calculating the planned quantity of each material layer based on the material demand quantity of the first material layer and the finished product information of each material layer;
calculating a material demand schedule for each material layer based on the delivery date and the number of schedules required for each material layer;
wherein, based on the required arrival date of the first material layer and the lead time of each material layer, calculating the required delivery date of each material layer comprises the following steps:
determining a first requested arrival date for the first material layer as a first delivery date for the first material layer;
calculating a required delivery date for a material layer following the first material layer based on the first delivery date and an advance period of each material layer;
