Claims (6)
1. The lifting type cross arm electric pole comprises a base, a jacking mechanism, a holding pole assembly and a cross arm assembly, wherein a movable wheel is arranged at the lower part of the base, and an arc-shaped groove for accommodating the electric pole is formed in one side of the base; the lifting mechanism comprises a hydraulic jack fixedly arranged on the upper part of a base, the upper part of the lifting mechanism is rotationally connected with a first turntable, a hexagonal positioning block is arranged in the middle of the first turntable, a plurality of ejector rods are arranged on the upper part of the first turntable, and the length of each ejector rod is smaller than or equal to the stroke of the hydraulic jack; one end of the ejector rod is provided with a hexagon head, the other end of the ejector rod is provided with a hexagon groove matched with the hexagon head, and a plurality of ejector rods are connected in an inserting mode; the holding pole assembly comprises a vertical plate and two groups of transverse plates fixedly arranged on one side of the vertical plate, a linkage pole is arranged between the two groups of transverse plates, a connecting block is arranged in the middle of the linkage pole, pin shafts are connected to two sides of the connecting block, kidney-shaped grooves are formed in two ends of the linkage pole, a connecting rod II is hinged in the kidney-shaped grooves at two ends of the linkage pole, the middle of the connecting rod II is hinged with the transverse plates, and a holding hoop is hinged to the other end of the connecting rod II; one side of the vertical plate is connected with a cross arm assembly, the cross arm assembly comprises two groups of cross arm rods, and a plurality of insulating porcelain bottles are arranged on the cross arm rods; the base is characterized in that fixed barrels are arranged on two sides of the base, a plurality of guide rods are inserted into the fixed barrels, a thread head is arranged at one end of each guide rod, a threaded hole in threaded connection with the thread head is formed in the other end of each guide rod, the guide rods are in threaded connection with each other, lugs are arranged on two sides of the transverse plate, guide holes are formed in the lugs, and the guide rods are in clearance fit with the guide holes; the base is provided with a motor, the tail end of an output shaft of the motor is connected with a turntable II, a connecting rod I is eccentrically hinged to the turntable II, the tail end of a compression bar of the hydraulic jack is provided with a connecting plate, a strip hole is formed in the connecting plate, and the other end of the connecting rod I is slidably arranged in the strip hole; the anti-skid assembly is arranged on the upper portion of the anchor ear and comprises a bracket fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the anchor ear, an anti-skid cam is hinged inside the bracket, and after the anchor pole assembly is lifted to the top of the electric pole, the small diameter of the anti-skid cam is propped against the electric pole; the lifting device comprises a vertical plate, a shear type jack, a slide rail, two cross arm rods, a fixed seat, a slide rail and a lifting mechanism, wherein the shear type jack is arranged on one side of the vertical plate; when the cable is erected, the holding pole assembly is firstly arranged at the lower part of the electric pole, the cable is fixed on the cross arm assembly at the lower part of the electric pole, then the scissor jack is adjusted, the distance between the two cross arm rods is adjusted to a proper position, then the lower end of the guide rod is inserted into the fixed cylinder, the upper end of the guide rod is arranged in the guide hole, the lower end of the ejector rod is inserted into the hexagonal positioning block of the first rotary table, the upper end of the ejector rod is inserted into the inserting joint of the lower end of the first stud, and then the motor is started to drive the pressing rod of the hydraulic jack to move up and down through the second rotary table and the first connecting rod, so that the automatic lifting of the hydraulic jack is realized; when the piston rods of the hydraulic jack extend out completely, the first turntable is rotated, the first turntable drives the stud to rotate through the ejector rod, so that the driving frame is driven to move upwards, the driving frame drives the linkage rod to slide to the right through the driving groove, the linkage rod drives the anchor ear to hold the electric pole tightly through the second connecting rod when sliding to the right, and meanwhile, the anti-skid cam of the anti-skid assembly abuts against the electric pole, so that the electric pole can be prevented from sliding from the electric pole; and then the piston rod of the hydraulic jack is retracted, a section of ejector rod is inserted into the lower part of the ejector rod again, the upper end of the ejector rod is inserted into the insertion head at the lower end of the stud again, the first rotary table is reversely rotated to loosen the anchor ear and the electric pole, the jacking process is repeated again until the anchor ear assembly is lifted to the designated height, the first rotary table is rotated to lock the anchor ear and the electric pole, and the ejector rod and the guide rod are disassembled and recycled to finish the installation of a group of anchor ear assemblies.
2. A cross arm lifting pole as recited in claim 1, wherein the pole top is provided with a spacing end plate.
3. The lifting cross arm pole as recited in claim 1, wherein the base has a first panel on one side of the arcuate slot and a second panel on one side of the first panel, the first panel and the second panel enclosing a circular structure to secure the base to the pole.

A cross arm lifting pole as recited in claim 3, wherein the first coaming and the second coaming are both threaded with a plurality of adjusting screws, one end of each adjusting screw is fixedly connected with an arc plate, two groups of adjusting nuts are further arranged on each adjusting screw, and the two groups of adjusting nuts are respectively arranged on two sides of the first coaming or the second coaming.

The lifting pole of claim 1, wherein a flat plate is arranged on one side of the anti-slip cam, a spring is connected to the flat plate, the upper ends of the L-shaped supporting plate springs fixedly connected to two sides of the transverse plate are fixedly connected with the supporting plates, and the anti-slip cam is kept horizontal under the action of the springs in an initial state.
