Description

Anti-reverse oil smoke device, system and control method of anti-reverse oil smoke device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil smoke treatment, in particular to an oil smoke fall prevention device, an oil smoke fall prevention system and a control method of the oil smoke fall prevention device.
Background
Kitchen fumes have a certain harm to human body. While kitchen fumes have two sources: firstly, the cooking of the kitchen ventilator generates oil smoke, and secondly, the kitchen ventilator is used for pouring the oil smoke. Along with the continuous lifting of the total height and floors of residential buildings, the pressure of the oil smoke total exhaust pipe is larger and larger, and even the oil smoke machine can be returned, so that the health of a human body is continuously influenced.
The existing oil fume fall prevention device mainly adopts a mechanical check valve and an electric butterfly valve. The mechanical check valve is the most common device used by domestic residents at present, but after the device is used for a period of time, the condition that the sealing surface of the check plate closing member cannot be completely sealed due to oil stain sticking can occur, and even the condition that the closing member is blocked and cannot be normally closed due to excessive oil stain sticking can occur, so that the reverse smoke prevention effect of the mechanical check valve is gradually deteriorated and even completely fails. The electric butterfly valve is driven by the motor to open and close the butterfly valve, so that the electric butterfly valve has no problem of complete locking compared with a mechanical check valve, but still has the problem that the sealing surface of the opening and closing valve flap is smeared with oil so that the electric butterfly valve cannot be completely sealed and air leakage occurs.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, in a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-reverse smoke device, including:
the exhaust pipe of the range hood is connected with the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the exhaust end of the U-shaped pipeline 1 is connected with an exhaust main pipe;
the liquid inlet pipe 2 is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped pipeline 1 and is communicated with the inside of the U-shaped pipeline 1 through a liquid inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and a liquid inlet valve 4 is arranged on a liquid inlet pipeline of the liquid inlet pipe 2; the sealing liquid is injected into the U-shaped pipeline 1 from the liquid inlet pipe 2, so that the inverted oil smoke in the exhaust manifold can be prevented from entering the exhaust pipe of the range hood;
the liquid discharge pipe 3 is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped pipeline 1 and is communicated with the inside of the U-shaped pipeline 1 through a liquid discharge end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and a liquid discharge valve 5 is arranged on a liquid discharge pipeline of the liquid discharge pipe 3;
the automatic liquid exchange mechanism is respectively and electrically connected with the liquid inlet valve 4 and the liquid outlet valve 5, and the U-shaped pipeline 1 can execute automatic liquid outlet and automatic liquid inlet under the control of the automatic liquid exchange mechanism.
Specifically, when the range hood works, the range hood discharges kitchen oil smoke to an oil smoke total exhaust pipe of a corridor through the U-shaped pipeline 1; when the range hood does not work, liquid is injected into the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the oil smoke in the oil smoke main exhaust pipe is prevented from being poured back to the range hood in a liquid sealing mode.
The liquid inlet pipe 2 is arranged, so that liquid supplementing of the U-shaped pipeline 1 can be realized to form sealing. When the U-shaped pipeline 1 is filled with liquid to form a seal, the liquid level at the water inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1 is higher than the liquid level at the air outlet end due to the pressure influence of the oil smoke total air outlet pipe, so that a liquid level difference is formed.
The arrangement of the liquid discharge pipe 3 can realize the liquid discharge of the U-shaped pipeline 1 so as to ensure that the range hood works normally.
The automatic liquid changing mechanism is used for automatically discharging liquid and feeding liquid; specifically, in this embodiment, the automatic liquid changing mechanism includes a controller and a timer, and the controller is electrically connected to the liquid inlet valve 4, the liquid outlet valve 5 and the timer respectively; the controller is used for controlling the opening and closing of the liquid inlet valve 4 or the liquid outlet valve 5, and the timer is used for timing. The automatic liquid change time point is set through the timer, when the automatic liquid change time point is reached, the controller controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be opened, liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is discharged, then the controller controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be opened, the liquid enters the U-shaped pipeline 1 through the liquid inlet pipe 2 to achieve the purpose of liquid supplementing of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and then the function of automatic liquid change is realized.
In this embodiment, one end of the liquid inlet pipe 2 is connected to a domestic tap water pipe, and one end of the liquid discharge valve 5 is connected to a sewer.
