Abstract

In the first period, the moisture generated by the temperature rise of the cleaning apparatus 100 is within the acceptable range of the accommodating space 11, that is, the air pressure change in the accommodating space 11 is within the acceptable range of the accommodating space 11, the vaporization heat required in the vaporization process is large, and the heat generating capacity of the heating member 5 is limited, so that a long time is required. The volume of the moisture discharged from the accommodating space 11 in the second period is approximately equal to the volume of the moisture generated by the accommodating space 11 in the first period, so that after the moisture is discharged at intervals, the moisture volume and the air pressure of the accommodating space 11 are in the bearable range of the accommodating space 11, the temperature in the accommodating space 11 can be kept, the relative humidity in the accommodating space 11 can be reduced, and the drying efficiency is improved. The first time length is set to be longer than the second time length, so that the evaporation is ensured to fully meet the requirement, the discharge volume of the moisture is limited, and the balance of the humidity and the temperature of the accommodating space 11 is controlled.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the cleaning device 100 further comprises a heating element 5, the heating element 5 being arranged between the inlet and the outlet of the fluid inlet assembly 2. In the first drying phase, the heating element 5 is turned on for heating the air flowing through the fluid inlet assembly 2. For example, in the example of fig. 2, the heating element 5 is arranged between the first fluid inlet 21 and the second fluid outlet 32, i.e. the heating element 5 is located between the fluid extraction assembly 3 and the fluid intake assembly 2 and forms an internal circulation together with the receiving space 11, the fluid extraction assembly 3 and the fluid intake assembly 2. In the first drying stage, the fluid extraction assembly 3 and the heating element 5 are started to enable the air flow to circulate on the internal circulation flow path so as to dry the objects to be dried in the accommodating space 11, wherein the control device 41 is intermittently opened, and when no liquid exists in the accommodating space 11, the air flow in the accommodating space 11 can be circulated under the combined action of the heating element 5 and the internal circulation, so that the objects to be dried in the accommodating space 11 can be dried. That is, the heat generated by the operation of the heating element 5 is used to raise the temperature in the accommodating space 11, so that the fluid attached to the object to be dried can be heated and turned into water vapor far away from the object to be dried, thereby achieving the purpose of drying. In addition, the heated fluid can directly flow into the accommodating space 11 through the first fluid inlet 21, so that the heat loss of the heated fluid can be reduced.
Further, the cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a circuit board 6, an exhaust pipe 7 and a humidity sensor 8, wherein the circuit board 6 is arranged on the washing container 1, the exhaust pipe 7 is communicated with the outlet of the fluid extraction assembly 3, the humidity sensor 8 is arranged at the outlet of the exhaust pipe 7 and is in communication connection with the circuit board 6, and the humidity sensor 8 is used for detecting the relative humidity in the washing container 1 in real time. As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the washing container 1 further includes a cover 12, the cover 12 is disposed on the open side of the accommodating space 11, the circuit board 6 may be disposed in the cover 12, the exhaust pipe 7 is disposed on a side of the fluid extraction assembly 3 away from the accommodating space 11, one end of the exhaust pipe 7 is communicated with the second fluid outlet 32, and the other end of the exhaust pipe 7 is communicated with the external atmosphere, such that the accommodating space 11 and the external atmosphere form an external circulation (for example, a direction indicated by an arrow B in fig. 5). The humidity sensor 8 provided at the outlet of the exhaust pipe 7 is configured to detect the air flow flowing out of the exhaust pipe 7, and thus the relative humidity of the housing space 11 can be represented by the detected value, since the exhaust pipe 7 is in communication with the housing space 11. In addition, through installing humidity transducer 8 in the exit of blast pipe 7 for there is the runner passageway between accommodation space 11 and blast pipe 7, moist air can be in the runner intensive mixing, thereby can guarantee that humidity transducer 8 detected is close the humidity in accommodation space 11 more, and then can more accurately adjust humidity and temperature in accommodation space 11, in order to realize cleaning equipment 100 clothes and dry and stop the function promptly.
Alternatively, the muffler 71 may be provided in the exhaust pipe 7, and noise generated when the cleaning apparatus 100 is exhausted may be reduced.
In the second drying phase, when the relative humidity inside the washing container 1 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is greater than the humidity threshold, the control means 41 are turned on;
when the relative humidity in the washing container 1 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is less than the humidity threshold, the control means 41 are closed and the fluid extraction assembly 3 operates in a low gear. Alternatively, the humidity threshold may be 60%, but is not limited thereto.
