In some preferred embodiments, the length of the stoma protective membrane 110 is greater than 1/4 of the stoma length and less than 1/2 of the stoma length.
In some embodiments, the length of the stoma site protecting film 110 is any length between 8 and 30cm, for example 10, 11cm, 12cm, 13cm, 14cm, 15cm, 16cm, 17cm, 18cm, 19cm, 20cm, 21cm, 22cm, 23cm, 24cm, 25cm, 26cm, 27cm, 28cm, 29cm. Preferably, the length of the book end protective film 110 is set to be 20cm, so that the matched use of all books except a pupil dictionary can be basically satisfied.
The width of the protective film 110 is any width between 0.5 cm and 2cm, for example, 1.0cm, 1.5cm, 1.8cm, etc., and the width is not too narrow or too wide. The book end protective film 110 is too narrow, and the pages easily slide out of the L-shaped accommodating space; too wide may interfere with writing and may, in particular, obscure the writing area of the exercise book. The distance between the right edge of the primary school Chinese teaching material is 1.5cm, the distance between the right edge of a part of the exercise book is 1.2cm, and the width of the book opening protecting film 110 is set to be 1.5cm.
The length of the root position protective film 120 is 8-30 cm and the width is 0.5-3 cm. Preferably, the length of the root position protective film 120 is set to 10cm and the width is set to 3cm.
The root is the lower edge of the book, the root position protection film 120 is a protection film of which the paper corner anti-rolling protection sleeve is positioned in the root direction of the book in the use process, the root position protection film 120 does not necessarily cover the whole length of the root, and can be a part, namely the length of the root protection film 120 can be equal to the length of the root, can be smaller than the length of Yu Shu root, but cannot be larger than the length of the heel.
Preferably, the length of the root position protective film 120 is 1/3 or more of the length of the root and 2/3 or less of the length of the mouth.
Of course, the opening protecting film 110 and the root protecting film 120 may be provided according to the size of 64 books or 32 books. For example, the length of the opening protecting film 110 is set to 64 open-book opening length, and the length of the root protecting film 120 is set to 64 open-book root length; the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve with the size can be used for protecting the book corners of a 64-open book, and can also be used for protecting the book corners of a 32-open book and books with any size larger than the 64-open book.
Preferably, the corners of the inner edges of the fore-edge protecting film 110 and the root protecting film 120 are arc corners, so that the fore-edge protecting film 110 and the root protecting film 120 are prevented from being torn at the corners.
The rear leaf 200 is a film which is beneficial to fixing the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve on a book, the rear leaf 200 can be clamped in the book by directly utilizing the clamping force/friction force between the paper sheets of the book, and the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is prevented from falling off from the book by utilizing the friction force between the upper surface and the lower surface of the rear leaf 200 and the paper sheets. Preferably, to ensure sufficient friction between the rear blade 200 and the paper, the area of the rear blade 200 is not smaller than that of the front blade 100. Fig. 1, 4, 5, 6, and 7 each show a case where the area of the rear leaf 200 is larger than that of the front leaf 100, and fig. 8 shows a case where the area of the rear leaf 200 is equal to that of the front leaf 100. The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve shown in fig. 8 is convenient to use and has other schematic structures.
The rear blade 200 and the front blade 100 have a difference in area, so that the rear blade 200 is more conveniently separated from the inner edge of the front blade 100, i.e., the L-shaped accommodating space is easier to open, and paper is more conveniently inserted into the L-shaped accommodating space.
The shape of the rear leaf 200 is not particularly limited, and generally speaking, the larger the area of the rear leaf 200 is, the more favorable the friction force between the rear leaf 200 and paper is increased, and the more favorable the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is prevented from falling off from the book. The rear leaf 200 has a large area, can be used as an information carrier for development and utilization, and takes the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve as a brand new auxiliary learning tool.
