Detailed Description
For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
At present, many parents take children (infants) in a mode of throwing away mobile phones to play with children, and most children play mobile phones and watch cartoon videos. However, the quality of the video is uneven, and some violent or bloody video is easy to induce children, so that if the video content can be customized, it becomes necessary to play only the video carefully selected by parents.
The embodiment of the invention realizes the custom video watching for the children, avoids influencing the physical and mental health of the children, and realizes the monitoring of the children. It is proposed that a child mode is selected in a video playback device by a user and, in case of the child mode, video is customized for the child to play the customized video to the child.
The video playing method provided by the invention is further explained with reference to the drawings in the following by using specific embodiments, and the embodiments do not limit the embodiments of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an embodiment of a video playing method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the process may include the steps of:
In an embodiment, before a user plays a video using the video playing device, it may be determined whether a viewing object for viewing the video is a preset object, and if the viewing object for viewing the video using the video playing device is the preset object, the video playing device may be set to enter the target mode. In this way, the video playback device can be placed in a target mode.
The video playing device may be a hardware device or software. When the video playing device is a hardware device, it may be an electronic device with a video playing function, for example, a smart phone, a smart television, a tablet computer, and the like. When the video playing device is software, it may be video playing software or an application program installed in a smart phone or a smart television, for example, application APP. The preset object may be an object with weak judgment ability, such as a child, a special object (e.g. an object with mental immaturity caused by some diseases), etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Accordingly, the target mode may be a child mode or a teenager protection mode, which is not particularly limited.
Further, in the case that the video playing device is in the target mode, in order to protect physical and mental health of a preset object, videos with educational significance are played for the preset object, video contents meeting set conditions can be screened out from the video playing device, and therefore video playing paths of the video contents in the video playing device can be obtained.
And 103, constructing a video play list matched with the video to be played.
The following collectively describes steps 102 to 104:
as can be seen from the above description, after the video acquisition path is acquired, a video to be played can be selected by a user or a parent under the video acquisition path, and the selected video is determined as a video to be played.
Further, a video play list can be constructed according to the acquired video to be played. It will be appreciated that the video playlist described above contains at least one video to be played.
Optionally, the video to be played may be output to the target object through the visual interface, and the video to be played is added to the video play list when the triggering operation of the target object to the video to be played is detected.
Still further, the video playing device may be controlled to play the video to be played in the video playlist. For example, in the case where there are a plurality of videos to be played, the play order in the video play list in the plurality of videos to be played may be determined, and the video play apparatus may be controlled to play the videos to be played in accordance with the play order.
Thus, the description of the flow shown in fig. 1 is completed.
As can be seen from the flow shown in fig. 1, in the technical solution of the present invention, the video acquisition path is determined by the case that the video playing device is in the target mode; and acquiring a video to be played based on the video acquisition path, and constructing a video play list matched with the video to be played. And controlling the video playing equipment to play the video to be played in the video play list. Therefore, video customization of the video to be played by the video playing equipment can be realized, so that the influence on psychological health or physical health of an object caused by the fact that the video to be played has inducibility or the quality level of the video is uneven, which leads to the fact that an immature object simulates the behavior in the video. The monitoring of the video watched by the object can be realized, and the experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of an embodiment of another video playing method according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided. As shown in fig. 2, the process may include the steps of:
In one embodiment, the video acquisition path may at least include: and (5) user-defined acquisition and video recommendation list. Specific implementations of the determining a video acquisition path may include: judging whether index retrieval operation of the target object is detected, determining a video acquisition path according to a judging result,
specifically, under the condition that the index retrieval operation of the target object is detected, the video acquisition path is determined to be custom acquisition. And under the condition that the index retrieval operation of the target object is not detected, determining the video acquisition path as a video recommendation list.
