The character wheel coded lock is a pure mechanical lock, but can have the convenience of the electronic coded lock and the stability of the key mechanical lock, and has wider application range in the market. The character wheel coded lock is unique in operation, and can be used for inputting a one-bit code by turning one character wheel to a preset number every time, so that the other character wheels are repeatedly turned until the last-bit code is input, and unlocking can be realized.
The existing character wheel coded lock is unlocked through a set of preset codes, but when a user forgets the codes, the user cannot normally unlock the lock, and only can unlock the lock by means of external force, so that the lock can be damaged and cannot be reused, and the user needs to replace a new lock, which is costly and laborious. Some character wheel coded locks are provided with an emergency lock core, so that the emergency unlocking can be performed through a key, however, the preset codes can not be retrieved by using the key only for unlocking, and the key is required to be used for unlocking when the lockset is used subsequently, so that the superiority of the coded lock is lost.
In the prior art, the password lock can be used for retrieving passwords in a mode of probe assembly, dial-up and insertion structure and the like. The former inserts the probe group into the coded lock, and then realizes the elastic expansion of the probe through the spring in the probe group to realize the searching of the code, which is troublesome in operation and more complicated in the structure in the lock; the latter is to insert the manager key to find the password, so the lock structure needs to be added with a lock core structure matched with the manager key, and the lock structure becomes more complex and bulky.

the locking spring 35 acts on the code shaft 31 to maintain the locking projection 311 in a state of being disengaged from the bush 332 even though the code shaft 31 is in the locked state.
The character wheel mechanism 3 is characterized in that an inner sleeve 333 is arranged in the character wheel 331, and the inner sleeve 333 is movably matched with the character wheel 331 through an elastic coupling relationship; when the block convex part 342 of the block 34 is embedded in the inner sleeve notch 3331, the inner sleeve 333 is limited to rotate, and the character wheel 331 can only rotate in one direction, so that the bushing 332 can be driven to rotate until the bushing convex part 3322 abuts against the block blocking part 343, and the purpose of searching for a common password can be achieved; the double-password wheel mechanism 3 containing the common password and the management password does not need to additionally design an emergency lock core mechanism or a code searching mechanism, the structural design of the lockset is simpler and the cost is lower, and the common password can be quickly found out by inputting the management password, so that the lockset is easy to operate and high in efficiency.
In some embodiments of the character wheel mechanism 3, a character wheel engaging portion 3311 and an inner sleeve elastic portion 3332 are respectively provided between an inner circumferential surface of the character wheel 331 and an outer circumferential surface of the inner sleeve 333 to achieve elastic coupling therebetween. Specifically, the matching modes at least have the following two modes: firstly, the character wheel matching part 3311 is a ratchet tooth, the inner sleeve elastic part 3332 is an elastic arm, so that when searching codes (namely when the inner sleeve 333 is stopped rotating), the character wheel 331 can only rotate in one direction (clockwise) to search for a common code, and invalid operation can be avoided; secondly, the character wheel matching part 3311 is a clamping groove, the inner sleeve elastic part 3332 is an elastic bulge, so that the character wheel 331 can rotate bidirectionally during code searching, but can only search a common code when rotating clockwise, and the two parts only have differences in specific structure and operation, but have the basis of realizing the code searching function.
Further, the axis of the wheel 331 is provided with a coaxial bushing hole 3312 and an inner bushing hole 3313, and the bushing hole 3312 is circumferentially and limitedly sleeved on the circumferential surface of the bushing 332; the inner sleeve 333 is movably fitted in the inner sleeve hole 3313, and the side wall of the inner sleeve hole 3313 is provided with the above-mentioned character wheel fitting portion 3311.
Secondly, a plurality of lining caulking grooves 3314 are arranged on the side wall of the lining hole 3312 at equal angle intervals; at least one limiting protrusion 3323 is disposed on the peripheral surface of the bushing 332, the limiting protrusion 3323 is embedded in the bushing caulking groove 3314, the matching angle of the limiting protrusion 3323 in the bushing hole 3312 (i.e. the relative angle with the character wheel 331) determines the common password corresponding to the character wheel assembly 33, and the user drives the bushing 332 to rotate to input the common password when dialing the character wheel 331. Of course, when the stopper 34 does not limit the inner sleeve 333, the character wheel 331 can drive the inner sleeve 333 to rotate synchronously, and the management password is input while the character wheel 331 is shifted. In the related structure described below, when the bush 332 is separated from the character wheel 331, the bush 332 and the character wheel 331 no longer have a circumferential limiting relationship, and at this time, the ordinary password can be replaced by firstly poking the character wheel 331 and then nesting the bush 332 and the character wheel 331.
In some embodiments of the character wheel mechanism 3, the character wheel grooves 321 are disposed at equal angular intervals along the axial direction of the code wheel 32, so as to achieve that the character wheel assemblies 33 are arranged on the code wheel 32 at equal intervals.
