Abstract
本发明涉及一种用旱獭油制成的烧伤、烫伤药膏，其特征是药膏的配方为旱獭油∶黄连∶地榆∶凡士林∶冰片＝84.0-99.5％∶0-5.0％∶0-5.0％∶0.5-3.0％∶0-3.0％，制取方法为将按比例称好的原料搅拌混匀即可。该药膏具有治疗时间短，不感染，治愈率高，造价低等优点，为有效地开发利用这一宝贵资源开辟了新的途径，有较高的经济和社会效益。
Description
本发明涉及用旱獭油制成的中药新药技术领域，尤其涉及一种用旱獭油制成的烧伤、烫伤药膏。
据有关资料记载全世界有旱獭14种，我国有旱獭四种(即喜马拉雅旱獭、灰旱獭、长尾旱獭、西伯利亚旱獭。主要分布青海、新疆、内蒙、甘肃、临夏、四川、陕西、西藏等地)。在旱獭的利用上，主要是皮张，但民间有作为中药偏方应用。由于旱獭易传播鼠疫，因而对它的应用和研究报道很少，尤其对药用价值的开发研究至今未见报道。旱獭这种草原害兽，由于它具有独特的生态、生物学特征(冬眠期达六个月之久)和生活环境。经我所科研人员几十年的研究，旱獭的身体各部分均具有较高的应用价值和药用价值。特别是它的油具有很好的药用价值。因此开发和利用旱獭这一宝贵的自然资源，化害为利，变废为宝，这是本所追求的目标。
该发明的目的是以旱獭油脂为原料，研制一种可治疗烧伤、烫伤疾病的药膏，这种药膏与现有药物比较，它具有疗效快，不感染，治愈率高，造价低等优点。
本发明的技术方案是：它的配方为(重量百分比)：旱獭油∶黄连∶地榆∶凡士林∶冰片＝84.0-99.5％∶0-5.0％∶0-5.0∶0.5-3.0％∶0-3.0％。将黄连，地榆，冰片碾碎，把上述药物按上述比例配制，搅拌混匀即成药膏。旱獭油是从旱獭体内提取的油脂，每年7-10月，在旱獭分布的地区捕杀旱獭，对旱獭进行细菌学检查后，阴性者则剥皮取油，将油热炼去渣后冷却保存。黄连、地榆、冰片系中药材，凡士林为药用化工产品。经过研究，为了使药膏的药效为最佳，旱獭油最好选用喜马拉雅旱獭的旱獭油，喜马拉雅旱獭主要分布于我国青海、西藏、甘肃、新疆、内蒙、四川等地，资源丰富，有效好的开发和应用前景。
使用时，将该药膏涂于患处即可。该药膏与红花油和金万红药膏比较，这种药膏则具有治疗时间短，不感染，治愈率可达百分之百的效果，尤其是该药膏采用危害草原的害兽——旱獭为原料，可达到变废为宝，化害为利的目的。
实施例一：取99克旱獭油，1克凡士林混合均匀即可制得100克药膏。
实施例二：称取86克旱獭油、5克黄连、4克地榆、3克凡士林、2克冰片搅拌混匀可制成100克药膏。

1、一种旱獭油烧伤、烫伤药膏，其特征是它的配方为：旱獭油∶黄连∶地榆∶凡士林∶冰片＝84.0-99.5％∶0-5.0％∶0-5.0％∶0.5-3.0％∶0-3.0％，制取方法为将按比例称好的原料搅拌混匀即可。
2、根据权利要求1所述的旱獭油烧伤、烫伤药膏，其特征是旱獭油选用喜马拉雅旱獭的旱獭油。