In this embodiment, the U-shaped pipe 1 is further provided with a first liquid level sensor 6, a second liquid level sensor 7 and a third liquid level sensor 8;
the first liquid level sensor 6 is arranged on the outer wall of the exhaust end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the first liquid level sensor 6 is used for monitoring the liquid inlet level in the U-shaped pipeline 1;
the second liquid level sensor 7 is arranged at the outer bottom of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the second liquid level sensor 7 is used for monitoring whether liquid exists in the U-shaped pipeline 1;
the third liquid level sensor 8 is arranged on the outer wall of the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the third liquid level sensor 8 is used for monitoring the highest limit of the liquid level in the U-shaped pipeline 1.
Specifically, the first liquid level sensor 6 is used for monitoring the water inlet liquid level in the U-shaped pipeline 1. On the one hand, the liquid supplementing limiting effect is achieved, and the first liquid level sensor 6 is arranged at the height of the U-shaped pipeline 1, which meets the sealing effect. When the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 reaches the height which can be monitored by the first liquid level sensor 6, the purpose of forming a water seal is met, and then the water addition can be stopped; on the other hand, the arrangement of the first liquid level sensor 6 can also play a role in resisting the pressure of the reverse oil smoke, and specifically comprises the following steps: when the U-shaped pipeline 1 is filled with liquid to form a seal, the pressure at two sides of the U-shaped pipeline 1 is balanced, but once the number of households using the range hood in a residential building is increased, the reverse oil smoke pressure at the side of the oil smoke main exhaust pipeline is increased, the liquid level at the exhaust end of the U-shaped pipeline 1 can be reduced under the influence of the pressure, and the sealing effect is influenced; therefore, when the liquid level is lower than the monitoring value of the first liquid level sensor 6, the liquid is replenished into the U-shaped pipeline 1, and at the moment, because of the influence of the pressure of the oil smoke total exhaust pipeline, newly-increased liquid flows to the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, the liquid level difference between the liquid level at the air inlet end and the liquid level at the exhaust end gradually increases, namely the water level pressure difference gradually increases until the new balance is reached, and the pressure of the inverted oil smoke from the oil smoke total exhaust pipeline is resisted.
The second liquid level sensor 7 is arranged at the bottom of the U-shaped pipeline 1 and is used for monitoring whether liquid exists in the U-shaped pipeline 1. When the U-shaped pipeline 1 discharges the liquid completely, the range hood can reach 100% smoothness, so that the range hood can be normally used.
The third liquid level sensor 8 is arranged on the outer wall of the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, so that the excessive liquid level is prevented from entering the range hood, and the range hood is prevented from being damaged. When the third level sensor 8 detects the liquid level, it indicates that the liquid in the U-shaped pipe 1 has reached the ceiling, which needs to be discharged to achieve the effect of lowering the liquid level. Further, when the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 reaches the highest limit, an alarm is sent to a user through an alarm to remind the user to discharge the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 to check the system.
In this embodiment, the automatic liquid changing mechanism is a timer.
In this embodiment, a communicating pipe 9 is disposed at the bottom of the U-shaped pipe 1, the U-shaped pipe 1 is connected to the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the liquid outlet pipe 3 through the communicating pipe 9, the liquid inlet valve 4 is disposed between the communicating pipe 9 and the liquid inlet pipe 2, and the liquid outlet valve 5 is disposed between the communicating pipe 9 and the liquid outlet pipe 3, and the liquid inlet valve 4 and the liquid outlet valve 5 are all electric ball valves. Specifically, the communicating pipe 9 is used for communicating the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the liquid outlet pipe 3, and one communicating pipe 9 is connected with the U-shaped pipeline 1 and then connected with the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the liquid outlet pipe 3.
When being equipped with communicating pipe 9, second level sensor 7 locates communicating pipe 9 and is close to the tip of U type pipeline 1, because U type pipeline 1 and communicating pipe 9 intercommunication, so only need install second level sensor 7 in communicating pipe 9's tip, whether still have the existence of liquid in the U type pipeline 1 that can be more accurate monitoring.
In particular, the air inlet end of the U-shaped duct 1 should be high enough to prevent liquid from entering the range hood on the one hand and to resist the reverse pressure of the cooking fumes from the fume exhaust manifold on the other hand.
