With the development of technology, many advanced technologies are also applied in life, including televisions. The remote controller is one of the accessories of TV set and is a device for remote control of machine, and is mainly composed of integrated circuit board and buttons for producing different information.
Currently, most television remote controllers are key type remote controllers, and a user is required to select program contents to be played by pressing various keys arranged on the remote controller. However, this operation is very inconvenient for the user, resulting in poor user experience.
The application describes a signal interaction diagram of a remote controller based on voice recognition, as shown in fig. 1, wherein the signal interaction diagram comprises the remote controller, user equipment, a set top box and a display. The remote controller is in wireless connection with the user equipment, the remote controller is in wireless connection with the set top box, and the set top box is in wired connection with the display. The remote controller is an intelligent home remote controller, and the equipment controlled by the remote controller comprises, but is not limited to, an air conditioner, a washing machine, a set top box, a refrigerator and the like. In the application, the smart phone is taken as an example of the user equipment, the user equipment is provided with the smart home APP, and after the remote controller is connected with the smart home APP on the user equipment, the user equipment can check information such as the control state of the remote controller in the APP. The present application is described based on the signal interaction diagram.
The application provides a remote controller control method based on voice recognition, which is applied to a remote controller, as shown in fig. 2, and comprises steps S101 to S103.
S101, acquiring first voice of a user.
Specifically, when the user needs to play the program content, the user speaks the first voice into the remote controller by pressing a voice recognition button provided on the remote controller. The voice recognition button may be understood as a voice recognition function that is turned on by the remote controller when the user presses the button. At this time, the remote controller acquires the first voice of the user.
For example, when the user wants to play a comedy movie, the user presses the voice recognition button and speaks "play comedy movie" into the remote control, at which point the remote control acquires "play comedy movie".
S102, matching the first voice with a characteristic voice table to obtain first program content, wherein the characteristic voice table comprises a plurality of voices and program content corresponding to the voices.
Specifically, after the first voice is obtained, the remote controller needs to obtain the first program content to be played according to the first voice. At this time, the remote controller matches the first voice with the characteristic voice table, wherein the characteristic voice table comprises a plurality of voices and program contents corresponding to the voices. After matching, the first program content is generated at this time because the first voice in the characteristic voice data table corresponds to the first program content.
For example, when the first voice is "2022 comedy movie", the correspondence in the characteristic voice table includes "2020 category program" corresponds to program content No. 1, "2021 comedy movie" corresponds to program content No. 2, and "2022 comedy movie" corresponds to program content No. 3. At this time, the item corresponding to the first voice is program content No. 3. If the first voice is '2022 comedy movie', and the matching result is not obtained in the characteristic voice table, the program content No. 2 and the program content No. 3 are obtained.
S103, generating a playing instruction for the first program content, and sending the playing instruction to the television so as to enable the television to play the first program content.
Specifically, a playing instruction is generated from the obtained first program content, the playing instruction is sent to the set top box, the set top box calls the first program content, and the first program content is transmitted to the display, so that the first program content is displayed and played.
In one possible implementation manner, the first voice of the user is obtained, specifically: acquiring voice characteristics of a first voice; when the voice characteristics are consistent with the preset voice characteristics, the first voice is acquired, and the preset voice characteristics are voice characteristics which are recorded in advance by a user corresponding to the first voice.
Specifically, when the first voice of the first user is acquired, the remote controller needs to recognize the voice characteristics of the first voice, so as to open the voice recognition authority, wherein the voice characteristics include tone, timbre and loudness. When the voice characteristics of the first voice are consistent with the preset voice characteristics, starting the voice recognition authority at the moment to acquire the first voice of the first user. The preset voice features are voice features recorded in advance by a user. If the second user wants to open the voice recognition authority, the voice features of the voice of the second user need to be collected in advance and stored in the authority setting module, wherein the authority setting module can store the voice features of a plurality of users, and in this embodiment, preferably 8 users.
In this embodiment, the feature speech table stores speech features of a plurality of users, each speech feature corresponding to a speech, and one speech corresponding to a program content; when different users speak the same voice, the program content matched by the remote controller is different because the program content corresponding to the voice characteristics of the different users of the characteristic voice table is different.
