Detailed Description
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings of the air cleaner 10 as an example of an electrical device. Fig. 1 is an upper perspective view showing an air cleaner 10. Fig. 2 is a right side view showing the air cleaner 10. Fig. 3 is a top view showing the air cleaner 10. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the upper portion of IV-IV of fig. 3. Fig. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional perspective view showing an upper portion of the vicinity of the illuminance sensor 17 of the air cleaner 10 according to the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the air cleaner 10 includes a main body 11, a suction port 12 (fig. 2), an air cleaning filter 13 (fig. 2), a fan 14 (fig. 2), a blowout port 15, an operation panel 16, and an illuminance sensor 17. In order to ensure the simplicity of description, the configuration not directly related to the present embodiment is omitted from the description and the drawings. However, the air cleaner 10 may include such omitted structures according to the actual implementation.
A suction port 12 is provided on the rear surface of the main body 11. An air cleaning filter 13 for removing dust contained in the sucked air is provided on the main body 11 side of the suction port 12. The air cleaning filter 13 is, for example, a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air: high efficiency air filter) filter. A fan 14 is provided inside the body 11. A blow-out port 15 is provided at an upper portion of the main body 11.
When the air cleaner 10 performs an air cleaning operation, air is taken into the main body 11 from the suction port 12 by driving the fan 14. The air taken in from the suction port 12 passes through the air cleaning filter 13. The air passing through the air cleaning filter 13 is discharged from the air outlet 15 to the outside of the main body 11 in a state where dust is removed and cleaned.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, an operation panel 16 is provided on the front portion of the upper surface of the main body 11. The operation panel 16 has a plurality of buttons 18, and operation setting of the air cleaner 10 is performed by operation of each button 18.
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, an illuminance sensor 17 is provided at the front of the upper surface of the body 11. The illuminance sensor 17 is a photosensor that receives light, and detects illuminance in the room where the air cleaner 10 is installed. For example, in the air cleaner 10, the indoor brightness is determined based on the detection result (output signal) of the illuminance sensor 17, and the air supply amount is controlled based on the determined indoor brightness.
The air cleaner 10 may have a communication unit, not shown, which can communicate with an external server, not shown, via the internet or the like. In the air cleaner 10 having this configuration, based on the detection result (output signal) of the illuminance sensor 17, setting information of the air cleaner 10 by the user when the room is dark and when the room is bright is collected and transmitted to an external server, not shown, via the internet or the like.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the upper part of the main body 11 is mainly composed of a base angle 19 and a cover 20.
The base angle 19 is a main portion constituting the upper portion of the main body 11, and supports the operation panel 16 and the illuminance sensor 17. An illuminance sensor housing portion 21 ("an example of a photosensor housing portion") is formed on the base angle bar 19.
The illuminance sensor housing portion 21 is a portion housing the illuminance sensor 17. The illuminance sensor housing portion 21 has a space capable of housing the illuminance sensor 17. An opening 21a is formed in the upper surface of the illuminance sensor housing portion 21. The illuminance sensor housing portion 21 supports the illuminance sensor 17 immediately below the opening 21a. Since the illuminance sensor housing portion 21 supports the illuminance sensor 17 directly below the opening 21a, the illuminance sensor 17 is provided at a position where light in the room reaches.
The cover 20 forms a housing for the upper part of the body 11. The cover 20 is made of a transparent member. Since the cover 20 is made of a transparent material, the amount of transmitted light transmitted through the cover 20 can be increased. Therefore, the amount of light condensed on the illuminance sensor 17 can be increased. The cover 20 is provided to cover the opening 21a of the illuminance sensor housing portion 21. The outer surface (surface exposed to the room) of the cover 20 is subjected to a concave-convex process (texture process). By applying the concave-convex processing (texturing processing) to the outer surface of the cover 20, the illuminance sensor 17 can be prevented from being exposed from the external appearance.
As shown in fig. 5, a material such as a white paint is applied to the inner surface 20a (surface on the opening 21a side) of the lid portion 20 to form a film layer 22. The layer 22 is formed on the inner surface 20a of the lid 20, and the layer 22 is disposed between the lid 20 and the opening 21a. Layer 22 is colored white ("one example of a white line"). By forming the white layer 22 on the inner surface 20a of the transparent cover 20, the amount of transmitted light transmitted through the cover 20 can be increased, and the illuminance sensor 17 stored in the illuminance sensor storage 21 can be prevented from being exposed from the external appearance. That is, by integrally forming the white layer 22 and the transparent cover 20, the illuminance sensor 17 can be prevented from being exposed from the external appearance without degrading the performance of the illuminance sensor 17. In addition, by making the layer 22 white, the entire air cleaner 10 can be made white, and the designability can be improved.
