Various embodiments of the present disclosure are disclosed in the following figures, in which numerous practical details are set forth in the following description for purposes of clarity. However, it should be understood that these practical details are not to be used to limit the present disclosure. That is, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, these practical details are not necessary. Furthermore, for the sake of simplicity of the drawing, some conventional structures and elements are shown in the accompanying drawings in a simplified schematic manner.
Please refer to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 2 to 6. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an image capturing method according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Fig. 2 to 6 are schematic diagrams illustrating different steps of an image capturing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the image capturing method mainly includes steps S101 to S107.
Step S101: an image capturing area 111 is provided on the display screen 110 of the user device 100.
Step S102: an indication area 112 is provided in the image capturing area 111.
Step S103: each license plate in the indication area 112 is identified.
Step S104: the license plate area of each license plate in the indication area 112 is calculated.
Step S105: a center point difference from the center point of each license plate in the indication area 112 to the center point C0 of the indication area 112 is calculated.
Step S106: license plates having license plate areas greater than half of the maximum license plate area and a minimum center point gap are marked.
Step S107: an image including the marked license plate is captured in the image capturing area 111.
In some embodiments, the user device 100 is, for example, a smart phone, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the user device 100 further includes a camera module (not shown). The photographing module is configured to photograph a scene around the user device 100. The display screen 110 is configured to display a scene photographed by the photographing module in the image capturing area 111.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, in the present embodiment, the image capturing area 111 is exemplified by a scene of a vehicle having a license plate 900A and/or a license plate 900B.
In some embodiments, step S103 includes step S103a.
Step S103a: each license plate is identified based on at least one feature.
In some embodiments, the at least one feature includes english alphabets and numerals with predetermined format/digits and predetermined license plate aspect ratio, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the predetermined format may include a font format of license plate words and/or an arrangement sequence format of english letters and numbers of each traffic vehicle according to local regulations, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the aforementioned license plate aspect ratio may be a specific range of aspect ratios for license plates of various traffic vehicles that comply with local regulations.
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the indication area 112 has a center point C0. License plate 900A has a center point C1. The center point C1 and the center point C0 of the license plate 900A are separated by a center point difference D1. Since only license plate 900A appears in indication area 112, license plate 900A is the license plate with the difference between the maximum license plate area and the minimum center point in indication area 112. Accordingly, according to step S106, the license plate 900A is marked in fig. 2 by conforming to the condition of having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area and the minimum center point gap.
In some embodiments, step S106 includes step S106a.
Step S106a: a marking area 115 is provided in the image capturing area 111 to mark the license plate.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the indication area 112 may be marked by a frame line formed by a solid line, and the marking area 115 may be marked by a frame line formed by a dotted line, so as to improve the clarity of identification when the user operates the user device 100, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. In practical applications, the indication area 112 and the marking area 115 may be marked with different types or colors of frame lines or color blocks.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, when the user moves the user device 100 such that at least a portion of each of the license plates 900A and 900B is present in the indication area 112, one of the license plates 900A and 900B is marked according to step S106.
In some embodiments, in the image capturing area 111 of fig. 3, the license plate 900A has a slightly larger license plate area than the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900A has the largest license plate area), and the center point difference D1 from the center point C1 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900A is smaller than the center point difference D2 from the center point C2 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900A has the smallest center point difference). Accordingly, according to step S106, the license plate 900A is marked in fig. 3 by conforming to the condition of having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area (i.e., the license plate 900A' S own license plate area) and the minimum center point gap.
In some embodiments, in the image capturing area 111 of fig. 3, the license plate 900A has a slightly smaller license plate area than the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900B has the largest license plate area), but the center point difference D1 from the center point C1 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900A is smaller than the center point difference D2 from the center point C2 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900A has the smallest center point difference). Accordingly, according to step S106, the license plate 900A is marked in fig. 3 by conforming to the condition of having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area (i.e., the license plate area of the license plate 900B) and the minimum center point gap.
In some embodiments, the image capturing method further includes step S108.
Step S108: a guide information display area 114 is further provided in the image capturing area 111.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the guidance information display area 114 is indicated by a broken line. The guidance information display area 114 provides a dialog box 114a.
In some embodiments, step S108 further comprises step S108a.
Step S108a: when a license plate having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area and a minimum center point difference moves outside the indication area 112, a guidance instruction is provided in the guidance information display area 114.
As shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, when the marked license plate 900A is found to move outside the indication area 112 when the image capturing method according to the present disclosure is executed in step S106, a dialog box 114a may be provided in the guide information display area 114, and a guiding instruction is displayed in the dialog box 114a. For example, the dialog box 114a may display "please confirm that the license plate is in the lower region you-! "instruction, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. The instruction can instruct the user to move the user device 100 to adjust the viewing angle of the camera module, so that the marked license plate 900A can be located in the indication area 112.