Referring to fig. 2, in a second aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides an anti-reverse smoke system, which includes an automatic liquid exchange module, a control module and an anti-reverse smoke device as described above,
the inverted oil fume discharging device is respectively connected with the oil fume exhauster and the exhaust manifold and is used for preventing inverted oil fume of the exhaust manifold from entering the oil fume exhauster through liquid discharging and liquid feeding of the U-shaped pipeline 1;
the automatic liquid changing module is used for setting an automatic liquid changing time point and controlling the U-shaped pipeline 1 to execute automatic liquid discharging and automatic liquid feeding according to the automatic liquid changing time point;
the control module is respectively connected with the automatic liquid changing module, the liquid discharging valve 5 and the liquid inlet valve 4 of the oil smoke pouring prevention device and is used for controlling the oil smoke pouring prevention device to work.
Specifically, the control module is electrically connected with the first liquid level sensor 6, the second liquid level sensor 7, the third liquid level sensor 8, the liquid discharge valve 5 and the liquid inlet valve 4 respectively.
When the range hood works, namely the U-shaped pipeline 1 does not need to be filled with liquid:
the control module receives a monitoring signal of the second liquid level sensor 7, if the second liquid level sensor 7 monitors that the liquid level exists, a liquid draining instruction is sent to the control module, the control module controls the liquid draining valve 5 to be opened, and liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is drained; and the control module controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be closed, so that liquid is prevented from flowing into the U-shaped pipeline 1 from the liquid inlet valve 4.
When the range hood is not in operation, the U-shaped pipeline 1 needs to be filled with liquid to form a water seal:
the control module controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be opened, sealing liquid is injected into the U-shaped pipeline 1, the first liquid level sensor 6 monitors the liquid level condition at the moment, when the liquid level is monitored, a signal is sent to the control module, the control module closes the liquid inlet valve 4, and the liquid injection flow is finished.
When the third liquid level sensor 8 monitors the liquid level at any time, a signal is sent to the control module, the control module opens the liquid discharge valve 5 to discharge the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is prevented from entering the range hood to cause damage to the range hood.
The control module is further connected with the automatic liquid exchange mechanism and is used for receiving a liquid exchange instruction of the automatic liquid exchange structure, when the liquid exchange instruction reaches an automatic liquid exchange time point set by the automatic liquid exchange mechanism, the automatic liquid exchange mechanism sends the liquid exchange instruction to the control module, the control module controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be opened, liquid is discharged from the U-shaped pipeline 1, after the second liquid level sensor 7 monitors that the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is discharged completely, the control module controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be closed, the liquid inlet valve 4 is opened, and the liquid enters the U-shaped pipeline 1 from the liquid inlet pipe 2.
In this embodiment, the anti-tilting oil smoke system further includes an anti-freezing module and an alarm module;
the anti-freezing module comprises an anti-freezing button, the anti-freezing button is connected with the control module, the anti-freezing button is used for inputting an anti-freezing instruction to the control module, and the control module executes the anti-freezing instruction to control liquid inlet and liquid discharge of the U-shaped pipeline 1.
Specifically, the anti-freezing function can be used according to the requirement, when a user uses the anti-freezing capability, the anti-freezing button is pressed down, the control module receives an instruction for starting the anti-freezing button, and the anti-freezing action is circularly executed;
the specific antifreezing action is as follows:
A. when the first liquid level sensor 6 detects the liquid level, the control module firstly opens the liquid discharge valve 5 to discharge liquid;
B. when the first liquid level sensor 6 cannot monitor the liquid level, the control module controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be closed, the liquid inlet valve 4 is opened, and the U-shaped pipeline 1 is used for supplementing liquid until the first liquid level sensor 6 monitors the liquid level again, so that the circulation of liquid discharge and liquid supplement is realized.
It is noted that the action of the liquid discharge valve 5 and the liquid inlet valve 4 has a certain time delay, and a certain time is reserved between the opening and the complete opening, and a certain time is reserved between the closing and the complete closing, so that when the liquid discharge valve 5 is in the process of opening, complete opening, closing and complete closing and the liquid inlet valve 4 is in the process of opening, complete opening, closing and complete closing, a certain liquid level difference can be formed, and the effect of liquid flowing in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is achieved; thereby realizing the flow of liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 and achieving the anti-freezing effect.
In other embodiments of the present invention, other thermal measures may be taken with respect to the U-shaped tube to achieve the freeze protection function, including, but not limited to, applying a thermal coating, externally provided thermal sleeves, and the like.
