the cleaning mechanism (8) is located on one side of the collecting tank body (9), the drying mechanism (7) is located above the cleaning mechanism (8), the drying mechanism (7) is located below the adjusting mechanism (6), and when the drying mechanism (7) rises to the highest height, the top end of the drying mechanism (7) is in contact with the lower end of the adjusting mechanism (6).

A urinary bladder irrigation device according to claim 3, wherein the first irrigation auxiliary mechanism (2) comprises a fixed block (21), a rotating assembly (24) used for being rotationally connected with the upper end face of the cover plate (16) is arranged on the fixed block (21), the rotating assembly (24) penetrates through the fixed block (21), an adjusting block (22) is in threaded connection with one side of the fixed block (21), one side of the adjusting block (22) away from the fixed block (21) is rotationally provided with a rotating block (23), the rotating block (23) is provided with a first fixed rod (26), an arc plate (27) is rotationally arranged on the first fixed rod (26), a second fixed rod (28) used for fixing the arc plate (27) is further in threaded connection with the rotating block (23), a plurality of equidistant positioning blocks (25) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the rotating block (23), and the positioning blocks (25) are located on one side of the arc plate (27) close to the adjusting block (22).
