本发明公开了一种机箱,该机箱的外壳形成可放置电路板的容纳腔,所述电路板固定在电路板基座上,机箱的一侧面外壳上设有开口,所述电路板基座通过所述开口以插拔方式可拆卸地固定在所述机箱上;在所述电路板基座上设有双轴扳扣,在所述开口附近设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽与所述电路板基座对应,所述双轴扳扣与所述卡槽配合将所述电路板基座固定在所述机箱上;解决了现有技术中插拔电路板耗时、占用面积较大的问题,通过采用双轴联动方式的扳扣与卡槽匹配将电路板卡固定在机箱内,结构简单、方便耐用。

一种机箱
技术领域
本发明涉及电设备外壳结构领域,尤其涉及一种机箱。
背景技术
现有技术中,通常采用如图1所示的松不脱螺钉或者ATCA助拔器将电路板板卡固定在机箱中。然而,结合图1所示,在插拔板卡时,松不脱螺钉固定方式需要手拧每个面板上的两颗松不脱螺钉,完全松出螺纹后,才能拔出板卡。此方案比较成熟,且锁紧比较可靠,但缺点是每次拔插板卡时均需对每个螺钉进行旋紧与松脱,较为费时。ATCA助拔器则通过顶出原理,旋转ATCA助拔器顶出,占用面积较大,也需要较大行程,该方式适用于标准的机架式机箱,且机箱内支撑架与安装架需有对应的安装配合位置,较为局限。
另外,现有技术中板卡插入时一般都采用标准的导轨导槽,且塑料件居多,需要通过接地引线来满足接地需求,导致机箱内线路杂乱;并且板卡到位后不知道是否到位以及是否接触良好。
发明内容
有鉴于此,基于现有技术的机箱存在板卡固定、拆卸不便等问题,本发明提供一种机箱,通过采用双轴联动方式的扳扣与卡槽匹配将电路板卡固定在机箱内,结构简单、便于操作。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的机箱包括外壳,所述外壳形成可放置电路板的容纳腔,所述电路板固定在电路板基座上,所述机箱的一侧面外壳上设有开口,所述电路板基座通过所述开口以插拔方式可拆卸地固定在所述机箱上;其特征在于,在所述电路板基座上设有双轴扳扣,在所述开口附近设有若干卡槽,所述卡槽与所述电路板基座对应,所述双轴扳扣与所述卡槽配合将所述电路板基座固定在所述机箱上。
其中,所述双轴扳扣包括第一扳扣、第二扳扣、第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第一转轴设在所述电路板基座上,所述第一扳扣的两端分别连接所述第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第二扳扣的一端通过所述第二转轴与所述第一扳扣连接;所述第二扳扣的另一端垂直折弯形成搭扣,所述搭扣的末端设有卡舌,所述卡舌的尺寸与所述卡槽尺寸匹配。
进一步,为了保证双轴扳扣与卡槽的稳定连接,当所述电路板基座固定在所述机箱上时,所述第一扳扣平行于所述电路板基座。
进一步,为了达到防尘效果,所述卡槽为盲孔。
其中,在所述机箱内设有导轨,所述电路板沿所述导轨插入所述机箱内部。
为了实现接地效果,简化机箱内部布局,所述导轨采用导电材质,所述电路板与所述导轨接触的区域设有导电涂层。
进一步,为了给出有效到位提醒信号,在所述导轨的末端设有接地端子,所述接地端子包括两个金属弹片,所述金属弹片的一端固定在所述导轨的外侧,另一端设有折弯部;当所述导轨上未插入电路板时,两个金属弹片的折弯部紧密贴合;在所述电路板远离所述电路板基座的一端上设有止位槽,当所述电路板沿导轨插入所述机箱时,所述两个金属弹片的折弯部在所述止位槽处再次紧密贴合。
为了增强接地效果,所述止位槽的外围设有导电涂层。
进一步,为了防止板卡在机箱内晃动而导致导电接触不良,所述导轨成对设置,位于所述机箱内相对的两个侧面上。
所述电路板上设有接口端子,所述电路板基座上开设有与所述接口端子对应的接口孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
本发明通过双轴联动的扳扣将电路板基座固定在机箱外壳上,结构简单、便于操作;通过设置合适的扳扣尺寸使得电路板基座固定安装时,第一扳扣与其平行起到更好的固定效果;导轨采用导电材质,结合电路板导电涂层边缘,实现接地;电路板上的止位槽和导轨上的金属弹片配合设置,产生有效到位提醒信号;通过在止位槽外围设置导电涂层进一步增强接地效果。

