As shown in fig. 1-18, the driving part includes two first hinge rods 23 hinged to two opposite sides of the lower end of the driving shaft 11, one end of the first hinge rod 23 away from the driving shaft 11 is correspondingly hinged to two opposite side inner walls of the conical groove 22 on the elastic stretching sleeve 7, small ear blocks are welded on the inner walls of the elastic stretching sleeve 7, the end of the first hinge rod 23 is hinged to the small ear blocks through a small mounting shaft, the lower end of the driving shaft 11 is welded with the ear blocks, and the other end of the first hinge rod 23 is hinged to the ear blocks through a short mounting shaft, so that the driving shaft 11 is hinged to the two first hinge rods 23.

the sliding pin 13 penetrating through the sliding rod 15 and far away from one end of the sealing sliding block 9, that is, a pin hole for the sliding pin 13 to be tightly matched and installed is formed in the sliding rod 15, a kidney-shaped hole 14 for the sliding pin 13 to be inserted and combined is formed in the fixing plate 12, an included angle is formed between the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole 14 and the axial direction of the driving shaft 11, the included angle is not 90 degrees, in addition, the upper end of the length direction of the kidney-shaped hole 14 is obliquely arranged towards the radial inner side of the driving shaft 11, and when the driving shaft 11 moves upwards, the sliding pin 13 slides in the kidney-shaped hole 14 and can drive the sliding rod 15 to move towards the inner side direction of the sealing sliding block 9.
