As shown in fig. 1-4, the embodiment of the invention provides a preparation process of an adsorption muffler embedded pipe with high efficiency and noise reduction, which comprises the following steps:
s1, preparation of an inner layer
Using an inclined wire paper machine, selecting 90%80D denier plant fiber and 10%30D denier PET high strength synthetic fiber to make base paper by using a wet paper making method, then using active carbon mixed glue to dip-coat after drying, and automatically adjusting the dip-coat actual dosage according to the required state, so as to achieve proper tension and strength and simultaneously maintain the maximum air permeability, thereby achieving the effects of improving hardness and absorbing odor;
s2, preparing an intermediate layer
Using an inclined wire paper machine, selecting 50% of fluffy plant fibers, 40% of fine plant fibers and 10% of PTE porous fibers to form base paper by using a wet papermaking method, then using phenolic resin to carry out surface gluing after drying, improving the tensile force, wherein the phenolic resin forms a porous layer after solidification to play a role that other glues cannot play, the actual gluing dosage is automatically regulated according to the required state, so that proper tensile force is achieved, the interlayer porosity is reserved as far as possible, and the maximum porosity is reserved while certain tensile force ensures the later combination, thereby achieving good sound absorption and noise elimination effects;
s3, inner layer preparation
Using an inclined wire paper machine, selecting plant fibers with high tensile strength to carry out paper making by using a wet paper making method, then carrying out single-sided coating after drying, and coating glue into a mixed solution of a high-efficiency composite waterproof agent and acrylic acid, so that the water-repellent layer can reach more than 10 grades, the water-repellent layer can be well waterproof, and the icing condition can be reduced, thereby improving the efficiency and the service time;
s4, compounding
Spreading the prepared inner layer 12, middle layer 11 and outer layer 10 on a composite device, bonding, fixing and forming by using phenolic resin, and curing the formed semi-finished product of the cylinder core 2 at high temperature to obtain the finished product of the cylinder core 2;
s5, assembling
The silencing barrel 1 is of an integrated structure, the manufactured barrel core 2 is placed between the supporting rods 6 from the top cover 8, and then the mounting hooks 13 on the top cover 8 are aligned with the mounting grooves 15 to be inserted into the limiting fixing grooves, so that the silencing barrel can be assembled.