Compared with the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve shown in fig. 1, the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve shown in fig. 8 is easier to fall off, particularly in summer, the friction force between the skin of the forearm and 100 front leaves of a person is large, and when the forearm is moved, the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is easier to take out from a book.
Fig. 1 shows a case where the rear leaf 200 is rectangular, the length of the rear leaf 200 is equal to the length of the throat protecting film 110, and the width of the rear leaf 200 is equal to the length of the root protecting film 120. In addition to rectangles, the posterior leaflet 200 may be configured in any other positive upward pattern, such as conventional geometric patterns, character figures, cartoon figures, weapon figures, natural landscape figures, historic ancient figures, literature figures, etc.
Generally, the width of the rear leaf 200 is not greater than the width of the book, and the length of the rear leaf 200 may be greater than the length of the book, so that the pages of the book inserted into the L-shaped receiving space are ensured to be in full contact with the inner surface of the L-shaped receiving space when in use.
The rear leaf 200 is connected to the outer edge of the front leaf 100, the term "outer edge" is relative to the state of the paper corner anti-roll protective cover in the use state, that is, the edge exposed outside the book is the outer edge, and the edge clamped inside the book is the inner edge.
The term "attachment" is a prior art attachment means, and the materials of the front and back lobes 110, 120 are adapted to select a particular attachment means, such as adhesive, hot melt attachment, etc.
The rear leaf 200 is connected to the outer edge of the front leaf 100 and forms an L-shaped receiving space into which one corner of a rectangular sheet of paper is inserted, and the L-shaped receiving space may be inserted into one sheet of paper, or may be inserted into a plurality of sheets of paper. The quantity of the paper inserted into the L-shaped accommodating space is too large, so that the edge of the L-shaped protective film is tilted, and the use is affected. Optionally, in order to reduce the degree of edge warping of the L-shaped protective film caused by too many sheets being inserted, at least one indentation is provided on the throat-position protective film 110, the indentation being pressed from inside to outside in parallel with the throat, and at least one indentation is provided on the root-position protective film 120, the indentation being pressed from inside to outside in parallel with the root. The indentation is carried out only from the inner side surface of the L-shaped accommodating space to the outer side surface of the L-shaped accommodating space from inside to outside, and when a large amount of paper is inserted into the L-shaped protective film, the edge of the L-shaped accommodating space bends towards the direction of the inserted pages.
According to this feature, the target of the single reading amount can be set by utilizing the feature of the accommodation amount of the L-shaped accommodation space at the time of use, for example, at the time of reading. However, when a proper amount of paper is inserted into the L-shaped accommodating space, the edge of the L-shaped protective film is slightly tilted, so that the turned pages can be turned back and inserted into the L-shaped accommodating space.
The flexible transparent film may be a plastic film used in the art to make transparent document pouches.
The rear blade 200 is made of the same material as the front blade 100, which is more favorable for production and manufacture, but is a product type of a rich paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve, and can also be made of different materials, for example, the front blade 100 is a flexible transparent film, and the rear blade 200 is a flexible opaque film or a flexible semitransparent film.
In this embodiment, the front leaf 100 and the rear leaf 200 are flexible transparent films; the anterior leaflet 100 has a thickness of any one of between 10 and 22 filaments, 1 filament being equal to 0.01mm, with a recommended thickness of 16 filaments or 20 filaments.
In one embodiment, the front and back leaves 100, 200 are two different films that are joined by bonding, hot melt, or the like to form a corner wrap protection sleeve.
In a preferred embodiment, the front leaf 100 and the rear leaf 200 are formed by folding a same film, firstly cutting the film according to the unfolding shape of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve, then folding the film along the book edge folding line L1 or the book root folding line L2, and finally performing connection treatment.
Referring to fig. 2, the mouth position folding line L1 is located at the edge of the mouth position protective film 110. The film is cut according to the shape shown in fig. 2, then folded along the edge folding line L1, pressed to form a crease, and finally the edge of the root protecting film 120 is connected to the rear leaf 200.
