The position in the light guide pillar 86 closer to the ultraviolet lamp 85 is illuminated more strongly, and more second reflecting layers 861 can be provided to enable the position in the light guide pillar 86 away from the ultraviolet lamp 85 to obtain more illumination.
Wherein the second reflective layer 861 can be disposed to reflect slightly obliquely away from the ultraviolet lamp 85.
Working principle: during production in an industrial plant, sulfur-containing and dust-containing gas may be generated, and the air can be absorbed from the air inlet grid 11 through the air suction cover 43 by the operation of the fan 42, and is sent into the dust filtering box 5 and the purifying box 7 for treatment through the air inlet pipe 44, and finally is discharged into a room through the air outlet pipe 13, so that the purified air is obtained in the room. The air mixed with the purified and unpurified air in the room is pumped out through the air outlet box 21 and is discharged through the three-way pipe 22, and a small part of the air is supplied to the air inlet pipe 44 through the branch pipe of the three-way pipe 22, so that the exhaust gas discharge is reduced and the purification pressure is reduced.
In addition, the output end of the first motor 31 drives the worm 32 to rotate, so that the worm wheel rim 33 and the movable air guiding disc 34 rotate, and the coincidence degree of the second air holes 341 and the first air holes 251 of the fixed air guiding disc 25 can be adjusted, so that the actual effective ventilation aperture can be adjusted, and then the small air supplementing quantity can be controllably conveyed to the air inlet pipe 44 in the initial purification stage of adjusting the air supplementing quantity, so that the uncleaned air is conveyed to the outside as much as possible, the outside fresh air is conveyed to the room as much as possible, and when the purification time is longer, the purified air in the indoor mixed air has a higher air ratio, and then the less indoor air can be controllably conveyed to the outside. The air of the air supply and the outside flows into the dust filtering box 5 through the air inlet pipe 44 in one direction, and then the dust filtering plate 51 is used for filtering dust.
The output end of the third motor 61 drives the half-face gear 62 to rotate, so that the toothed plate 63 repeatedly slides along the guide rail 66 through the guide block 64, and then the two scraping plates 67 repeatedly move along the dust filtering plate 51 through the connecting frame 65, so that dust filtered by the dust filtering plate 51 is removed, and falls into the dust collecting box 52 through the rectangular groove 521 for temporary storage. The closure plate 14 can then be opened to allow the dust in the dust box 52 to be collected.
Then air continues to enter the purifying box 7, the ultraviolet lamp 85 can comprehensively sterilize all positions of the purifying filter plates 71 through the light guide columns 86, and meanwhile, the purifying filter plates 71 can realize the desulfurization and dust removal effects of sulfur-containing dust-containing gas, and the moisture-absorbing active carbon plates can effectively dehumidify and keep indoor air dry and fresh.
