Working principle: when in use, as shown in fig. 1-7, the power module 101 is started, then the control module 103 controls the lamp light adjusting part 2 to start emitting light, the detection module 105 receives the starting signal and then sends out detection illumination intensity signals to the control module 103, the control module 103 controls the two light sensors to respectively detect the brightness of the lamp light adjusting part 2 and the external environment brightness, and then sends back brightness feedback data to the detection module 105, the detection module 105 analyzes the obtained data to obtain three state signals, the control signal is transmitted to the control module 103, when the first state signal is transmitted, the control module 103 controls the LED lamp group to start emitting strong light, when the second state signal is transmitted, the control module 103 controls the driving module 102 to drive the LED lamp group to start emitting weak light, and when the third state signal is transmitted, the control module 103 controls the driving module 102 to drive the LED lamp group to start emitting strong light with high transmittance; presetting a section value of the strongest and weakest brightness of the lamp light adjusting part 2 when the lamp light starts, controlling a light sensor in the street lamp supporting frame 1 by the control module 103 to detect the brightness of the lamp light adjusting part 2, converting the brightness into a numerical value after being detected by the light sensor to be compared with the preset section value, sending a fault signal to the control module 103 outside the section value, sending a signal to start the communication module 104 by the control module 103, sending fault information to a mobile phone of a worker, then starting to maintain the fault street lamp by the worker, controlling a swinging part to drive the lamp light adjusting part 2 to irradiate light on the fault street lamp by another group of street lamps without faults by the control module 103, and driving the lamp light adjusting part 2 to irradiate light to the fault part by a driving module 102 in the fault street lamp;
when strong light is needed, the motor 61 is started simultaneously when the light brightness of the incandescent lamp 32 is regulated, then the worm gear transmission group 63 drives the fixing plates 31 (four in the scheme) to rotate, so that the fixing plates 31 can rotate in the lamp shade 21, the fixing plates 31 gather light in the lamp shade 21, the fixing plates 31 diffuse light outside the lamp shade 21, the expansion device 4 drives the bulb 5 to extend or retract into the lamp shade 21, gathering and diffusion of light can be completed, the locking motor 7 is started, the fixing table 64 can be driven, and therefore the incandescent lamp 32 or the fog lamp 33 can be selected.
