The invention particularly relates to an air bag detection device of a cold and hot source process water buffer tank, which comprises a pressure sensor, a liquid level sensor, a signal converter, a logic controller and a touch screen, wherein the pressure sensor is connected with the liquid level sensor; the pressure sensor is arranged at the top of the buffer tank shell, the liquid level sensor is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank shell, the pressure sensor and the liquid level sensor are connected to the signal converter through signal wires, the signal converter is connected to the logic controller, and the logic controller is connected with the touch screen. The whole set of device can monitor the buffer tank in real time and detect the internal state of the buffer tank at any time. If the air bag is damaged, the touch screen can give an alarm, so that maintenance personnel can be warned to maintain in time, and safety accidents are avoided.

Background

The air bag detection device of the cold and hot source process water buffer tank provided by the embodiment of the invention is shown in figure 1, and comprises a pressure sensor 4, a liquid level sensor 5, a signal converter 6, a logic controller 7 and a touch screen 8; the pressure sensor 4 is arranged at the top of the buffer tank shell 1, the liquid level sensor 5 is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank shell 1, the pressure sensor 4 and the liquid level sensor 5 are connected to the signal converter 6 through signal wires, the signal converter 6 is connected to the logic controller 7, and the logic controller 7 is connected with the touch screen 8.
The device further comprises a pressure sensor mount 3-1, the pressure sensor 4 being mounted on the surge tank housing 1 via the pressure sensor mount 3-1.
The device also comprises a liquid level sensor base 3-2, and the liquid level sensor 5 is arranged on the buffer tank shell 1 through the liquid level sensor base 3-2.
When the buffer tank works, the process water flows into the air bag 2, 5bar of compressed air is arranged between the buffer tank shell 1 and the air bag 2, and a pressure difference is formed between the compressed air and the water inlet pressure of the water system.
When the air bag 2 is ruptured, water flowing from the inside is detected by the liquid level sensor 5, and a change in the pressure of the compressed air is detected by the pressure sensor 4.
The signal converter 6 collects the signal of the liquid level sensor 5 and inputs the signal into the logic controller 7; the signal converter 6 collects the signal of the pressure sensor 4 and inputs the signal into the logic controller 7.
The logic controller 7 is internally provided with a pressure alarm threshold value, and the corresponding pressure value is less than or equal to 4.2bar; when the logic controller 7 detects that the signal of the liquid level sensor 5 changes and the pressure value of the pressure sensor 4 is smaller than 4.2bar, the air bag is judged to leak water.
If the logic controller 7 judges that the air bag leaks, the logic controller 7 gives an alarm prompt through the touch screen 8 at the moment to prompt maintenance personnel to timely carry out maintenance and inspection.
The signal converter 6 converts the collected 5V liquid level sensor 5 signal into a 24V digital quantity signal and inputs the 24V digital quantity signal into the logic controller 7; the signal converter 6 inputs the acquired analog quantity signal of 4-20mA of the pressure sensor 4 into the logic controller 7.
The embodiment also provides a detection method of the detection device, which comprises the following steps: when the air bag 2 is broken, the pressure change of compressed air is detected by the liquid level sensor 5, the signal converter 6 collects the signal of the liquid level sensor 5 and inputs the signal into the logic controller 7, the signal converter 6 collects the signal of the liquid level sensor 4 and inputs the signal into the logic controller 7, when the logic controller 7 detects that the signal of the liquid level sensor 5 changes and the pressure value of the liquid level sensor 4 is smaller than 4.2bar, the air bag is judged to leak, and at the moment, the logic controller 7 gives an alarm prompt through the touch screen 8 to prompt maintenance personnel to perform maintenance inspection in time.
Claims (10)
1. The air bag detection device of the cold and hot source process water buffer tank is characterized by comprising a pressure sensor (4), a liquid level sensor (5), a signal converter (6), a logic controller (7) and a touch screen (8); the pressure sensor (4) is arranged at the top of the buffer tank shell (1), the liquid level sensor (5) is arranged at the bottom of the buffer tank shell (1), the pressure sensor (4) and the liquid level sensor (5) are connected to the signal converter (6) through signal wires, the signal converter (6) is connected to the logic controller (7), and the logic controller (7) is connected with the touch screen (8).
