Abstract

moving a camera to align a visual center to a center of a target code of the target assembly;
identifying the target code, acquiring corresponding assembly part information, and checking the identification result of a target detection algorithm;
and if the identification result is correct, fine positioning the target assembly part according to the target code by utilizing a composite target code technology.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein calibrating the camera using a Zhang Zhengyou camera calibration method, correcting the acquired image, comprises:
printing and fixing a plane calibration plate formed by checkerboards;
the plane calibration plates are placed at different positions, and the images of different poses are acquired by using cameras to shoot;
and detecting the characteristics of the plane calibration plate to obtain the internal and external parameters and distortion parameters of the camera, and carrying out optimization estimation on the imaging precision.

calculating the rotation angle of the target code image in space according to the corner points;
