The clean flue gas after desulfurization of the wet desulfurization system usually carries water drops and water vapor with a certain content, and the working efficiency is reduced along with the increase of the operation time of the demister, and the content of the water drops and the water vapor carried by the clean flue gas is also increased. The wet desulfurization of the clean flue gas is characterized in that the flue gas in the cold area can be condensed to form ice at the top of the chimney due to the too high humidity of the top area of the chimney. The top end of the vertical side 2-1 is also provided with a first water baffle 3-2, and the first water baffle 3-2 is provided with a circle along the top end of the vertical side 2-1; the second water deflector 3-1 at the top end of the chimney 6 is arranged along the top end of the chimney 6.