In some embodiments of the character wheel mechanism 3, a first check ring 36 and a second check ring 37 are respectively installed at two ends of the code seat 32; the two ends of the password shaft 31 are respectively penetrated through the first check ring 36 and the second check ring 37 in a circumferential limit manner, so that the password shaft 31 can only axially move and cannot rotate under the action of external force, and the functional stability of the password shaft 31 can be improved; the two ends of the locking spring 35 are respectively abutted against the second check ring 37 and the end part of the coded shaft 31, and the elastic force of the locking spring 35 enables the coded shaft 31 to axially move towards the first check ring 36, so that the coded shaft 31 is in a locking state.
Further, the character wheel mechanism 3 further comprises a retainer 38 sleeved on the code shaft 31 and a code changing spring 39 sleeved on the second check ring 37; the first check ring 36 and the second check ring 37 are matched at the two outer ends of the retainer 38, and the bushings 332 at the two ends of the character wheel assembly 33 respectively abut against the two inner ends of the retainer 38; both ends of the code changing spring 39 are respectively abutted against the ends of the second check ring 37 and the retainer 38, and the elastic force of the code changing spring 39 enables the retainer 38 to push the first check ring 36 to be abutted against the peripheral surface of the locking mechanism 2 (namely the switch knob 21); the peripheral surface of the lock mechanism 2 (switch knob 21) is provided with a relief groove 214 in which the first retainer ring 36 is movably fitted. Referring to fig. 20, after the correct common code is input, the switch knob 21 can be reversely rotated (opposite to the unlocking direction) to a certain angle (for example, 60 ° in this embodiment), so that the relief groove 214 is opposite to the first check ring 36, and under the action of the code changing spring 39, the retainer 38, the bushing 332 and the first check ring 36 move towards the direction of the locking mechanism 2, after the first check ring 36 is embedded into the relief groove 214, the retainer 38 pushes the bushing 332 and disengages from the word wheel 331, at this time, the word wheel 331 can be rotated to set the common code, then the switch knob 21 is rotated to reset, and the switch knob 21 pushes the first check ring 36, the retainer 38 and the bushing 332 back, and the bushing 332 is coupled with the word wheel 331, so that the replacement of the common code is completed.
In some embodiments of the word wheel mechanism 3, the word wheel mechanism 3 further includes a return spring 310; the return spring 310 is disposed in the lock body 1 and acts on the stopper 34 to return the stopper 34 to a state of not contacting with the inner sleeve 333, that is, to make the stopper protrusion 342 exit the inner sleeve notch 3331, and the stopper 34 does not have a rotation stopping function on the inner sleeve 333.
In some embodiments of the character wheel mechanism 3, the character wheel mechanism 3 further includes a code searching knob 320; the code searching knob 320 is rotatably matched on the lock body 1 and is in transmission connection with the stop block 34, and the stop block 34 is pushed to axially move when the code searching knob 320 rotates, so that the function of searching for a common code (the detailed working principle is described below) is realized.
Further, a first slope 344 and a second slope 3201 are respectively disposed on opposite sides of the stop 34 and the code searching knob 320; the first ramp 344 is always abutted against the second ramp 3201 under the action of the return spring 310, so that when the code searching knob 320 is rotated, the code searching knob 320 can transmit torsion to the first ramp 344 through the second ramp 3201 and convert the torsion into axial driving force of the stop block 34, so that the stop block 34 moves axially parallel to the code shaft 31 at the bottom of the code seat 32.
In some embodiments of the character wheel mechanism 3, the first magnet 312 is embedded in the code shaft 31, the second magnet 3315 is embedded in each character wheel 331, and the character wheel 311 can automatically rotate by magnetic attraction between the first magnet 312 and the second magnet 3315, so as to realize automatic resetting of the current displayed code, and avoid code leakage.
Further, referring to fig. 1, 4, 14 and 15, the character wheel mechanism 3 further includes a rotation stopping assembly 330 acting on the character wheel 331, the elastic rotation stopping assembly 330 having a rotation stopping block 3302 extending and contracting by the action of a rotation stopping spring 3301, a baffle 3303 for movably limiting the rotation stopping block 3302, and a locking spring 3304; the surface of the character wheel 331 is provided with a plurality of rotation stopping grooves 3316, a rotation stopping block 3302 sequentially penetrates through the bottom of the baffle 3303 and the password seat 32 and is abutted against the surface of the character wheel 331 under the action of a rotation stopping spring 3301, and the rotation stopping block is movably and limitedly matched with the rotation stopping grooves 3316 after the character wheel 331 rotates, so that the rotation stopping function of a user after dialing the character wheel 331 is realized, and the currently-dialed password is maintained; the blocking plate 3303 is driven by the rotation of the locking mechanism 2 to axially move, for example, a push block 224 is arranged on the peripheral surface of the rotating sleeve 22, after unlocking, the locking mechanism 2 rotates and the push block 224 pushes the blocking plate 3303, the blocking plate 3303 pushes the rotation stopping block 3302 to compress the rotation stopping spring 3301, so that the rotation stopping block 3302 is separated from the rotation stopping groove 3316, and the character wheel 331 can be reset under the action of the first magnet 312 and the second magnet 3315 to realize the function of automatic code disorder after unlocking; the locking spring 3304 is used to drive the damper 3303 back so that the rotation stop spring 3301 can drive the rotation stop block 3302 to engage the rotation stop groove 3316.