Optionally, in the case of detecting the index detection operation of the target object, the specific implementation of determining that the video acquisition path is custom acquisition may include: detecting an index operation of a target object, and acquiring a video index input by the target object; determining videos matched with the video indexes from a preset video library; and determining a video acquisition path corresponding to the video matched with the video index as custom acquisition.
For example, after logging in the video playing application program, the user may input a search index for the video a based on the visual interface, perform video search according to the search index of the video a, and determine the video a from a preset video library. Thus, the index retrieval operation of the user can be detected, and the video acquisition path can be determined to be the custom acquisition at the moment.
Also, it is assumed that the user does not designate a video to be watched after logging in the video playback application, and then selects a video to be watched from among a plurality of video recommendation lists outputted from the application. Therefore, the index retrieval operation of the user is not detected, and the video acquisition path can be determined to be a video recommendation list at the moment.
As can be seen from the description of step 201, the video acquisition approach may include at least: and (5) user-defined acquisition and video recommendation list.
In an embodiment, in the case that the video acquisition path is a custom acquisition, the specific implementation of acquiring the video to be played based on the video acquisition path may include: under the condition that the video index input by the target object is detected, at least one video matched with the video index in a preset video library is obtained, and the matched at least one video is determined to be the video to be played under the self-defined obtaining.
The video index may be a video name, a video category, a video keyword, etc., which is not specifically limited.
For example, where the video index is video category: and (5) developing intelligent video. Then, under the condition that the input video category of the target object is detected to be the intelligent video, the intelligent video matched with the video category can be determined from a preset video library, and the matched intelligent product is determined to be the video to be played under the self-defined acquisition.
In another embodiment, in the case where the video acquisition path is a video recommendation list, the specific implementation of acquiring the video to be played based on the video acquisition path may include: outputting a plurality of video recommendation lists to a target object through a visual interface; detecting triggering operation of a target object, and determining a target recommendation list selected by the target object from a plurality of video recommendation lists; and acquiring the video to be played from the video contained in the target video recommendation list.
The triggering operation may be a clicking operation (including a single-click operation or a double-click operation) on a plurality of video recommendation lists, a long-press operation, or the like, or may be a clicking operation (including a single-click operation or a double-click operation) on an icon specified in the visual interface, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the obtaining the video to be played from the videos included in the target video recommendation list may be all videos included in the target video recommendation list; and the video recommendation list can also recommend a preset number of videos in all videos contained in the target video. The preset number is smaller than the number of all videos.
For example, assume that there are three video recommendation lists, which are: the intelligent video recommendation list, the early education video recommendation list and the artistic video recommendation list are selected. In this way, the three video recommendation lists can be output to the target object through the visual interface, and the target recommendation list selected by the target object is determined to be the early education video recommendation list from the three video recommendation lists under the condition that the trigger operation of the target object for the early education video recommendation list is detected. And acquiring the video to be played from the video contained in the early education video recommendation list.
As can be seen from the description of step 202 above, after the video to be played is acquired based on the video acquisition approach, a video playlist matching the video to be played can be constructed.
Optionally, in the case that there are multiple videos to be played and the video acquisition path is a video recommendation list, a recommendation order of the videos to be played in the video recommendation list may be determined, and the multiple videos to be played are added to the video playlist based on the recommendation order.
Optionally, in the case that there are multiple videos to be played, and the video acquisition path is a custom acquisition, a trigger operation of the target object on each video to be played under the custom acquisition is detected, and the sequence of the corresponding videos to be played is determined according to the sequence of the trigger operation. And adding the videos to be played into a video play list based on the sequence.
The triggering operation for each video to be played may be a clicking operation for adding each video to be played to the video play list, or a clicking operation for setting the sequence of each video to be played, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment, before the video playing device is controlled to play the video, a time limit for playing the video may be set, so as to avoid the influence on physical and mental health of the preset object caused by long-time watching of the video, especially the damage to the eyesight of the preset object.