In the second drying stage, the relative humidity in the accommodating space 11 is lower than that in the first drying stage, when the relative humidity of the accommodating space 11 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is greater than the humidity threshold, the humidity sensor 8 transmits a signal to the circuit board 6 to send an opening command to the control device 41 so as to open the air inlet system 4, and part of the moisture in the accommodating space 11 is discharged, so that the humidity and the temperature in the accommodating space 11 are balanced.
When the relative humidity of the accommodating space 11 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is smaller than the humidity threshold, it indicates that the humidity in the accommodating space 11 is smaller, the humidity sensor 8 transmits a signal to the circuit board 6, and sends a closing command to the control device 41, so that the air inlet system 4 is disconnected from the accommodating space 11 and the outer wall atmosphere, and only the internal circulation flow path flows hot fluid, and meanwhile, the fluid extraction assembly 3 operates in a low gear, so that the flow of gas in the accommodating space 11 is reduced, and the loss of moisture in the accommodating space 11 can be reduced, so that the humidity and the temperature in the accommodating space 11 are balanced, the object to be dried can be dried quickly, and damage to the object to be dried is avoided.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the control device 41 and the heating member 5 are turned off when the relative humidity in the washing container 1 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is maintained at the first humidity interval for the third period of time in the second drying stage. Therefore, the object to be dried in the accommodating space 11 can be judged to be in a state to be dried, at the moment, the control device 41 and the heating piece 5 are closed, the last drying of the object to be dried can be completed by utilizing the residual temperature in the accommodating space 11, the damage of excessive drying on the object to be dried is avoided, the power consumption is reduced, and meanwhile, the temperature is reduced because the external atmosphere enters the accommodating space 11, so that the drying efficiency can be improved.
After the relative humidity in the washing container 1 detected by the humidity sensor 8 is maintained at the first humidity interval for the third period of time, the cleaning apparatus 100 is turned off when the humidity threshold of the humidity sensor 8 is maintained at the second humidity interval for the fourth period of time, wherein the second humidity interval is smaller than the first humidity interval. That is, the to-be-dried object in the accommodating space 11 is in a state of being nearly completely dried, at this time, the cleaning device 100 is turned off, the to-be-dried object is further dried by utilizing the residual temperature in the accommodating space 11, the damage of the to-be-dried object caused by excessive drying is avoided, the power consumption is further reduced, the function that the cleaning device 100 stops immediately after the clothes are dried is realized, and the user experience is improved.
The third duration is 10 min-30 min, and the drying degree of the objects to be dried in the accommodating space 11 can be reflected on the inner side surface of a certain time, so that misjudgment caused by short duration is avoided. The first humidity interval is [30%,40% ]. When the relative humidity of the accommodating space 11 is greater than 40%, the humidity in the accommodating space 11 is high, and the residual temperature cannot completely dry the objects to be dried; when the relative humidity of the accommodating space 11 is less than 30%, the residual temperature will excessively dry the object to be dried. Therefore, when the relative humidity of the accommodating space 11 is between 30% and 40%, the condition that the object to be dried is close to the full dry state is indicated, the object to be dried can be completely dried by utilizing the residual temperature, and then the closing of the cleaning equipment 100 can be intelligently controlled, the function that the clothes of the cleaning equipment 100 are stopped immediately after being dried is realized, and the user experience is improved.
According to some embodiments of the invention, the temperature inside the washing vessel 1 is maintained between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃ during the first drying stage and the second drying stage. That is, the control device 41, the heating member 5 and the circuit board 6 cooperate to maintain the temperature in the accommodating space 11 between 55 deg.c and 65 deg.c while the cleaning apparatus 100 is performing the drying task. When the temperature is less than 55 ℃, the temperature is lower, the drying effect is poorer, and the drying time can be prolonged; when the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, the objects to be dried in the accommodating space 11 can be scalded by the higher temperature, so that the service life of clothes is reduced. Therefore, the temperature in the accommodating space 11 is maintained between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃, at this time, the humidity and the temperature in the accommodating space 11 are in an equilibrium state, and the temperature resistance of the manufacturing materials of the articles to be dried reaches an equilibrium, so that the articles to be dried are prevented from being damaged due to overhigh temperature while the clothes can be dried rapidly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 3, the cleaning apparatus 100 further comprises a water inlet valve 13, a cleaning solution cartridge 14 and a peristaltic pump 15, wherein the water inlet valve 13, the cleaning solution cartridge 14 and the peristaltic pump 15 are all arranged on the washing container 1, the water inlet valve 13 and the peristaltic pump 15 are all in communication with the circuit board 6, the water inlet valve 13 is connected between the first fluid inlet 21 and an external water source, and the peristaltic pump 15 is connected between the first fluid inlet 21 and the cleaning solution cartridge 14.
