preparing fabric, gluing the front surface of a base cloth layer 1 by adopting a scraper type gluing mode, compositing a pattern layer 2, and drying, solidifying and shaping by using drying equipment, wherein the temperature is controlled at 100 ℃, and the drying time is 10 minutes.
In the weaving method, the elastic stretching part 4 is woven in a two-in-two mode and the stretch-proof part 3 is woven in a one-in-one mode, so that warp and weft interweaving points on the elastic stretching part 4 are less relative to the stretch-proof part 3, the stretch-proof part 3 is firmer than the whole structure of the elastic stretching part 4, when the elastic stretching part 4 is pulled by external force, the elastic stretching part 4 can provide an extension space for the whole fabric, the reflective layer 6 arranged on the stretch-proof part 3 is prevented from being subjected to excessive external force, and the optical fiber 7 is prevented from being damaged by the excessive external force. And the grooves 5 are formed with the grooves 5 for accommodating the optical fibers 7, thereby preventing the optical fibers 7 from protruding out of the surface of the base fabric layer 1 to be easily damaged by contact with the outside. Meanwhile, the number of the glass beads 12 in the same space unit is set according to the reflecting intensity requirements of different reflecting areas, so that the reflecting intensity formed by the reflecting layer 6 is enhanced along the direction away from the luminous element 8.
