the lower semi-ring (24) comprises an arc-shaped part (32) and a horizontal part (33), and the arc-shaped part (32) is tangential to the horizontal part (33);
magnet blocks (34) are arranged in the semicircular ring part (26), the sliding block (28), the arc-shaped part (32) and the horizontal part (33), and the inner diameter of the lantern ring (4) is larger than the outer diameter of the main body of the protection tube.
