first, when a user speaks into the intelligent air conditioner, a control voice is received and intention recognition and voiceprint feature calculation are performed on the control voice. Here, the control intention of the control voice can be obtained through intention recognition, so that whether the control intention contains an intention control parameter is judged; by means of the acoustic features, whether the voiceprint corresponding to the control voice has the voiceprint feature id or not can be obtained, if so, the voiceprint feature id is obtained, and if not, the user age is analyzed through the voiceprint feature, so that the user is classified as the old, the child or the adult.
When the control intention includes the intention control parameter, for example, when the control voice is "set 26 degrees, high wind and refrigeration mode", if the user is an adult, further judging whether the voiceprint feature of the user has a corresponding feature id, if so, indicating that the user registers the voiceprint, searching the previously bound user id through the voiceprint id, storing the intention control parameter of the user under the user id, generating an air-conditioning control instruction aiming at the intention control parameter, issuing the air-conditioning control instruction to an air-conditioning terminal, and broadcasting after executing the corresponding instruction by the air-conditioning terminal; if the user does not register the voiceprint, the voiceprint id and the user id can be generated, the voiceprint id and the user id are bound, the intention control parameter of the user is stored under the newly generated user id, an air conditioner control instruction is generated aiming at the intention control parameter and issued to an air conditioner terminal, and the air conditioner terminal executes the corresponding instruction and broadcasts the instruction.
Under the condition that the intention control parameter is contained in the control intention, if the user is the old or the child, an air conditioner control instruction is directly generated aiming at the intention control parameter and is issued to an air conditioner terminal, and the air conditioner terminal executes the corresponding instruction and broadcasts.
When the control intention does not include the control parameter of the intention, for example, when the control voice is a specific instruction of 'turning on the air conditioner' such as non-set temperature, wind speed and mode, if the user is an adult, the temperature, wind speed and mode set by the user last time are assembled into an air conditioner control instruction under the user id corresponding to the voiceprint feature, and the air conditioner control instruction is issued to the air conditioner terminal, and the air conditioner terminal executes the corresponding instruction and broadcasts.
Under the condition that the control intention does not contain the control parameter of the intention, if the user is the old man, setting the temperature, the mode and the wind speed (such as 26 degrees, a refrigerating mode and a wind speed of stroke) suitable for the old man in the current season, if the user is the child, setting the temperature, the mode and the wind speed (such as 27 degrees, a health mode and a low wind speed) suitable for the child in the current season, assembling the temperature, the mode and the wind speed into an air-conditioning control instruction, issuing the air-conditioning control instruction to an air-conditioning terminal, and broadcasting the air-conditioning terminal after executing the corresponding instruction.

and the personalized control unit 430 is configured to obtain personalized control parameters corresponding to the identity information, and perform air conditioning control based on the personalized control parameters.
According to the device provided by the embodiment of the invention, under the condition that the control intention does not contain the intention control parameter, the identity information of the user corresponding to the control voice is determined based on the voiceprint characteristics of the control voice, so that the personalized control parameter is obtained, and the personalized control of the air conditioner is realized. In the process, the user only needs to dictate the control instruction, does not need to additionally dictate or input complex control parameters, avoids complex operation, and optimizes user experience.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the information obtaining unit 420 is configured to:
inputting the voiceprint features into an identity information recognition model to obtain identity information output by the identity information recognition model;
the identity information comprises age groups and/or gender, and the identity recognition model is obtained based on sample voiceprint features and sample identity information training of the sample voiceprint features.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the information obtaining unit 420 is configured to:
matching the voiceprint features with each registered voiceprint feature;
and under the condition that registered voiceprint features matched with the voiceprint features do not exist, inputting the voiceprint features into an identity information recognition model to obtain identity information output by the identity information recognition model.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the information obtaining unit 420 is further configured to:
and under the condition that the registered voiceprint feature matched with the voiceprint feature exists, performing air conditioning control based on the personalized control parameters corresponding to the registered voiceprint feature matched with the voiceprint feature.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the personalization control unit 430 is configured to:
and determining the personalized control parameters based on the weather information of the area where the air conditioner is located and/or the indoor environment information of the room where the air conditioner is located and the identity information.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the personalization control unit 430 is configured to:
selecting candidate control parameters corresponding to the identity information from the candidate control parameters corresponding to various candidate identity information;
and adjusting the candidate control parameters corresponding to the identity information based on the meteorological information of the area where the air conditioner is located and/or the indoor environment information of the room where the air conditioner is located, so as to obtain the personalized control parameters.
Based on any of the above embodiments, the personalization control unit 430 is further configured to:
and under the condition that the control intention comprises an intention control parameter, performing air-conditioning control based on the intention control parameter, determining the voiceprint feature of the control voice as a registered voiceprint feature, and storing the intention control parameter as a personalized control parameter corresponding to the registered voiceprint feature.
Fig. 5 illustrates a physical schematic diagram of an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, which may include: processor 510, communication interface (Communications Interface) 520, memory 530, and communication bus 540, wherein processor 510, communication interface 520, memory 530 complete communication with each other through communication bus 540. Processor 510 may invoke logic instructions in memory 530 to perform an air conditioning control method comprising:
receiving control voice and recognizing control intention of the control voice;
under the condition that the control intention does not contain the intention control parameter, determining identity information of a user corresponding to the control voice based on the voiceprint characteristics of the control voice;
and acquiring personalized control parameters corresponding to the identity information, and performing air conditioner control based on the personalized control parameters.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 530 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution, in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.