Optionally, a selection list of a plurality of time intervals may be output to the target object through the visual interface, and the target object may select an appropriate time interval from the selection list based on the selection list output by the visual interface, and determine the selected time interval as a playing time interval of the video to be played. Therefore, the playing time interval formulated by the target object for the video to be played can be obtained.
The number of time intervals selected from the selection list may be one or more, which is not particularly limited.
Alternatively, the input interface of the time interval may be output to the target object, and the target object may input an appropriate time interval based on the input interface and determine the input time interval as the playing time interval of the video to be played.
After determining the playing time interval of the video to be played, the video playing device may be controlled to play the video to be played in the video playlist in the playing time interval as described in the above step 204.
Specifically, the video playing device may be controlled to start playing the video to be played in the video list at a play start time (for example, 9:00) corresponding to the play time interval. And controlling the video playing device to stop playing the video to be played at the playing end time (for example, 10:00) corresponding to the playing time interval. Therefore, the method and the device can control the video playing equipment to play the video to be played by taking the set playing time interval as time limit, and achieve the effect of customizing the video.
The number of videos to be played in the video playlist may be one or more, which is not particularly limited. And under the condition that a plurality of videos to be played are provided, the playing sequence of the videos to be played can be determined, and the videos to be played are played according to the playing sequence.
For example, it is assumed that the video list includes three videos to be played, which are video a, video B, and video C, and that the playing order of the three videos to be played in the video playlist is first, second, and third. Then, the video playing device can be controlled to start playing the video a in the video list at the playing start time corresponding to the playing time interval, and to stop playing the video to be played at the playing end time corresponding to the playing time interval, where the video to be played can be the video a, the video B or the video C.
The screen locking immersion mode is used for playing a screen locking mode of a video to be played on the current video playing device, so that when the video to be played is played, a preset object or a target object is prevented from controlling the video playing device to execute other operations (such as playing games, listening to music and the like) or exiting video playing.
The screen locking immersion mode may be a disturbance-free mode, a video playing protection mode, and the like, which is not particularly limited.
Thus, the description of the flow shown in fig. 2 is completed.
In the technical scheme of the invention, the video acquisition path is determined under the condition that the video playing equipment is in the target mode. Based on the video acquisition path, acquiring the video to be played. Constructing a video play list matched with the video to be played, acquiring a play time interval of the video to be played, and further controlling video play equipment to play the video to be played in the video play list in the play time interval. And controlling the video playing device to be in a lock screen immersion mode so as to prevent the playing from being exited. Thus, the customization of the video to be played based on the video playing device can be realized. To avoid adverse effects on mentally immature subjects due to uneven video quality. And by setting the playing time interval of the video to be played, the video watching object is prevented from watching the video in an unconditional way, so that the burden is caused to the eye health of the object. The video can be watched by the monitored object, so that physical and mental health of the monitored object is ensured, and experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of an embodiment of a video playing method according to another embodiment of the present invention is provided. As shown in fig. 3, the process may include the steps of:
For a detailed description of steps 301 to 306, reference may be made to the above description of steps 201 to 206, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Step 307 and step 308 are collectively described below:
in an embodiment, a limitation of a playing duration of the video to be played by the video playing device may be further set, so as to avoid adverse effects on a viewing object of the video to be played, for example, burden on eyes of the object, due to an overlong duration of the video to be played.
Based on the method, the current playing time length of the video to be played can be determined, whether the current playing time length reaches a playing time length threshold value or not is judged, and different operations are controlled to be executed by the video playing equipment according to the judging result.
Specifically, if the current playing duration reaches the playing duration threshold, it is indicated that the current playing duration of the video to be played reaches the time limit, at this time, a closing operation may be performed on the video playing device, and step 310 may be specifically performed. Otherwise, if the current playing duration does not reach the playing duration threshold, it is indicated that the current playing duration of the video to be played does not reach the time limit, and at this time, the video playing device may be controlled to continue playing the video to be played in the video playlist in the playing time interval, that is, step 305 is executed.