For example, the feature speech table stores a first speech feature of the first user and a second speech feature of the second user, and at this time, the speech corresponding to the first speech feature is "play movie", and the program content corresponding to the "play movie" is 2021, 1 month movie; the second speech feature corresponds to the speech being "play movie" and the program content corresponding to "play movie" being 2022, 1 month movie. When the first user speaks "play movie", then play 2021 month 1 movie; when the second user speaks "play movie", then the 2022 year 1 month movie is played.
In one possible implementation manner, the first voice is matched with the characteristic voice table to obtain first program content, which specifically is: extracting keywords in the first voice; and when the keyword is the same as the target keyword, acquiring the first program content, wherein the target keyword is the keyword in the voice corresponding to the first program content.
Specifically, after the user obtains the first voice, the remote controller extracts keywords in the first voice, where the number of keywords may be 1 or multiple. And matching the keywords in the first voice with the keywords in the characteristic voice table so as to match out target keywords, and obtaining the first program content according to the corresponding relation between the target keywords and the first program content.
For example, the first voice of the user is "play a small item on the XX channel of 2021 at the evening party", and at this time, the keywords "2021 year", "the evening party", "the XX channel", "the small item" are extracted. At this time, the target keywords in the feature phonetic table include "2021 year", "2022 year", "concert", "small item", and "song". Program content corresponding to each of "2021", "concert", "XX channel" and "small item" is acquired, and the program content is used as first program content.
In one possible implementation, before matching the first speech with the feature speech table to obtain the first program content, the method further includes: acquiring second voice and second program content input by a user, wherein the content of the second voice comprises one or more of numbers, letters and characters; and constructing a corresponding relation between the second voice and the second program content, and further constructing a characteristic voice table.
In particular, since recognition of complete voice content easily causes a voice recognition error, re-recognition is required, which causes a complicated process of playing program content. Thus, the user can input the second voice and the program content corresponding to the second voice through the remote controller, and the second voice can be one or more of numbers, letters and characters. And then the second voice and the second program content are constructed as a corresponding relation. The number of the second voices can be one or a plurality of the second voices.
For example, when the user wants to play "the small item on the first channel meeting of 2021", after the user inputs the voice, the remote controller needs to recognize and extract more keywords, so that the wrong recognition is caused, for example, the wrong recognition may be "the second channel meeting of 2022". At this time, the user can directly input the voice "small item 2021", then input the program content "small item on the first channel meeting of 2021", and construct the voice "small item 2021" and the program content "small item on the first channel meeting of 2021" as the correspondence. When the user wants to play the "small item on the first channel of 2021 at the evening party" next time, the "small item 2021" can be input through the voice recognition function of the voice of the remote controller, and the remote controller directly invokes the program content corresponding to the "small item 2021". The data of voice recognition and the voice matching function are simplified, and the probability of re-recognition due to error recognition is reduced. And the probability of speech recognition errors is further reduced by combining keyword extraction.
In one possible implementation, due to the small design shape of the remote controller, the remote controller is easy to fall at a certain corner to be lost, and before the first voice of the user is acquired in order to find the remote controller, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes steps S201 to S202.
S201, acquiring the starting time of the set top box, wherein the starting time is the time interval from the starting time of the set top box to the time when the remote controller operation instruction is not received.
Specifically, after the user starts the set top box, the start time of the set top box is recorded, and the start time can be understood as a time interval from the start time of the set top box to the time when the remote controller operation instruction is not received. For example, the starting time of the set top box is 0 seconds, and after 30 seconds, if the operation instruction of the remote controller is not received, the starting time is 30 seconds.
S202, when the starting time is greater than or equal to the preset starting time, determining that the remote controller is in a lost state, and sending out alarm sound through an alarm of the remote controller.
Specifically, after the set top box is started, the user does not know that the remote controller is in a lost state at the moment, so that when the starting time is greater than or equal to the preset starting time, the remote controller automatically confirms that the remote controller is in the lost state; an alarm sound is sent out through an alarm of the remote controller so as to prompt the user of the approximate direction of the remote controller. For example, the preset start-up time is 30s, when the start-up time reaches 30s, the remote controller confirms that the remote controller is in a lost state, and the remote controller sounds a 'drip' alarm.