The alarm module is connected with the control module and is used for receiving the alarm instruction of the control module and executing alarm action.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a control method of an anti-reverse oil smoke device, where the anti-reverse oil smoke system as described above is applied, including the following steps:
when the range hood works, the range hood specifically comprises:
monitoring whether liquid exists in the U-shaped pipeline 1, and if the liquid exists in the U-shaped pipeline 1, discharging the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1;
the second liquid level sensor 7 monitors the liquid level in the U-shaped pipeline 1, when the second liquid level sensor 7 monitors the liquid level, the U-shaped pipeline 1 is indicated to have liquid, then the second liquid level sensor 7 sends a second liquid level monitoring signal to the control module, and the control module controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be opened according to the monitoring signal, and then liquid is discharged.
When the second liquid level sensor 7 does not monitor the liquid level, it indicates that no liquid exists in the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the second liquid level sensor 7 does not send a monitoring signal to the control module, and the liquid discharge valve 5 does not act.
When the range hood does not work, the range hood specifically comprises:
the U-shaped pipeline 1 is subjected to liquid supplementing, and liquid enters the U-shaped pipeline 1 until the liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 reaches a first preset liquid level;
the control module controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be opened, and the U-shaped pipeline 1 is used for supplementing liquid through the liquid inlet valve 4.
The first liquid level sensor 6 monitors the liquid level in the U-shaped pipeline 1, and when the first liquid level sensor 6 does not monitor the liquid level, the control module still controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be continuously opened; when the first liquid level sensor 6 monitors the liquid level, the first liquid level sensor 6 sends a first liquid level monitoring signal to the controller, and the control module controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be closed.
In this embodiment, when the automatic liquid changing function is used, an automatic liquid changing time point is set, and when the automatic liquid changing time point is reached, the liquid discharge of the U-shaped pipeline 1 is controlled first, and then the liquid supplementing is performed on the U-shaped pipeline 1.
The automatic liquid change time point is set through the timer, when the automatic liquid change time point is reached, the controller controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to open, liquid in the U-shaped pipeline 1 is discharged completely, until the second liquid level sensor 7 cannot monitor the liquid level, the control module controls the liquid discharge valve 5 to be closed and the liquid inlet valve 4 to be opened, and until the first liquid level sensor 6 monitors the liquid level signal, the control module controls the liquid inlet valve 4 to be closed.
In this embodiment, when the range hood is not in operation, the liquid level is monitored at all times, and if the liquid level is lower than a first preset liquid level, the liquid is added into the U-shaped pipeline 1, and the first preset liquid level is arranged at the exhaust end of the U-shaped pipeline 1. The method can realize the synchronous gain of the back pressure resistance and the back pressure resistance of the U-shaped pipeline 1, namely the pressure for resisting the reverse oil smoke. The method comprises the following steps: when the U-shaped pipeline 1 is filled with liquid to form a seal, the pressure at two sides of the U-shaped pipeline 1 is balanced, but once the number of households using the range hood in a residential building is increased, the reverse oil smoke pressure at the side of the oil smoke main exhaust pipeline is increased, the liquid level at the exhaust end of the U-shaped pipeline 1 can be reduced under the influence of the pressure, and the sealing effect is influenced; therefore, when the liquid level is lower than the monitoring value of the first liquid level sensor 6, the liquid is replenished into the U-shaped pipeline 1, and at the moment, because of the influence of the pressure of the oil smoke total exhaust pipeline, newly-increased liquid flows to the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1, the liquid level difference between the liquid level at the air inlet end and the liquid level at the exhaust end gradually increases, namely the water level pressure difference gradually increases until the new balance is reached, and the pressure of the inverted oil smoke from the oil smoke total exhaust pipeline is resisted.
In this embodiment, the liquid level is monitored constantly, when the liquid level is greater than or equal to a second preset liquid level, the control module sends an alarm command and simultaneously controls the U-shaped pipeline 1 to drain liquid until the liquid level is less than the second preset liquid level, the second preset liquid level is higher than the first preset liquid level, and the second preset liquid level is arranged at the air inlet end of the U-shaped pipeline 1.
In this embodiment, when the range hood is not in operation, the state of the antifreeze button is determined, and when the antifreeze button is in the closed state, the U-shaped pipe 1 performs the liquid replenishing and discharging operations.