Optionally, the playing duration threshold may be a playing duration corresponding to the playing time interval. For example, the playing time interval is from 9 to 10 points, and then the playing time interval can be determined to correspond to 1 hour, so that the playing time threshold can be determined to be 1 hour.
Optionally, the determining of the playing duration threshold may further enable the target object to select the playing duration of the video to be played based on the visual interface by outputting the visual interface for selecting or inputting the duration to the target object, and determining the selected playing duration as the playing duration threshold.
Optionally, a preset playing duration limit in the video playing device may be determined, and the playing duration limit may be determined to be a playing duration threshold, for example, the playing duration limit may be determined to be 30 minutes when the video playing device is in the target mode and the default playing duration limit may be determined to be 30 minutes.
Step 309 and step 310 are collectively described below:
as can be seen from the above description, in the case where the current playing duration of the video to be played reaches the playing duration threshold, the closing operation may be performed on the video playing device. Specifically, the video playing device may be controlled to stop playing the video to be played. So as to avoid bad influence on the physical health of the watched objects due to the fact that the video to be played is played without restriction.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, a prompt message can be output to the target object so as to prompt the target object to rest at the moment and relieve the pressure on eyes caused by long-time video watching. For example, in the case where the current play time length reaches the play time length threshold value, a prompt message "this makes the eyes rest".
The prompting message may be a message of different prompting types, such as a message popup window, a message link, a voice message prompt, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
It should be further noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the execution sequence of controlling the video playing device to stop playing the video to be played and outputting the prompt message to the target object is not specifically limited.
Thus, the description of the flow shown in fig. 3 is completed.
According to the technical scheme, the video to be played can be customized based on the video playing equipment through the processing mode. To avoid adverse effects on mentally immature subjects due to uneven video quality. And determining a playing time threshold corresponding to the playing time interval by setting the playing time interval of the video to be played, determining the current playing time, and determining whether the video to be played needs to be stopped by judging whether the current playing time reaches the playing time threshold. Thus, the video watching object can be prevented from watching video in an uncontrolled manner, so that the burden on eye health is caused.
Referring to fig. 4, a flowchart of an embodiment of a video playing method according to still another embodiment of the present invention is provided. As shown in fig. 4, the process may include the steps of:
For a detailed description of steps 401 to 406, reference may be made to the above description of steps 201 to 206, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Step 409, determining whether the current playing time reaches the preset time, if so, executing step 410, and if not, executing step 405.
The following collectively describes steps 407 to 409:
in practice, there are some special moments in time, during which the video to be played is watched, which may cause greater harm to the watched objects and adverse effects on the health. Thus, a predetermined special time can be acquired. And judging whether the special moment exists in the playing time interval of the video to be played or not, so as to execute different processing operations according to the judging result. Wherein, the special time at least comprises: a preset rest time and/or a preset learning time.
Specifically, whether a preset time exists in the playing time interval can be determined, if the preset time exists in the playing time interval, the fact that the special time exists in the playing time interval is indicated, at this time, the current playing time of the video to be played can be determined, whether the current playing time reaches the preset time is judged, and processing operation on the video playing equipment is further determined according to the judging result. Wherein the processing operations may include at least: closing or stopping playing operation of the video playing device, and continuing playing or starting playing operation of the video playing device; there is no particular limitation in this regard.
Further, if the current playing time reaches the preset time, it is indicated that the operation (e.g. rest or learning) corresponding to the preset time should be performed at this time. At this time, the video playing device may perform the closing operation, that is, step 410, specifically, refer to the descriptions related to step 309 and step 310, which are not described herein. Otherwise, if the current playing time does not reach the preset time, the fact that the special time is not reached at the moment is indicated, and corresponding operation is not needed to be executed. At this time, the video playing device may be controlled to continue playing the video to be played in the video playlist in the playing time interval, that is, step 405 is performed.