Or referring to fig. 3, the root position folding line L2 is located at the edge of the root position protective film 120. The film is cut according to the shape shown in fig. 3, then folded by the root position folding line L2, pressed to form a crease, and finally the edge of the mouth position protecting film 110 is connected with the rear leaf 200.
Because the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve adopts a film structure, the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is placed in a book, and the length, width and thickness dimensional changes of the book are almost negligible.
Through the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve use test, a plurality of papers are recommended to be inserted into the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve when in use, and the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is only required to be installed and fixed once for reading and working once, so that the book turning and writing are very convenient in the reading and working processes.
The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is also a windproof protective sleeve, and compared with the corner book end, the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve has larger coverage area for pages, and wind experiments show that after the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is adopted, the pages of the book still cannot be blown to turn over under the strong wind action of the household fan.
The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is also a bookmark, the thickness of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is the thickness of two layers of films, after reading books or working is finished, the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is reserved, the book is closed, and when reading books or working next time, the book can be immediately read to the position of the previous reading or working, so that the function of positioning the bookmark is realized.
The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve can also be directly inserted into books to be used as a bookmark.
In a further preferred embodiment, to increase the friction between the rear blade 200 and the paper surface, the front or rear surface of the rear blade 200, or all or part of the area of the front and rear surfaces, is provided as an anti-slip surface.
In a further preferred embodiment, to increase the friction between the rear leaf 200 and the paper surface, all or part of the area of one or both sides of the rear leaf 200 is provided with a non-slip coating, such as a transparent rubber, in particular a silicone layer.
The rear blade 200 can be made of any anti-slip film or anti-slip composite film which can be used for manufacturing paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeves in the prior art.
Example 2.
Referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, on the basis of embodiment 1, a through hole 201 is provided on a rear leaf 200 of a paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve.
The through holes 201 are arranged at the positions far away from the protective corners, the through holes 201 are connected with ropes 202, the ropes 202 can be used as label bands, can also be tied into rings and are clamped in books to increase friction force of the rear leaves 200, or are hung on the opposite corners of the protective corners to fix the rear leaves.
Example 3.
Referring to fig. 5, in this embodiment, to enrich the function of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve based on embodiment 1, a protractor 203 is configured at a part of the edge of the rear blade 200. The protractor 203 is part of the posterior leaflet 200. The protractor 203 may be manufactured by printing, embossing, or any other method in which a protractor can be manufactured on a transparent film in the prior art.
Referring to fig. 8, a scale is provided at the edge of the rear blade 200 or the edge of the front blade 100, and may be used as a ruler.
And, on the rear leaf 200, may be selectively provided: right angle triangular plate holes, regular geometric through holes, a text information layer and a pattern identification layer.
The right triangle holes can also be directly called right triangle holes, and comprise isosceles right triangle holes and slender right triangle holes (the acute angles are 30 degrees and 60 degrees respectively), and the sizes of the right triangle holes refer to isosceles right triangle plates and slender right triangle plates in primary school learning tools.
Conventional geometric through-holes such as triangular (including isosceles triangle, equilateral triangle), rectangular, square, parallelogram, diamond, regular pentagon, regular hexagon, circle, ellipse, line (straight line, wavy line) holes, and the like. By providing these through holes, the friction between the rear blade 200 and the paper can be increased.
The text information layer can be a blank information area and is used for temporarily writing and recording text information; or knowledge information such as numbers/theory/formulation formulas, tables of know-how, knowledge point thinking guide, reputation, book introduction, book author introduction, etc. has been recorded. The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve can be independently used as a protective sleeve and can also be used as book accessories similar to a floating seal, so that the book reading experience is improved. And a propaganda carrier is added for books and other products.
The pattern marking layer forms a pattern with distinguishing marks on the rear leaf 200 by means of spray painting, printing and the like, or can promote the reading and operation interest, or embody the figure outline, cartoon figure outline, weapon outline, natural landscape outline, historic site outline or the shape of the outline of the literature product of the rear leaf 200.