Next, one end of the baffle 3303 is provided with an inclined bump 33031 for the push block 224 to movably contact; meanwhile, the contact position of the baffle 3303 and the rotation stop block 3302 is provided with a first inclined surface 33032 and a second inclined surface 33021 which are matched in a sliding way, so that the baffle 3303 can push and press the rotation stop block 3302 more smoothly.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
(1) locking state:
due to the elastic force of the locking spring 35, the code shaft 31 is kept protruding from the character wheel mechanism 3 and inserted into the locking mechanism 2 in a normal state, that is, the end part of the code shaft 31 is inserted into the limit groove 211 and is movably matched with the lock tongue convex part 251 of the lock tongue 25, when in a locking state, the code of the character wheel mechanism 3 is a messy code (incorrect common code), the code shaft 31 cannot be retracted, and therefore, when the switch knob 21 is rotated, the lock cannot rotate due to the fact that the lock tongue convex part 251 is abutted against the end part of the code shaft 31, so that the lock is kept in the locking state.
(2) And (3) unlocking:
when the character wheel 331 of each character wheel assembly 33 is shifted to the common password, the character wheel 331 drives the bushings 332 to rotate so that the unlocking grooves 3321 of each bushing 332 are aligned with each locking projection 311 on the password shaft 31, and at the moment, if the password shaft 31 is stressed, the locking springs 35 can be compressed to retract, so that when the switch knob 21 is rotated, the lock tongue 25 can squeeze the password shaft 31 to rotate from the locking state to the unlocking state; the switch knob 21 is rotated while the rotating sleeve 22 rotates synchronously, so that the relative angle between the rotating sleeve convex part 221 in the rotating sleeve 22 and the locking shaft convex part 231 of the locking shaft 23 is changed, the locking shaft 23 moves from the low point 221b to the high point 221a along the transition line segment 221c under the elastic force of the unlocking spring 24, the locking shaft 23 axially moves towards the direction of the switch knob 21, and the locking shaft 23 gradually withdraws from the locking groove 113, so that the unlocking of the lockset is completed.
(3) Searching for a common password:
referring to fig. 18 and 19, when a common password is required to be found, a management password is input first so that the inner sleeve notch 3331 of each inner sleeve 333 is opposite to the stop protrusion 342 of the stop 34; then, the code searching knob 320 is turned, the code searching knob 320 drives the stop block 34 to axially move, so that the stop block protrusion 342 is embedded into the inner sleeve notch 3332 to fix the inner sleeve 333, and at this time, the character wheel 331 can only rotate clockwise (based on clockwise direction in fig. 18 and 19) because the character wheel matching part 3311 (ratchet teeth) is coupled with the inner sleeve elastic part 3332 (spring arm) to have a limiting effect on the rotation of the character wheel 331; the user rotates the character wheel 331 until the bush convex portion 3322 of the bush 332 abuts against the stopper catch portion 343 of the stopper 34, the character wheel 331 cannot rotate any more and stops, and at this time, the number displayed by each character wheel 331 is the common code.
(4) Changing the common password:
when a correct common password is input, the switch knob 21 is rotated by 60 degrees anticlockwise, so that the abdication groove 214 is opposite to the first check ring 36, under the action of the code changing spring 39, the retainer 38, the bushing 332 and the first check ring 36 move towards the direction of the switch knob 21, after the first check ring 36 is embedded into the abdication groove 214, the retainer 38 pushes the bushing 332 and enables the bushing 332 to be separated from the character wheel 331, at the moment, the rotatable character wheel 331 sets the common password, then the switch knob 21 is rotated to reset, the switch knob 21 pushes the first check ring 36, the retainer 38 and the bushing 332 back, and the bushing 332 is coupled with the character wheel 331, so that the replacement of the common password is completed.
(5) Changing the management password:
when a correct common password is input, the switch knob 21 is rotated by 60 degrees anticlockwise, so that the yielding groove 214 is opposite to the first check ring 36, under the action of the code changing spring 39, the retainer 38, the bushing 332 and the first check ring 36 move towards the direction of the switch knob 21, and after the first check ring 36 is embedded into the yielding groove 214, the retainer 38 pushes the bushing 332 and enables the bushing 332 to be separated from the character wheel 331; then the character wheel 331 is rotated to input the management password, the code searching knob 320 is rotated to drive the stop block 34 to move, the stop block convex part 342 on the stop block 34 is inserted into the inner sleeve notch 3331 to fix the stop block convex part, and at the moment, the management password is set by the rotatable character wheel 331; finally, the code searching knob 320 and the switch knob 21 are turned back, the switch knob 21 pushes the first check ring 36, the retainer 38 and the bushing 332 back, and the bushing 332 is coupled with the character wheel 331 to complete the replacement of the management code.
The above examples and drawings are not intended to limit the form or form of the present invention, and any suitable variations or modifications thereof by those skilled in the art should be construed as not departing from the scope of the present invention.
