The pretreated tree is mixed with the soaking solution to obtain the pulp treatment solution, the pulp content in the pulp treatment solution is ensured to be between 5 and 10 percent, and the molding quality of the pulp is controlled.
S2: paper manufacture:
the paper pulp after configuration is placed in a paper machine to be squeezed, dehydrated and dried to form a primary black paperboard, the primary black paperboard is polished through a polishing machine, then the size of the black paperboard is cut by a cutting machine, finally an anti-counterfeiting mark is introduced into the primary black paperboard through a printing machine, a high-grade finished black paperboard is formed, and high-quality black paperboard can be prepared through a series of machines.
Referring to FIG. 1, broad-leaved wood is selected from poplar and eucalyptus in a ratio of 3:2, the poplar should ensure that the whiteness of the wood reaches 53%, the wood is not hollow and black, the average fiber length reaches more than 1.09mm, the basic density reaches 0.4g/cm, and the fiber content reaches more than 50%. The eucalyptus is selected to ensure that the average fiber length is 0.5mm, the fiber width is 19 to 25 mu m, the fiber content of the screening component larger than 30 meshes is about 50%, wherein the poplar has higher comprehensive cellulose content (80%), lower lignin content (20 to 25%) and less non-cellulose impurities from the viewpoints of wood fiber morphology and chemical composition. The poplar has the characteristics similar to that of spruce except the length of the fiber, and the poplar has white color, easy bleaching, pulp yield, strength and whiteness, so the poplar is a relatively suitable pulping and papermaking raw material.
Referring to fig. 1, a dual-roller tree peeling machine is selected for peeling treatment, the bark content after peeling is less than 0.2% of the total content of the tree, and the worm-eaten part is manually removed, so that the influence of the bark in the papermaking process is reduced by peeling treatment, and the paper making by the bark has several defects, wherein the tree paper is too thick, so that the paper making paper is too thick, and the bark paper does not have flexibility.
