Example 1
The embodiment provides an emergency call method for door lock faults, which is applied to a door lock control unit of an intelligent door lock, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, wherein fig. 1 is a flow chart of the method, and fig. 2 is a flow chart of the implementation. The emergency call method includes, but is not limited to, the steps of:
s100: and when an unlocking instruction and an emergency call instruction are received, fault detection is carried out on the lock body of the intelligent door lock, so that fault information is obtained.
Specifically, the unlocking instruction is generated based on the operation of the mechanical coded lock of the intelligent door lock by the user, for example, the user inputs a correct mechanical code on the mechanical coded lock to generate the unlocking instruction, wherein the structure of the mechanical coded lock is not particularly limited, and the mechanical coded lock can be set according to the actual situation, for example, a coded knob "1" positioned at a side position in fig. 3, and the user can input a corresponding mechanical code by twisting each coded knob; the emergency call instruction is generated based on the operation of the emergency call key by the user, wherein the structure of the emergency call key is not particularly limited, and the emergency call instruction can be set according to practical situations, for example, the key "2" located at the middle position in fig. 3, and the user can send the emergency call instruction by pressing the emergency call key.
Preferably, before the unlocking instruction and the emergency call instruction are received, the method further comprises:
step 1: receiving unlocking information input by a user, wherein the unlocking information comprises at least one of password information, fingerprint information and face information;
specifically, the received unlocking information can be generated by various unlocking modes, such as a password, a fingerprint, a face, a mobile phone, an iris, near field communication (Near Fi e l d Commun i cat i on, abbreviated as NFC), a bluetooth key and the like;
step 2: comparing the unlocking information with preset unlocking information; and if the intelligent door lock is successfully unlocked after comparison, sending out reminding information to remind a user to input a mechanical password.
Specifically, the intelligent door lock can be successfully unlocked by comparing unlocking information input by a user with preset unlocking information; however, if the intelligent door lock is not successfully unlocked after the comparison is successful, the intelligent door lock can be judged to have faults, and reminding information for reminding a user to input a mechanical password to carry out emergency call is sent.
Step S100 further includes steps S110 to S130, specifically as follows:
s110: judging whether an unlocking password input by a user through the mechanical coded lock is consistent with a preset password or not;
s120: if the key is consistent, unlocking the emergency call key; if the mechanical passwords are inconsistent, sending reminding information for reminding the user to input the mechanical passwords again;
s130: and when an emergency call instruction generated by the emergency call key after the user operates the unlocking is received, performing fault detection on the lock body of the intelligent door lock.
Specifically, the unlocking password is input by a user through operating the mechanical coded lock; the preset password is set by the user, and is not particularly limited herein; the emergency call key is a key used for emergency call unlocked based on a mechanical password in an emergency call system in emergency control equipment in an intelligent door lock. Wherein the emergency call system is shown in fig. 2.
Specifically, when a user generates an unlocking password by operating a plurality of password knobs of the mechanical coded lock, the generated unlocking password is compared with a preset password; if the two are consistent, unlocking the emergency call key to allow the user to generate an emergency call instruction by pressing the emergency call key, wherein the steps are as the mechanical password-emergency call key in the figure 2; after receiving the emergency call instruction, the fault detection system in the emergency control equipment is called to perform fault detection on the lock body of the intelligent door lock.
More specifically, fault detection is performed on a lock body of the intelligent door lock, including: detecting one or more relevant parameters of a mechanism forming the lock body through a fault detection system in emergency control equipment; the mechanism of the lock body mainly comprises a main body, a lock tongue and a lock cylinder; and judging whether the mechanism has faults or not according to the detection results of the one or more related parameters.
S200: and judging whether the communication control unit of the intelligent door lock has a fault or not.
Specifically, the communication control unit is a part of the door lock control unit MCU, as shown in fig. 2, and is mainly used for controlling the communication unit (i.e., the first communication unit) of the intelligent door lock.
S300: if the communication control unit does not have a fault, a first communication unit is called by the communication control unit to send first emergency call information and the fault information to a server, so that the server distributes a corresponding first customer service end according to the first emergency call information and the fault information, and the first customer service end is used for establishing emergency communication connection with the first communication unit.
Specifically, the first communication unit is a communication unit of the intelligent door lock, which is used for establishing communication connection with the server; when the communication control unit for controlling the first communication unit has no fault, the first communication unit can be controlled by the communication control unit to establish communication connection between the first communication unit and the server, and first emergency call information and fault information are sent to the server through the communication connection so that the server can be matched with the first customer service end in the idle queue according to the first emergency call information, and thus communication connection between the first communication unit and the server and between the first customer service end is established through the server so that a user can carry out emergency communication with the customer service through the communication connection.