If the preset time does not exist in the playing time interval, the fact that the special time does not exist in the playing time interval is indicated, and corresponding operation is not needed to be executed. At this time, the current playing time length of the video to be played can be further determined, so as to judge whether the current playing time length reaches a preset playing time length threshold value, and further determine the processing operation of the video playing device according to the judging result.
In addition, if the preset time does not exist in the playing time interval, the video playing device may be further controlled to continue playing the video to be played in the video playlist in the playing time interval, that is, step 405 is executed. The embodiment of the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
For a detailed description of steps 410 and 411, reference may be made to the above descriptions of steps 309 and 310, and will not be repeated here.
For a detailed description of step 412 and step 413, reference may be made to the above description of step 307 and step 308, and the detailed description is omitted here.
Thus, the description of the flow shown in fig. 4 is completed.
According to the technical scheme, the video to be played can be customized based on the video playing equipment through the processing mode. To avoid adverse effects on mentally immature subjects due to uneven video quality. And determining the processing operation of the video playing device by setting the playing time interval of the video to be played and setting the preset time and judging whether the preset time exists in the playing time interval of the video to be played. The video to be played can be prevented from being watched in an unconditional mode, and the conflict between the video to be watched and operations required to be executed at preset time can be avoided.
Under the condition that the preset time exists in the playing time interval, determining whether to stop playing the video to be played or not by determining the current playing time and judging whether the current playing time reaches a preset playing time threshold. Thus, the video watching object can be prevented from watching video in an uncontrolled manner, so that the burden on eye health is caused.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of an embodiment of a video playing method is provided in an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the process may include the steps of:
in the embodiment of the invention, a user can select to enter a target mode when entering the video playing device under the condition that the user wants to customize the watched video based on the electronic device. Specifically, the user enters a child mode (i.e., a target mode) in the love App (i.e., video playback device).
The user may then select a video source to be played (i.e., a video capture route), where the video source may include user input custom data or education (i.e., custom capture), knowledge of the windward list recommendation data (i.e., a video recommendation list).
Specifically, in the case that the video source is user input custom data, for a user with explicit play content, the custom data source is manually searched by the user, and the user is accurately positioned to the video content that the user wants to add to the playlist.
Under the condition that the video source is education knowledge wind list recommendation data, for users without explicit playing content, the video playing equipment can provide high-quality education recommendation video content for the users, and the data source can be education and knowledge wind list content, which is not particularly limited.
Further, in the case where video content is acquired based on the above-described video source, a video playlist may be constructed. Wherein the video play list contains the video content. And in particular to constructing a playlist of video content based on the user-selected data sources.
Still further, a playing period and a playing duration of the video content may be selected. Alternatively, the user may be provided with a selection of a playing period through a visual interface, and the selected playing period is determined to be a playing time interval of the video.
In addition, the user can set a special preset time, so that when the video is played in the playing time interval, if the playing time reaches the preset time, the video is stopped to be played, and a prompt message is output to the user. For example, the preset time is nine hours at night, so that the video cannot be played after nine hours at night, and a prompt message is output to prompt that the child has had a rest and is warmly prompted.
In addition, the user may be provided with a control of the playing time period to avoid that the long time of watching the video using the electronic device (e.g., a smart phone) may affect the eyesight of the child, so the parent may be provided with a control of selecting the playing time period (default 30 minutes). Thus, when the child's viewing time reaches the upper limit (i.e., 30 minutes), a prompt "the eyes are allowed to rest" may be output.
Still further, the video playback device may be controlled to enter a lock screen immersion mode. In the lock screen immersion mode, the current video playing interface cannot be forced to be exited, so that other APPs (such as game App) are prevented from being played after children exit.
Therefore, through the processing mode, the customizing function of the target object to the video to be played can be provided, so that parents can customize the video playing content, misleading of bad videos to children is avoided, and healthy growth of the children is protected. And the video watching method can also avoid the burden on the vision caused by the fact that the children watch the video in an uncontrolled manner.
