As a further preferable technical scheme of the embodiment, a safety lock 7 for limiting the rotation of the bottommost ring sleeve 6 is arranged on the lamp post 1, specifically, the safety lock 7 comprises a shell 71 and a lock cylinder 72, the shell 71 is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the lamp post 1, and the lock cylinder 72 is rotationally connected in the shell 71; the lock cylinder 72 is controlled to rotate by a matched key when inserted; the end part of the lock cylinder 72 inserted into the lamp post 1 is fixedly connected with a limiting piece 20, and the bottom surface of the bottommost ring sleeve 6 is provided with a limiting groove 21 matched with the limiting piece 20; the number of the limiting grooves 21 is preferably two, and the limiting grooves are respectively arranged at the bottom surface positions of the corresponding limiting pieces 20 after the corresponding lowest side framework 4 is completely unfolded and folded to a proper size to drive the connected ring sleeve 6 to rotate; when the limiting piece 20 is embedded into the limiting groove 21, the rotation of the bottommost ring sleeve 6 can be blocked, so that the unfolding or folding of the folding fan structure can be prevented. In actual use, when the folding fan structure is completely unfolded to block the lower side of the battery compartment 2, the folding fan structure is locked by the safety lock 7, so that an anti-theft function can be realized; when the folding fan structure is folded to a proper size, the folding fan structure is limited to be unfolded by the aid of the safety lock 7, so that the folding fan structure can be prevented from being unfolded or folded to influence the operation of overhaulers due to the fact that the reflective cloth 5 is accidentally affected by wind blowing and the like.
In yet another embodiment of the present application, the battery compartment 2 is rotatably disposed in the lamp post 1, the battery compartment 2 is provided with a first opening 8, the lamp post 1 is provided with a second opening 9, specifically, the battery compartment 2 is a cylindrical thin-wall barrel, the first opening 8 is disposed on the thin wall of the battery compartment 2, and the area of the first opening is not more than half of the area of the thin film of the battery compartment 2; the second opening 9 is arranged on the pipe wall of the lamp post 1 and is matched with the first opening 8 in size; the first opening 8 coincides with the second opening 9 in horizontal height. In actual use, the battery compartment 2 controls the first opening 8 and the second opening 9 to correspond or be misplaced through rotation, so as to control the battery compartment 2 to be opened or closed relative to the outside.
As a preferred technical scheme of the embodiment, the lower end of the battery compartment 2 is coaxially connected with a circular plate 11 through a rotating shaft 10, the circular plate 11 synchronously rotates along with the ring sleeve 6 at the lowest side, and specifically, the rotating shaft 10 and the circular plate 11 are both arranged in the lamp post 1; the side wall of the circular plate 11 is provided with a lug 22, the inner wall of the bottommost annular sleeve 6 is provided with a clamping groove 23 matched with the lug 22, and the lug 22 penetrates through the lamp post 1 in a sliding manner and is embedded into the clamping groove 23; the part of the lamp pole 1, which is penetrated by the convex block 22 in a sliding way, is provided with an arc-shaped penetrating groove, and the radian of the penetrating groove is not more than 180 degrees. In the technical scheme, when the lowest framework 4 drives the ring sleeve 6 connected with the framework 4 to rotate in actual use, the lowest ring sleeve 6 can drive the circular plate 11 to synchronously rotate, and the circular plate 11 drives the battery compartment 2 to rotate through the rotating shaft 10; when the bottommost ring sleeve 6 rotates to fully expand the frameworks 4 and the reflective cloth 5, the rotation position of the battery compartment 2 causes the first opening 8 and the second opening 9 to be completely misplaced, i.e. the battery compartment 2 is not opened outwards; when the bottommost ring sleeve 6 rotates to fold the frameworks 4 and the reflective cloth 5, the battery compartment 2 drives the first opening 8 to rotate to be close to the second opening 9, and then when the first opening 8 and the second opening 9 just correspond to each other to enable the battery compartment 2 to be opened to the outside, the folding fan structure formed by the frameworks 4 and the reflective cloth 5 is folded to a proper size so as to meet the passing of maintenance personnel; the above realizes that the battery compartment 2 is opened and closed and is linked to the rotation of the bottommost annular sleeve 6 through the rotating shaft 10 and the circular plate 11, and the bottommost annular sleeve 6 is locked by the safety lock 7, so that the battery compartment 2 is opened and closed and is locked by the safety lock 7, therefore, in actual use, a thief cuts the reflective cloth 5 and smoothly passes through the reflective cloth, but the battery compartment 2 can still be kept tightly closed, namely the anti-theft effect is further improved.
In still another embodiment of the present application, a connecting rod 12 is disposed between each two adjacent frames 4, two ends of the connecting rod 12 are respectively hinged with a fixed pin 13 and a sliding pin 14, the fixed pin 13 is fixedly connected with one side of the frames 4, the sliding pin 14 is movably connected with the other side of the frames 4, and the connecting rod 12 is specifically disposed on the upper side of the frames 4; the connecting rods 12 are arranged so that every two adjacent skeletons 4 can be mutually linked; two adjacent frameworks 4 can be divided into a framework 4 at a high-order position and a framework 4 at a low-order position, a fixed pin 13 is connected to the framework 4 at the high-order position and is arranged close to the loop 6, and a sliding pin 14 is connected to the framework 4 at the low-order position and is arranged far away from the loop 6; the range of sliding of the sliding pin 14 on the frame 4 in the low-stage position is limited. In the technical scheme, when the framework 4 at the low-order position rotates to approach to the framework 4 at the high-order position, the reflective cloth 5 between the framework 4 at the low-order position is folded firstly, then the sliding pin 14 slides on the framework 4 at the low-order position firstly because the length of the connecting rod 12 is fixed, when the sliding pin 14 moves to the limit position, the reflective cloth 5 is folded to a certain degree, at the moment, the framework 4 at the low-order position continues to rotate, the framework 4 at the high-order position can be driven by the connecting rod 12 to start rotating together, so that the reflective cloth 5 at the higher-order position can be further folded, then the framework 4 at the higher-order position is driven, and the like, the rotation folding of the framework 4 at the lowest side can be obtained, and each movable framework 4 at the upper side can be further driven to rotate to fold; similarly, when the lowest skeleton 4 is unfolded in a rotating way, each movable skeleton 4 on the upper side can be driven to be unfolded in a rotating way in a progressive way. The structure and the principle show that the folding fan structure formed by the frameworks 4 and the reflective cloth 5 can promote the whole folding fan structure to be unfolded or folded under the condition that only the rotation of the lowest framework 4 is controlled.

When the lowest frame 4 is stressed to rotate towards the adjacent other frame 4, the sliding pin 14 moves on the guide rod 16 to squeeze the first springs 17, and as the structures of the connecting rod 12 and the first springs 17 are arranged between every two adjacent frames 4, the stress on the whole folding fan structure can be equally divided by each first spring 17, so that synchronous reduction of the unfolding angle between the adjacent frames 4 can be realized, namely, when the lowest frame 4 rotates, other movable frames 4 also rotate in the same direction; when each framework 4 is rotated and folded, the first springs 17 store elastic potential energy, so that each framework 4 has a trend of recovering and unfolding, and at the moment, in order to keep the elastic potential energy of the first springs 17 not to be directly released, the rotation of the bottommost ring sleeve 6 is limited by the safety lock 7 so as to limit and fix the unfolding size of the folding fan structure.