More specifically, after receiving the fault information of the door lock, the server sends the fault information to the matched first customer service end, so that the customer service can quickly judge the fault and arrange corresponding after-sales service according to the fault type in the fault information and the communication condition with the customer.
Preferably, after the first communication unit is called by the communication control unit to send the first emergency call information and the fault information to the server, the method includes:
step 1: judging whether the first audio intercom unit has a fault or not; if the first audio intercom unit does not have a fault, establishing communication connection between the first audio intercom unit and the first communication unit, wherein the first communication unit is used for establishing communication connection between the first audio intercom unit and the first client;
step 2: and if the first audio intercom unit has a fault, establishing communication connection between a second audio intercom unit and the first communication unit, wherein the first communication unit is used for establishing communication connection between the second audio intercom unit and the first client.
In the steps 1-2, the first audio intercom unit refers to a first camera, a first microphone and a first speaker of the intelligent door lock, which are provided by the intelligent door lock, such as the camera, the microphone and the speaker corresponding to the communication control unit in fig. 2; the second audio intercom unit refers to a first microphone and a second speaker of an emergency call system in the emergency control device, such as a speaker and a microphone corresponding to the emergency call system in fig. 2, so that a user can communicate and link the first audio intercom unit or the second audio intercom unit with customer service of a customer service end.
When establishing emergency communication between a user and a customer service end, an audio intercom unit-communication unit-server-customer service end needs to be established, and in view of saving communication resources, the first audio intercom unit and the first communication unit of the intelligent door lock need to be used first when the audio intercom unit and the communication unit are selected, but when the intelligent door lock fails, a second audio intercom unit and a second communication unit of the emergency call system can be called according to the failure condition, for example: when the first audio intercom unit of the intelligent door lock does not have a fault, the communication connection between the first audio intercom unit and the first communication unit can be established; when the first audio intercom unit of the intelligent door lock has faults, the communication connection between the second audio intercom unit and the first communication unit is established.
S400: and if the communication control unit has a fault, calling a second communication unit through emergency control equipment to send second emergency call information and the fault information to the server, so that the server distributes a corresponding second customer service end according to the second emergency call information and the fault information, wherein the second customer service end is used for establishing emergency communication connection with the second communication unit.
Specifically, the first communication unit is a communication unit used for establishing communication connection with the server in the emergency control system, when the communication control unit used for controlling the first communication unit has faults, the second communication unit is called through the emergency control equipment to establish communication connection between the second communication unit and the server, second emergency call information and fault information are sent to the server through the communication connection, so that the server can be matched with a second customer service end in an idle queue according to the second emergency call information, and communication connection between the second communication unit and the server and between the second customer service end is established through the server, so that a user can perform emergency communication with the customer service through the communication connection.
Preferably, after the calling the second communication unit to send the second emergency call information and the fault information to the server through the emergency control device, the method includes:
step 1: judging whether the first audio intercom unit has a fault or not; if the first audio intercom unit does not have a fault, establishing communication connection between the first audio intercom unit and the second communication unit, wherein the second communication unit is used for establishing communication connection between the first audio intercom unit and the second customer service end;
step 2: if the first audio intercom unit has a fault, a second audio intercom unit is connected with the second communication unit in a communication mode, and the second communication unit is used for establishing the communication connection between the second audio intercom unit and the second customer service end.
In the steps 1-2, considering that the first audio intercom unit and the first communication unit of the intelligent door lock are required to be used when the audio intercom unit and the communication unit are selected, the second audio intercom unit and the second communication unit of the emergency call system can be called according to the fault condition when the intelligent door lock fails. Therefore, when judging that the first audio intercom unit of the intelligent door lock has no fault, the first audio intercom unit and the second communication unit can be connected in a communication mode, so that emergency communication connection of the first audio intercom unit, the second communication unit, the server and the second customer service end is obtained; when the first audio intercom unit of the intelligent door lock is judged to have faults, the second audio intercom unit and the second communication unit can be in communication connection, and the emergency communication connection of the second audio intercom unit, the second communication unit, the server and the second customer service end is obtained.
Preferably, the first communication unit is identical to the second communication unit. In particular, to save communication resources, the intelligent door lock and the emergency call system may share one communication unit.
