Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical application, in particular to an external gel preparation patch for neck, shoulder, waist and leg pain, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The gel products have good application performance with skin, and become the main choice of long-acting slow release of skin medicine. The gel products mainly have two forms, one is spray-coating type, has unstable performance and can be rapidly oxidized to form a film; the other is of gel type, has stable shape and is easy to be attached to the skin. The gel is used as a carrier to carry medicine components, and has the effects of relieving pain and treating.
The gel patch product mainly comprises a backing layer, cold gel and release paper. The backing layer is made of a nonwoven or other non-toxic, heat-fusible, adhesive material. The cold gel is prepared from novel high molecular hydrophilic gel and auxiliary materials, has the advantages of large drug loading and good slow release effect, plays a role in physical cooling through water absorption and swelling, and can reduce local body surface temperature.
However, in the use process of the gel patch product, the edge of the back lining layer is easy to adhere to other articles, so that the back lining layer is easy to tear off, and the gel patch is particularly applied to the gel patch outside the neck, waist and leg.
In many cases, users tend to use plaster on the body parts such as the neck, the waist and the legs, and the plaster is firmly adhered. However, the plaster has a small drug-loading quantity and only has a thin layer, so that the effects of large drug-loading quantity and long-acting slow release of the gel plaster are not achieved; secondly, the plaster is too firm to be stuck to the skin, skin allergy is easy to cause, the plaster is difficult to tear, and the tearing process often brings pain to a user.
