case based on the first judging result;
extracting target data from the file material to be extracted;
judging whether the target data is real or not to obtain a second judging result;
