1. A method for managing original documents, comprising:
receiving a first input of a user;
responding to the first input, and extracting checked customs clearance information from the original document file;
receiving a second input from the user;
responding to the second input, associating the customs clearance information with the material information, and filling all fields in a customs clearance template to generate a customs clearance bill;
receiving a third input from the user;
responding to the third input, and uploading the customs clearance bill to a customs system through an interface after completing the bill making of the customs clearance bill;
the material information at least comprises a material number, a specification model, a declaration quantity, a total price, a unit price, a currency system, a use, a solicitation mode, a country of origin and a country of destination.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the responding to the second input, after associating the customs information with the material information, fills all fields in a customs clearance template to generate a customs clearance, comprises:
receiving a first sub-input of a user;
responding to the first sub-input, correlating the customs information with the material information, correspondingly filling the obtained correlation information into a target field in the customs clearance template, and generating an initial customs clearance;
Receiving a second sub-input of the user;
responding to the second sub-input, carrying out merging operation on the associated information by utilizing a target condition, and updating the initial customs declaration menu according to the obtained merging information to generate the customs declaration menu;
wherein the target field at least comprises a declaration customs, an inbound/outbound Guan Bie, a declaration unit, a country of origin/fortune, a packaging type, a delivery mode, a transportation mode, a stop/finger port of transportation and a declaration form type; the target condition includes one or more of a merge condition, a split condition, and a sort condition.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the extracting the verified customs information from the original document file in response to the first input comprises:
receiving a third sub-input of the user;
receiving, in response to the third sub-input, the customs clearance information fed back by an optical character recognition (OpticalCharacterRecognition, OCR) component after recognition of the original document;
or alternatively, the process may be performed,
receiving a fourth sub-input of the user;
responding to the fourth sub-input, and receiving the customs clearance information input by the user terminal according to the original document file;
Wherein the OCR component is configured to initiate a recognition mode for the original document according to the third sub-input; and the user terminal is used for acquiring a default value of the customs clearance information according to the fourth sub-input or selecting in a drop-down frame.
4. The original document management method according to claim 2, further comprising, after said associating said customs information with said material information:
receiving a fourth input from the user;
responding to the fourth input, and matching order information corresponding to the material information by utilizing an accompanying bill uploaded by the user terminal;
receiving a fifth input of the user;
and in response to the fifth input, performing real-time maintenance update on the order information.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the matching the accompanying document uploaded by the user terminal to the order information corresponding to the material information includes:
extracting material association information from the attached bill by using a material number;
inquiring order information corresponding to the material information from an order list by utilizing the material association information;
the order information at least comprises a name of a consigner, a name of a declaration unit, a name of a production sales unit, a default value of a delivery address, and a set value of a supervision mode, a goods property, a consumption use unit, the declaration unit, an inbound/outbound Guan Bie, a package type, a delivery mode, a delivery order number and information of the consigner; the material association information at least comprises commodity codes, commodity names, specification models, declaration measuring units, legal units and second units.
6. The original document management method according to claim 2, wherein the merging operation includes automatic merging and manual merging.
7. An original document management system, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first input of a user;