For example, in the example of fig. 3, the left end of the fill valve 13 is connected to the first fluid inlet 21, the right end of the fill valve 13 is connected to an external water source such as a faucet, and the peristaltic pump 15 is positioned between the fill valve 13 and the cleaning solution cartridge 14. So configured, the inlet valve 13 can be used to control the on-off of the first fluid inlet 21 to the faucet, thereby facilitating automatic water inlet of the cleaning apparatus 100. In addition, when the cleaning solution is injected into the accommodating space 11, the peristaltic pump 15 can be used for extracting the cleaning solution in the cleaning solution box 14, so that the cleaning solution can be rapidly and automatically added into the accommodating space 11, the manual operation of adding the cleaning solution by a user is reduced, the operation is convenient, and the usability of the cleaning equipment 100 is improved. In addition, the opening and closing of the water inlet valve 13 and the peristaltic pump 15 are controlled by the circuit board 6, so that the automatic control performance of the cleaning device 100 is improved, and the cleaning device 100 is more convenient to use.
After the spin-drying fluid enters the residual liquid on the assembly 2, the circuit board 6 controls the peristaltic pump 15 to open to draw the cleaning fluid from the cleaning fluid cartridge 14. When the extracted cleaning liquid reaches a predetermined threshold amount, the circuit board 6 controls the peristaltic pump 15 to be closed, and the circuit board 6 controls the water inlet valve 13 to be opened so that the first fluid inlet 21 communicates with an external water source, so that the extracted cleaning liquid enters the accommodating space 11 through the first fluid inlet 21 and the first fluid outlet 22 together with the external water source. For example, during the addition of the cleaning fluid, the cleaning fluid may remain in the tubing between peristaltic pump 15 and first fluid inlet 21. So configured, on the one hand, the addition amount of the cleaning liquid can be accurately controlled, and when the cleaning liquid reaches a predetermined threshold amount, the peristaltic pump 15 can be turned off in time by the circuit board 6, thereby improving the accuracy of automatic addition of the cleaning liquid to the cleaning apparatus 100. On the other hand, when the peristaltic pump 15 is closed, the water inlet valve 13 is opened, and in the process that the external water source flows to the first fluid inlet 21 through the pipeline, the cleaning solution remained in the pipeline can flow to the first fluid inlet 21 along with the external water source, so that the residual amount of the cleaning solution between the first fluid inlet 21 and the peristaltic pump 15 is reduced, and the utilization rate of the cleaning solution is improved. In addition, peristaltic pump 15 is in communication with the tubing between fill valve 13 and the external water source, which reduces the number of tubing on the cleaning device 100, resulting in a more elaborate cleaning device 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, in conjunction with fig. 8, fluid intake assembly 2 includes a pulsator assembly 23. The pulsator assembly 23 comprises a mounting bracket 231 and a pulsator body 232, and the pulsator assembly 23 is mounted and fixed to a designated position through the mounting bracket 231, so that the pulsator assembly 23 is convenient to use. The mounting bracket 231 is provided with a fluid pipe 2311, one end of the fluid pipe 2311 is penetrated through the inner wall of the washing container 1, and the other end of the fluid pipe 2311 is connected with the cleaning solution cartridge 14. For example, in the example of fig. 2 to 6, an upper end of the fluid line 2311 may pass through an inner wall of the washing container 1 and be pivotably connected to the washing container 1, and a lower end of the fluid line 2311 is connected to the cleaning liquid cartridge 14.
During the washing stage, when pulsator assembly 23 is operated, fluid flowing through cleaning solution tank 14 may flow into washing container 1 via fluid line 2311. In the drying stage, the fluid of the inner circulation flow path and the fluid of the outer circulation flow path can flow into the washing container 1 through the fluid pipe 2311, thereby improving the drying effect. Therefore, the fluid pipe 2311 has a diversion effect on the hot fluid in the first drying stage and the second drying stage, which is beneficial for the hot fluid to enter the washing container 1, and meanwhile, the reaction force of the hot fluid to the pulsator assembly 23 drives the pulsator assembly 23 to rotate, so as to drive the objects to be dried to overturn in the accommodating space 11, thereby increasing the drying efficiency.