In yet another aspect, the present invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, is implemented to perform the above-provided air conditioning control methods, the method comprising:
receiving control voice and recognizing control intention of the control voice;
under the condition that the control intention does not contain the intention control parameter, determining identity information of a user corresponding to the control voice based on the voiceprint characteristics of the control voice;
and acquiring personalized control parameters corresponding to the identity information, and performing air conditioner control based on the personalized control parameters.

Claims (10)

1. An air conditioner control method, comprising:
receiving control voice and recognizing control intention of the control voice;
under the condition that the control intention does not contain the intention control parameter, determining identity information of a user corresponding to the control voice based on the voiceprint characteristics of the control voice;
and acquiring personalized control parameters corresponding to the identity information, and performing air conditioner control based on the personalized control parameters.
2. The air conditioner control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the identity information of the user corresponding to the control voice based on the voiceprint feature of the control voice includes:
inputting the voiceprint features into an identity information recognition model to obtain identity information output by the identity information recognition model;
the identity information comprises age groups and/or gender, and the identity recognition model is obtained based on sample voiceprint features and sample identity information training of the sample voiceprint features.
3. The air conditioner control method according to claim 2, wherein the inputting the voiceprint feature into the identity information recognition model to obtain the identity information output by the identity information recognition model includes:
matching the voiceprint features with each registered voiceprint feature;
and under the condition that registered voiceprint features matched with the voiceprint features do not exist, inputting the voiceprint features into an identity information recognition model to obtain identity information output by the identity information recognition model.
4. The air conditioner control method according to claim 3, wherein the matching the voiceprint features with the respective registered voiceprint features further comprises:
and under the condition that the registered voiceprint feature matched with the voiceprint feature exists, performing air conditioning control based on the personalized control parameters corresponding to the registered voiceprint feature matched with the voiceprint feature.
5. The method for controlling an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the personalized control parameter corresponding to the identity information includes:
and determining the personalized control parameters based on the weather information of the area where the air conditioner is located and/or the indoor environment information of the room where the air conditioner is located and the identity information.

The air conditioner control method according to claim 5, wherein the determining the personalized control parameter based on weather information of an area where the air conditioner is located and/or indoor environment information of a room where the air conditioner is located, and the identity information includes:
selecting candidate control parameters corresponding to the identity information from the candidate control parameters corresponding to various candidate identity information;
and adjusting the candidate control parameters corresponding to the identity information based on the meteorological information of the area where the air conditioner is located and/or the indoor environment information of the room where the air conditioner is located, so as to obtain the personalized control parameters.
7. The air conditioner control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the receiving control voice and recognizing a control intention of the control voice, further comprises thereafter:
and under the condition that the control intention comprises an intention control parameter, performing air-conditioning control based on the intention control parameter, determining the voiceprint feature of the control voice as a registered voiceprint feature, and storing the intention control parameter as a personalized control parameter corresponding to the registered voiceprint feature.
8. An air conditioner control device, comprising:
an intention recognition unit for receiving a control voice and recognizing a control intention of the control voice;
an information acquisition unit, configured to determine identity information of a user corresponding to the control voice based on a voiceprint feature of the control voice when the control intention does not include an intention control parameter;
and the individuation control unit is used for acquiring individuation control parameters corresponding to the identity information and controlling the air conditioner based on the individuation control parameters.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the air conditioning control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when the program is executed.
10. A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the air conditioning control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