In some embodiments, when the step S106 is performed according to the image capturing method of the present disclosure but the marked license plate 900A is not presented in a predetermined scale, a dialog box 114a may be provided in the guide information display area 114, and a guiding instruction is displayed in the dialog box 114a. For example, the dialog box 114a may display "please get closer to a little-! "instruction, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. The above instruction can instruct the user to move the user device 100 to adjust the distance between the photographing module and the license plate 900A, so that the marked license plate 900A is presented in the indication area 112 with a predetermined ratio. Therefore, the personal safety problem caused by the approach of the user to the lane can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the predetermined ratio is a ratio (e.g. a width ratio or an area ratio) of the license plate 900A located in the indication area 112 to the image capturing area 111, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the width ratio of the license plate 900A to the image capturing area 111 is in the range of 1/4 and 3/4, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, the user continues to move the user device 100 such that the center point C1 of the license plate 900A is far from the center point C0 of the indication area 112, and such that the center point C2 of the license plate 900B is near the center point C0 of the indication area 112, and one of the license plates 900A and 900B is still marked according to step S106.
In detail, in the image capturing area 111 of fig. 4, the license plate 900A has a smaller license plate area than the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900B has the largest license plate area), and the center point difference D1 from the center point C1 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900A is larger than the center point difference D2 from the center point C2 to the center point C0 of the license plate 900B (i.e. the license plate 900B has the smallest center point difference). Accordingly, according to step S106, the license plate 900B is marked in fig. 3 by conforming to the condition of having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area (i.e., the license plate area of the license plate 900B) and the minimum center point gap. That is, the marking area 115 that would otherwise mark the license plate 900A in fig. 3 would be changed to mark the license plate 900B in fig. 4.
In some embodiments, the image capturing method further includes step S108b.
Step S108b: when license plates having license plate areas greater than half the maximum license plate area and the minimum center point gap are marked, a timing indicator 114b is provided in the guide information display area 114.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, when the license plate 900B having a license plate area greater than half of the maximum license plate area and the minimum center point difference is marked, the timing indicator 114B may be provided in the guide information display area 114. For example, the timing indicator 114b may be presented in the form of a number, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. For example, the timing indicator 114b may count down from 3, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
In some embodiments, step S107 further comprises step S107a.
Step S107a: at the end of the countdown of the timing indicator 114b, an image is captured.
As shown in fig. 5, the image displayed in the image capturing area 111 is the image captured at the end of counting down of the time indicator 114b.
In some embodiments, the image capturing method further includes step S109.
Step S109: the display screen 110 further provides an operation area 113, wherein the operation area 113 is parallel to the image capturing area 111.
As shown in fig. 2 to fig. 6, the image capturing area 111 and the operation area 113 are arranged side by side in the display screen 110, but the disclosure is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 2 to 5, in the present embodiment, the operation area 113 may provide a photographing virtual key 113a and a flash virtual key 113b, but the disclosure is not limited thereto. The photographing virtual key 113a can provide a function of capturing an image manually without a user who automatically captures an image based on the image capturing method of the present disclosure. The flash virtual button 113b can provide a function for a user to select whether to turn on a flash when the camera module captures an image.
As shown in fig. 6, in the present embodiment, after capturing an image according to the image capturing method of the present disclosure, the operation area 113 may provide a re-shooting virtual key 113c and an uploading virtual key 113d, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The re-shooting virtual key 113c can provide the user with the function of re-capturing the image. The upload virtual button 113d can provide a function for a user to upload the captured image to the cloud storage device.
In some embodiments, when uploading the captured image, satellite positioning information of the location where the image is captured can be transmitted at the same time, so as to more clearly record the parking position of the vehicle. The clear vehicle position can help the user to find the vehicle more quickly when using the vehicle next time, so that the time for the user to find the vehicle is saved.
In some embodiments, the image capturing method of the present disclosure may be combined with a vehicle returning system to assist a user in saving a vehicle returning record in a manner of capturing an image, thereby reducing a vehicle returning dispute. For example, the image capturing method of the present disclosure can avoid the situation that the user needs to pay additional lease fees or pay a ticket because the vehicle is moved by another person after returning the vehicle.
As is apparent from the above description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, in the image capturing method of the present disclosure, the indication area provided in the image capturing area can guide the user to obtain the image with the specific composition, so as to ensure that the image is saved in the specific information. The identification of the license plate by the user can be improved by marking the license plate with a license plate area which is larger than half of the maximum license plate area and the minimum center point difference, so that the time for capturing the image by the user is reduced. The marked license plate is limited in the indication area for a preset time to capture the image, so that the stability of capturing the image can be improved, and a clearer image can be obtained. By combining the image capturing method with the vehicle returning system, the user can be assisted to save the vehicle returning record in a mode of capturing the image, so that the vehicle returning dispute is reduced.
While the present disclosure has been described with reference to the exemplary embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and it is therefore intended that the scope of the disclosure be limited only by the appended claims.