实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图2、图3和图4所示,本发明中的机箱1包括外壳100和板卡单元300,外壳100在机箱1内形成容纳腔200,板卡单元300包括电路板基座301以及固定在其上的电路板302,容纳腔200用于容纳电路板302、风扇400等电子器件以及相应的支撑结构;机箱1一侧面的外壳100上开设有开口,用于插拔电路板基座301,电路板基座301可拆卸地固定在机箱1上,电路板基座301上开设有接口孔3011,与电路板302上的接线端子(图未示)对应。
结合图4和图5,本发明中的机箱1内板卡单元300均匀布置,相应的,电路板基座301在开口处也均匀布置,也可根据实际需要调整板卡单元300的排布,相应调整电路板基座301的尺寸即可。电路板基座301上设有双轴扳扣500,在机箱1上与开口侧垂直的侧面外壳100上设有卡槽600,本实施例中的机箱1水平放置,则在其上顶盖上设有若干卡槽600,每个卡槽600处可固定一个双轴扳扣500,即卡槽600与电路板基座301对应,双轴扳扣500与卡槽600配合将电路板基座301固定在机箱1上。结合图5和图6,双轴扳扣500包括第一扳扣501、第二扳扣502、第一转轴503和第二转轴504,第一转轴503固定在电路板基座301上,第一扳扣501的两端分别连接第一转轴503和第二转轴504,第二扳扣502的一端通过第二转轴504与第一扳扣501连接;第二扳扣502的另一端垂直折弯形成搭扣505,搭扣的末端设有卡舌506,卡舌506的尺寸与卡槽600尺寸匹配,当双轴扳扣500紧锁时,第一扳扣501与电路板基座301平行。
结合图5、图6和图7,安装电路板基座301时,将搭扣505末端的卡舌506放入卡槽600内,按压第二扳扣502与第一扳扣501的连接处,即可听到吧嗒一声,搭扣505发生轻微弹性形变,锁紧在机箱1的外壳100上。拆卸电路板基座301时,将第二扳扣502与第一扳扣501的连接处向外扣出,在塑料件的变形过程后,第二扳扣502带动第一扳扣501双轴联动,实现解锁;将卡舌506脱离卡槽600,第一扳扣501与第二扳扣502处于自然状态,抽拉扳扣,便可将电路板基座301拔出机箱1。
上述双轴扳扣500可以采用注塑模一次成型加工,成本较低,在装配到每个面板单元时,通过轴进行安装,操作方便,使用简便,靠塑料件的韧性和形变,在疲劳与断裂极限许用应力之内,不易损坏且寿命长。
为了使固定更加牢靠,作为一种实施例,可在机箱1与开口侧垂直的两个侧面外壳上均设置卡槽600,即以水平放置的机箱1为例,在其上顶盖和下底盖上均设置卡槽600。为了更好的防尘,卡槽600为盲孔。
如图8所示,机箱1内还设有导轨700,与板卡单元300对应,安装电路板基座301时,电路板302沿导轨700插入机箱1内部。机箱外壳100采用金属材质,导轨700采用导电材质,如图9所示,电路板302与导轨700接触的区域设有导电涂层3022,导电材质可以为常见的为铜,通过电路板302的导电涂层3022和导轨700将电路板302接地。
作为一种实施例,可沿电路板302插入方向设置两条导轨700,以水平放置的机箱1为例,即在机箱1的上顶盖和下底盖上均设置导轨700。
如图8所示,在导轨700的末端设有接地端子800,接地端子800包括两个金属弹片,金属弹片的一端固定在导轨700的外侧,另一端设有折弯部;当所述导轨700上未插入电路板302时,两个金属弹片的折弯部紧密贴合。
如图9所示,电路板302上远离电路板基座301的一端附近设有止位槽3021,当电路板302沿导轨700插入机箱1内时,两个金属弹片的折弯部在止位槽3021处再次紧密贴合。金属弹片可以采用65Mn钢记忆回弹钢片,能够在电路板302到位时,即止位槽3021正好嵌入到回弹钢片的折弯部时,可发出啪嗒一声清脆的到位声音,给出电路板302到位提醒信号,同时也可以进一步固定电路板302,结合此结构可以适当加宽导轨700上导槽的宽度,减少电路板302插拔时与导轨700的摩擦和卡顿。
电路板302的止位槽3021的外围设有导电涂层,导电涂层与接地端子800的两个金属弹片的折弯部紧密接触,增强接地。

1.一种机箱,包括外壳,所述外壳形成可放置电路板的容纳腔,所述电路板固定在电路板基座上,所述机箱的一侧面外壳上设有开口,所述电路板基座通过所述开口以插拔方式可拆卸地固定在所述机箱上;其特征在于,在所述电路板基座上设有双轴扳扣,在所述开口附近设有卡槽,所述卡槽与所述电路板基座对应,所述双轴扳扣与所述卡槽配合将所述电路板基座固定在所述机箱上;所述双轴扳扣包括第一扳扣、第二扳扣、第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第一转轴设在所述电路板基座上,所述第一扳扣的两端分别连接所述第一转轴和第二转轴,所述第二扳扣的一端通过所述第二转轴与所述第一扳扣连接;所述第二扳扣的另一端垂直折弯形成搭扣,所述搭扣的末端设有卡舌,所述卡舌的尺寸与所述卡槽尺寸匹配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于,当所述电路板基座固定在所述机箱上时,所述第一扳扣平行于所述电路板基座。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的机箱,其特征在于,所述卡槽为盲孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机箱,其特征在于,在所述机箱内设有导轨,所述电路板沿所述导轨插入所述机箱内部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机箱,其特征在于,在所述导轨的末端设有接地端子,所述接地端子包括两个金属弹片,所述金属弹片的一端固定在所述导轨的外侧,另一端设有折弯部;当所述导轨上未插入电路板时,两个金属弹片的折弯部紧密贴合;在所述电路板远离所述电路板基座的一端上设有止位槽,当所述电路板沿导轨插入所述机箱时,所述两个金属弹片的折弯部在所述止位槽处再次紧密贴合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机箱,其特征在于,所述止位槽的外围设有导电涂层。
7.根据权利要求4所述的机箱,其特征在于,所述导轨采用金属材质,所述电路板与所述导轨接触的区域设有导电涂层。
8.根据权利要求4所述的机箱,其特征在于,所述导轨成对设置,位于所述机箱内相对的两个侧面上。
9.根据权利要求3所述的机箱,其特征在于,所述电路板上设有接口端子,所述电路板基座上开设有与所述接口端子对应的接口孔。