As shown in fig. 2 to 6, the pulsator body 232 is provided in the washing container 1, the first fluid outlet 22 is formed at the pulsator body 232, the pulsator body 232 is rotatably provided at the one end of the fluid pipe 2311, and a flow passage (not shown) is defined in the pulsator body 232, through which the fluid pipe 2311 communicates with the washing container 1. In the first drying stage or the second drying stage, the hot fluid flows into the pulsator body 232 from the one end of the fluid pipe 2311, flows through the pulsator body 232 in the extending direction of the flow path, and flows out into the washing container 1 from the first fluid outlet 22. In the process that the hot fluid flows out of the pulsator body 232, the reaction force of the hot fluid to the pulsator body 232 can drive the pulsator body 232 to rotate, so that the pulsator assembly 23 can overturn and dry objects to be dried. In addition, through the rotatable one end that establishes at fluid pipe 2311 of impeller body 232, impeller body 232 can rotate along the central axis of fluid pipe 2311 above-mentioned one end, is favorable to the long-time rotation of impeller body 232 to be favorable to the normal use of impeller assembly 23, and also be favorable to the cooperation of impeller body 232 and installing support 231, the connection is also comparatively stable.
Optionally, the pulsator body 232 is connected to the mounting bracket 231 through a bearing (not shown). So set up, in being favorable to the assembly and the connection of impeller body 232 and installing support 231, the bearing also has sealed effect, avoids the fluid in the impeller body 232 to leak through the clearance between impeller body 232 and the fluid conduit 2311, has improved impeller assembly 23's sealing performance.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the pulsator body 232 includes a pulsator 2321 and a blade 2322 provided on the pulsator 2321. In the process that the blades 2322 rotate along with the impeller 2321, the blades 2322 drive the hot fluid in the washing container 1 to rotate so as to accelerate the circulation speed of hot air flow in the washing container 1, so that the objects to be dried are heated uniformly, the drying efficiency is improved, and the drying time is shortened.
As shown in fig. 1, a cleaning apparatus 100 according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes a control method of the cleaning apparatus 100 according to the above-described first aspect of the present invention.
According to the cleaning device 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the control method of the cleaning device 100, the drying efficiency of the cleaning device 100 can be improved, the effect that the cleaning device 100 stops when clothes are dried is achieved, the user experience is improved, and the market competitiveness of the cleaning device 100 is further improved.
Other constructions and operations of the cleaning apparatus 100 according to embodiments of the present invention are known to those of ordinary skill in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)
1. The control method of the cleaning equipment is characterized by comprising a washing container, a fluid inlet assembly, a fluid extraction assembly and an air inlet system, wherein the fluid extraction assembly is used for extracting fluid in the washing container so as to enable the inside of the washing container to form negative pressure, the fluid outside the washing container is suitable for entering the inside of the washing container through the fluid inlet assembly under the action of the negative pressure, and the air inlet system is provided with a control device for controlling the on-off of the inside of the washing container and the outside atmosphere;
the control method comprises a first drying stage and a second drying stage which are sequentially carried out in time sequence, wherein the control device is intermittently opened in the first drying stage, and the control device is controlled to be opened or closed in the second drying stage according to the relative humidity of the washing container.
2. The control method of a cleaning apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control device is turned on for a second period of time every first period of time in the first drying stage.
3. A control method of a cleaning apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first time period is longer than the second time period.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising a heating element disposed between the inlet and the outlet of the fluid inlet assembly;
in the first drying stage, the heating element is started for heating the air flowing through the fluid inlet assembly.

The method of claim 4, further comprising a circuit board, an exhaust pipe and a humidity sensor, wherein the circuit board is arranged on the washing container, the exhaust pipe is communicated with the outlet of the fluid extraction assembly, the humidity sensor is arranged at the outlet of the exhaust pipe and is in communication connection with the circuit board, and the humidity sensor is used for detecting the relative humidity in the washing container in real time;
in the second drying phase of the process described above,
opening the control device when the relative humidity in the washing container detected by the humidity sensor is greater than a humidity threshold;
and when the relative humidity in the washing container detected by the humidity sensor is smaller than the humidity threshold value, the control device is closed, and the fluid extraction assembly operates in a low gear.
6. The control method of a cleaning apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the control device and the heating member are turned off when the relative humidity in the washing container detected by the humidity sensor is maintained at a first humidity interval for a third period of time in the second drying stage.
7. The method of controlling a cleaning apparatus according to claim 6, wherein after the relative humidity in the washing container detected by the humidity sensor is maintained at the first humidity interval for the third period of time,
and closing the cleaning device when the humidity threshold of the humidity sensor is maintained at a second humidity interval for a fourth duration, wherein the second humidity interval is smaller than the first humidity interval.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the humidity threshold is 60%, the third period is 10min to 30min, and the first humidity interval is [30%,40% ].
9. The control method of a cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the temperature in the washing container is maintained between 55 ℃ and 65 ℃ in the first drying stage and the second drying stage.
10. A cleaning apparatus characterized by employing the control method of the cleaning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