The thickness of the text information layer and the pattern identification layer is extremely thin, so that the coating structure is not illustrated in the drawings of the specification, but the repeated implementation of the embodiment scheme by a person skilled in the art is not prevented.
Example 4.
See fig. 6 and 7. The embodiment further enriches the embodiment of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve structure on the basis of the embodiment 1.
Referring to fig. 6, a first extension fold 205 is provided on the rear leaf 200 of the corner anti-curl protective sleeve; the first extension fold 205 extends in a direction away from the root position protective film 120, i.e. is connected to a foldable extension on an inner edge parallel to the root position protective film 120.
Referring to fig. 7, a second extension fold 206 is provided on the rear leaf 200 of the corner anti-curl protective sleeve; the second extension fold 206 extends in a direction away from the mouth piece protective film 110, i.e., is connected to a foldable extension on an inner edge parallel to the mouth piece protective film 110.
In a preferred embodiment, the posterior leaflet 200 is rectangular, and the shape of the first or second extension fold 205, 206 is complementary to the shape of the anterior leaflet 110.
Taking the first extension folded portion 205 as an example, the first extension folded portion 205 is just folded with the front blade 110 to be rectangular with the same size as the rear blade 200. The arrangement mode enables a roll of film to be cut continuously, improves the utilization rate of the film, and increases the area of the rear blade 200.
The film is continuously cut according to the unfolded shape of the corner anti-roll sleeve shown in fig. 6, and then folded along the root fold line L2, and folded along the first extended fold line L3, and the front leaf 110 and the rear leaf 120 are heat-fused to join the edges of the mouth.
Example 5.
Referring to fig. 6, this embodiment is an embodiment of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve structure further enriched on the basis of embodiment 1.
The rear blade 200 of the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is provided with an adhesive part 204; the adhesive part 204 is provided with a weak adhesive area, and the weak adhesive is instant adhesive. The sticking part 204 is recommended to be arranged in a region far away from the protection corner, and the rear leaf 200 is stuck on the book by arranging the sticking part, so that the paper corner anti-rolling protection sleeve is less prone to falling. The instantaneous adhesive is selected, so that the paper of the book is not damaged. The adhesive weakens after multiple sticks, but still helps to increase the friction between the rear blade 200 and the paper.
For exercise books with thinner thickness, the rear leaf 200 can be stuck on the back face of the book back cover or other similar pages, all pages of the exercise book are inserted into the L-shaped accommodating space, and the pages are gradually released from the L-shaped accommodating space according to the operation progress.
Example 6.
See fig. 9. The paper corner rolling-preventing protective sleeve described in the embodiment is used as a book cover structure or a novel book back cover structure, and the paper corner rolling-preventing protective sleeve structure can be arranged on the front cover and the back cover of the book at the same time on the same book, and the paper corner rolling-preventing protective sleeve structure can also be arranged on the back cover only.
The back leaf 200 serves as a book cover or book back cover, and the front leaf 100 is inside the book. The paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve is directly arranged on the book, a certain requirement is met on the thickness of the book, and the paper corner anti-rolling protective sleeve can be arranged on the front cover and/or the back cover of the contact book of the pupil.
Example 7.
See fig. 10. The paper corner rolling-preventing protective sleeve described in this embodiment is a book cover, and the size of the rear leaf 200 is the sum of the total area of the front cover, the spine and the back cover of the book, that is, the rear leaf 200 can completely cover the outer surface of the book case, and is adhered to the outer surface of the book case through the adhesive part 204. The attachment portions 204 are in a plane, or line or multi-point distribution. Before use, release paper is arranged, when the book case is adhered, the release paper is torn off, and then the rear leaf 200 is connected with the outer surface of the book case.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above-mentioned preferred embodiment should not be construed as limiting the invention, and the scope of the invention should be defined by the appended claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and such modifications and adaptations are intended to be comprehended within the scope of the invention.