For the layer 22, the concentration of white printing and the thickness of the layer 22 are set in a range that allows the transmitted light of the cover 20 to pass through the layer 22 (for example, the light transmittance is in a range of 30% to 80%, more preferably the light transmittance is in a range of 40% to 70%). Here, by setting the density of white printing of the layer 22 to be low or setting the thickness of the layer 22 to be thin, the amount of transmitted light transmitted through the cover 20 becomes large, and a decrease in performance of the illuminance sensor 17 can be suppressed. However, if the white print density of the layer 22 is set to be low or the thickness of the layer 22 is set to be thin, the shadow of the illuminance sensor 17 stored in the illuminance sensor storage 21 is easily seen from the external appearance through the cover 20. Therefore, by applying the concave-convex processing (texturing processing) to the outer surface of the cover 20 to suppress the illuminance sensor 17 from being exposed from the external appearance, the white print density of the layer 22 can be reduced or the thickness of the layer 22 can be set thin, and the light transmittance of the layer 22 can be improved.
As described above, according to the embodiment of the present invention, by combining the transparent cover 20 and the white layer 22, the illuminance sensor 17 can be prevented from being exposed from the external appearance without degrading the performance of the illuminance sensor 17.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the air cleaner 10 is an electric device having a photosensor, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various home electric devices such as an air conditioner and a lighting device may be used.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the illuminance sensor 17 is used as the light sensor, but the present invention is not limited to this, and any light receiving sensor such as a distance measuring sensor or a human body sensing sensor may be used as long as it has a light receiving function.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the film layer 22 is formed on the inner surface 20a of the lid 20, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the layer 22 may be formed by a white sheet member interposed between the lid 20 and the opening 21a. When the sheet member forming layer 22 is used, the sealing member is adhered to the inner surface 20a (surface on the opening 21a side) of the cover 20 or to the base angle 19 so as to cover the opening 21a. The sealing member sets the white concentration of the sheet member and the thickness of the sheet member in a range where the transmitted light passing through the cover 20 can pass through the sheet member (for example, a transmittance is in a range of 30% to 80%, and more preferably a transmittance is in a range of 40% to 70%). Thus, by forming the layer 22 from the sheet member, the layer 22 can be easily provided between the cover 20 and the opening 21a by simply adhering the sheet member to the cover 20 or the base angle 19 without forming the layer 22 on the cover 20.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the layer 22 is formed in white, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the layer 22 may be formed of off-white, yellow white, gray white, or the like as long as it is a white layer.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the layer 22 is formed as a white color as a whole, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the layer 22 may be formed by a white (or white-based) and a colorless (transparent) repeating pattern (pattern). By forming the layer 22 in a white-based and colorless repetitive pattern, a portion (colorless portion) through which the transmitted light transmitted through the cover portion 20 can be transmitted can be formed while keeping a portion (white-based portion) of the illuminance sensor 17 hidden, thereby increasing the light transmittance of the entire layer 22. Therefore, the illuminance sensor 17 can be prevented from being exposed from the external appearance, and the performance of the illuminance sensor 17 can be improved.
When the layer 22 is formed in a white-based and colorless repeating pattern, the white-based and colorless repeating pattern is preferably formed in such a manner that the area of the colorless portion in the layer 22 is larger than the area of the white-based portion in the layer 22. By increasing the area of the colorless portion in the layer 22 to be larger than the area of the white-based portion in the layer 22, the portion (colorless portion) through which the transmitted light passes through the cover 20 increases, and therefore, the light transmittance of the entire layer 22 can be sufficiently increased, and the performance of the illuminance sensor 17 can be further improved.
The embodiments of the present invention are described above with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be implemented in various manners within a scope not departing from the gist thereof. In the drawings, each of the constituent elements is schematically shown as a main body for easy understanding, and for convenience of drawing, the thickness, length, number, interval, etc. of each of the constituent elements shown in the drawings may be different from actual ones. The materials, shapes, sizes, and the like of the respective constituent elements shown in the above embodiments are merely examples, and are not particularly limited, and various modifications can be made within a range substantially not departing from the effects of the present invention.
