The lens mounting structure of the preferred embodiment is applied to the lamp shown in fig. 1 and 2. The lens mounting structure includes a lens holder 102 for carrying the lens 2 and an upper cover 101.
As shown in fig. 4, the lens holder 102 includes a carrying portion 1021, wherein the carrying portion 1021 is flat, and has a through hole for transmitting light therethrough, and is generally annular, and the lens 2 can be placed thereon. The light incident surface of the lens 2 is disposed on a side facing the carrier 1021. Referring to fig. 3, the upper cover 101 includes a tapered annular body 1011, and a side wall 1012 extending toward the small end of the annular body 1011 is provided on the outer tapered surface of the annular body 1011, and the lens 2 is held between the bearing portion 1021 of the lens holder 102 and the side wall 1012 of the upper cover 101. In order to achieve the connection of the lens holder 102 and the upper cover 101, the lens holder 102 includes a first connection part 1022 provided at an outer peripheral edge of the carrier part 1021, and the upper cover 101 includes a second connection part 1013 provided outside the sidewall 1012, and the first connection part 1022 and the second connection part 1013 are cooperatively connected.
In the present embodiment, the first connection portion 1022 and the second connection portion 1013 are connected by snap, the first connection portion 1022 is a claw extending from the carrying portion 1021 toward the upper cover 101, and the second connection portion 1013 is a fastening portion, specifically, a bump disposed outside the sidewall 1012 of the upper cover 101. A plurality of claws as the first connecting portion 1022 and three or more projections as the second connecting portion 1013 are provided. The lens holders 102 and the upper cover 101 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence, and are uniformly arranged on the outer peripheral sides thereof. In order to prevent the claw as the first connecting portion 1022 and the protrusion as the second connecting portion 1013 from being disconnected, in this embodiment, a ring of annular wall 1024 extends from the outer periphery of the carrying portion 1021 toward the upper cover 101, and flanges 1023 are provided on the inner walls of the annular wall 1024 on both sides of the first connecting portion 1022. When the first connecting portion 1022 and the second connecting portion 1013 are connected by snap, the flanges abut on two sides of the protrusion serving as the second connecting portion 1013, so as to limit the circumferential rotation of the upper cover 101 relative to the lens holder 102.
In other embodiments, the second connection part 1013 may be a clamping groove provided on the sidewall 1012 of the upper cover 101, so that the first connection part 1022 and the second connection part 1013 may not be separated even if the circumferential limiting structure is not provided. In other preferred embodiments, the second connection part 1013 may be provided in the form of a claw, and the outer peripheral edge of the side of the carrier 1021 facing away from the lens 2 may be provided as the first connection part 1022. When an adhesive method is used, the first and second connection parts 1022 and 1013 may be adhesive surfaces. The present application is not limited in this regard.
Generally, the size of the lens 2 will be smaller than the larger end of the tapered annular body 1011 of the upper cover 101. Thus, in this embodiment, the width of the opposite sides of the sidewall 1012 is greater than the width of the small end of the annular body 1011 and less than the width of the large end of the annular body 1011. That is, the side wall 1012 extends from the middle part of the outer tapered surface of the annular body 1011 toward the lens holder 102. The side wall 1012 is smaller in width than the large end of the annular body 1011 and can be matched with the periphery of the lens 2 to fully press the lens. At this time, the side wall 1012 forms a light mixing cavity below the annular body 1011, and the small end of the annular body 1011 is a light outlet of the light mixing cavity, and the width of the side wall 1012 is larger than the small end of the annular body 1011, so that glare can be effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the frustum shape of the annular body 1011 forms a reflector, and can carry out secondary light distribution on the light entering from the small end of the annular body 1011.
In order to facilitate the clamping, the lens 2 is provided with a convex rim 201 on the outer peripheral side of its mounting surface, and the bearing portion 1021 of the lens holder 102 and the side wall 1012 of the upper cover 101 abut against opposite sides of the convex rim 201, respectively. In order to limit the lateral displacement of the lens, a lens positioning portion 1015 may be provided on the carrier portion 1021 or the sidewall 1012. In the present embodiment, the lens positioning portion 1015 is a countersunk platform provided inside the port of the sidewall 1012 of the upper cover 101, and the step surface thereof abuts against the upper surface of the flange 201. In other preferred embodiments, a countersink may be provided on the carrier 1021, which matches the outer circumference of the flange 201, with the flange 201 being provided therein. Of course, in other preferred embodiments, the side wall 1012 may be provided with a positioning protrusion, and the lens 2 may be provided with a recess structure matched with the positioning protrusion, or the lens may be fixed by a screw or an adhesive, which is not limited in this application.
The lens 2 is placed between the lens holder 102 and the upper cover 101, and the lens holder and the upper cover are snap-coupled by the first coupling part 1022 and the second coupling part 1013 to form an optical module 1, the external structure of which is shown in fig. 5. The optical module 1 may be arranged in a luminaire as shown in fig. 1, the optical module 1 being connected as a whole to the housing 6 of the luminaire during the mounting and dismounting of the luminaire. The lens mounting structure thus further includes a third connecting portion 1014, by which the optical module 1 is mounted to the housing 6 as a mounting base. The third connecting portion 1014 includes three or more claws, and their side walls 1012 are uniformly arranged circumferentially. In order to avoid interference with the second connection part 1013, the second connection part 1013 and the third connection part 1014 are staggered.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, and 5, the optical module 1 includes a lens holder 102, an upper cover 101, and a lens 2 interposed between the upper covers 101 of the lens holder 102. The light incident surface of the lens 2 is disposed on a side close to the lens holder 102, the light emergent surface is disposed on a side close to the upper cover 101, and the side wall 1012 forms a light mixing cavity below the annular body 1011. The lens holder 102 and the upper cover 101 are integrally connected and fixed by the first connection portion 1021 and the second connection portion 1013. When the lens in the optical module 1 needs to be replaced, the lens mounting structure can be conveniently opened, and the lens 2 is taken out for replacement, so that the application range of the optical module 1 is wider.
