After the transverse mouth angle pulling is completed, the doctor screws the driving block 501 and the two groups of small pressing bolts 507 on the transmission block 502 to complete the fixation.
In the operation process, if the positioning effect between the small compression bolt 507 on the side surface of the transmission block 502 and the U-shaped sliding pad 401 is poor, or if a doctor touches a medical instrument by mistake, the transverse pulling hook 604 at the mouth corner of the patient can be loosened and influence the subsequent operation process. At this time, the loosening of the transverse pulling hook 604 drives the driving block 502 to slide toward the neck of the patient through the connection of the rope 603.