In one possible implementation, before the first voice of the user is acquired in order to find the remote control, the method further includes: receiving a search instruction sent by user equipment; and sending positioning information to the user equipment, wherein the positioning information is the positioning information of the remote controller, and sending out alarm sound through an alarm of the remote controller.
Specifically, when the user knows that the remote controller is in a lost state, but the user can not find the remote controller through the alarm prompt of the remote controller, the user can log in the intelligent home APP on the user equipment, and the function options for finding the remote controller are selected in the intelligent home APP; at the moment, the user equipment sends a search instruction to the remote controller, and after the remote controller receives the search instruction, the remote controller sends positioning information of the remote controller to the user. The red mark point position of the remote controller and the red mark potential of the user equipment are displayed on the user equipment, the user can search the remote controller by referring to the positioning information displayed on the user equipment, and the alarm of the remote controller sends out a drop alarm sound so as to help the user to quickly search the remote controller.
In this embodiment, the user may also press a remote control search button provided on the set-top box. At this time, the set-top box sends a losing instruction to the remote controller, and the remote controller sends out a drop alarm sound through the alarm after receiving the losing instruction.
In one possible implementation, since the pre-constructed feature voice table still has inaccurate voice recognition, in order to reduce this, the method further includes steps S301 to S303 after the television plays the first program content, as shown in fig. 4.
S301, acquiring a withdrawal operation of a user, wherein the withdrawal operation is an operation of withdrawing and playing the first program content by the user through a remote controller within a first preset time.
S302, recording the withdrawal times of withdrawal operations.
S303, prompting a user to modify the corresponding relation between the first voice and the first program content when the withdrawal times are greater than or equal to the preset times in the second preset time.
Specifically, when the first program content played by the user through the voice recognition function of the remote controller is not the program content required by the user, if the user withdraws the first program content by the withdrawal operation within the first preset time, 1 withdrawal number is recorded. The withdrawal operation can be understood as that the user sends a withdrawal instruction to the set top box through a withdrawal button of the remote controller, and when the set top box receives the withdrawal instruction, the play of the first program content is stopped and the main interface is returned. The first preset time may be understood as a time interval from a time when the display starts playing the first program content to a time when the user finds that the played first program content is not the program content to be played. And when the withdrawal times of the user are greater than or equal to the preset withdrawal times in the second preset time, determining that the first voice recognition error rate is higher, and prompting the user to modify the corresponding relation between the first voice and the first program content.
For example, when the first voice of the user is "play 2021 year movie XX", the program content corresponding to the first voice is "2021 year 1 month action movie XX", the first preset time is 30s, the second preset time is 1 month, and the preset withdrawal times are 10 times. At this time, the program content played by the display is '2021 small product XX', if the user withdraws '2021 small product XX' playing within 30s through the remote controller, the remote controller records 1 withdrawal times; when the withdrawal times reach 10 times within 1 month, determining that the first voice recognition error rate is higher, and prompting the user to modify the corresponding relation between the first voice and the first program content. The modification mode is specifically as follows: deleting the corresponding relation between the first voice and the first program content, re-inputting the first voice 'playing movie 1', re-inputting the program content '2021 month 1 action movie XX' corresponding to the first voice, and constructing a new corresponding relation between the first voice and the first program content by the remote controller. When the user needs to play the "2021 month 1 action movie XX", the user can directly input the "play movie 1" through the voice recognition function of the remote controller, and the remote controller obtains the program content "2021 month 1 action movie XX" corresponding to the "play movie 1".
In one possible implementation, the power of the remote controller is obtained; when the electric quantity is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, an alarm sound is sent out through an alarm of the remote controller so as to prompt a user that the electric quantity is insufficient.
Specifically, when the electric quantity of the remote controller is low, in order not to affect the normal use of the remote controller, when the electric quantity of the remote controller is smaller than or equal to a preset electric quantity threshold value, an alarm of the remote controller sends out a drop alarm sound to prompt a user that the electric quantity is insufficient and the battery needs to be replaced, wherein the preset electric quantity threshold value is preferably 20%.
The application also provides a remote controller control device based on voice recognition, which is a remote controller, as shown in fig. 5, and comprises an acquisition module 1, a processing module 2 and a sending module 3, wherein,
the acquisition module 1 is used for acquiring a first voice of a user;
