Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the present application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a method for controlling a wind pressure switch of a gas heating water heater is provided, and the embodiment is exemplified by the method applied to a controller of the gas heating water heater. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
Step 101, under the operation stage before combustion, when detecting that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails, controlling the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater to fail and lock;
the wind pressure switch control for the gas heating water heater can be divided into a pre-combustion operation stage before ignition and a continuous combustion operation stage after ignition.
As an example, an equipment diagram of the gas heating water heater is shown in fig. 2, wherein 1 is a controller, 2 is a display, 3 is a gas valve, 4 is a gas pipe, 5 is a water inlet pipe, 6 is a circulating pump, 7 is an ignition needle, 8 is a flame feedback needle, 9 is a burner, 10 is a heat exchanger, 11 is a smoke exhaust pipe, 12 is a pressure taking pipe, 13 is a wind pressure switch, 14 is a fan, and 15 is a water outlet pipe; as shown in fig. 3, the control device of the gas heating water heater is electrically connected with the fan, the wind pressure switch, the gas valve, the ignition device, the flame feedback needle, the circulating pump and the display device respectively.
In practical application, through optimizing program design, to the different operation stages of gas heating water heater, the trouble that wind pressure switch detection triggered is classified into volatile trouble and nonvolatile trouble, and then can be in the short-time wind gust after the wind pressure switch protection water heater can automatic restart, can make the water heater get into the locking state of shutting down again after actually taking place to block up simultaneously, has solved the water heater locking problem that short-time strong gust caused, can promote water heater operating stability when guaranteeing wind pressure switch control security.
In an example, as shown in fig. 4, before the gas heating water heater starts to be started and the fan starts to be started (i.e., a pre-combustion operation stage), whether the wind pressure switch is in an off state or not may be detected by the controller in a time t1, if the wind pressure switch is detected to be in the off state in the time t1, it is determined that the wind pressure switch is detected to pass, if the wind pressure switch is not detected to be in the off state in the time t1, it is determined that the wind pressure switch is not detected to pass, and a nonvolatile fault is generated at the same time, and a control program is locked, such as flameout shutdown operation may be performed when the wind pressure switch fault is detected.
In still another example, as shown in fig. 4, after the fan of the gas heating water heater is started, whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not may be detected by the controller in t1 time, if the wind pressure switch is detected to be closed in t1 time, the wind pressure switch is detected to pass, if the wind pressure switch is not detected to be closed in t1 time, it is determined that the wind pressure switch is not detected to pass, and a nonvolatile fault is generated, and the control program is locked, for example, a flameout shutdown operation may be performed when the wind pressure switch fault is detected.
In an alternative embodiment, after the wind pressure switch is judged to be faulty, a fault display command can be sent to a display device of the gas heating water heater, and then the display device can be instructed to display fault information according to the display command.
102, under the continuous combustion operation stage, when detecting that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated failure times do not meet the preset conditions, controlling the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater to be reset;
in a specific implementation, for the continuous combustion operation stage after ignition, the continuous combustion operation stage can be continuously monitored according to preset period information, the preset period information can include target time, the target time can be used for representing the time duration of starting timing from the detection of a flame signal in each period, if the failure of a wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected in the target time in the continuous combustion operation stage, and the accumulated failure times do not meet preset conditions, the wind pressure switch can be reset, if the wind pressure switch is detected to be in a closed state in the target time, the current recorded wind pressure switch failure times can be emptied, and the next target time is entered for continuously detecting the wind pressure switch state.
In an example, as shown in fig. 4, after the fan of the gas heating water heater is started, the wind pressure switch is detected, the controller can continuously detect the closing state of the wind pressure switch, after the purging is completed, the ignition program can be controlled to start to ignite, then the flame detection program can start to detect the flame signal, timing is started when the flame signal is detected, and then whether the wind pressure switch fault is triggered or not can be detected in the duration t2 (namely, the target time) through the controller.
Specifically, if the wind pressure switch fault is detected within t2, the controller can count 1 wind pressure switch fault in the memory, meanwhile, the valve is closed to extinguish, purging is performed after starting, whether the wind pressure switch fault frequency in the memory is less than n times can be detected, and if the wind pressure switch fault frequency is less than n times (i.e. the accumulated fault frequency does not meet the preset condition), the wind pressure switch fault is reset to restart.
Step 103, under the continuous combustion operation stage, when detecting that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated failure times meet the preset conditions, controlling the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater to fail and lock.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 4, if the controller detects that the number of faults in the memory is greater than or equal to n (i.e. the accumulated number of faults satisfies a preset condition) in the duration t2 from the time when the flame signal is detected, a non-volatile wind pressure switch fault is generated, and the control program is locked, for example, flameout and shutdown operations can be executed when the wind pressure switch fault is detected.
In an alternative embodiment, after the wind pressure switch is judged to be faulty, a fault display command can be sent to a display device of the gas heating water heater, and then the display device can be instructed to display fault information according to the display command.
In an example, for the wind pressure switch control of the gas heating water heater, in a normal operation stage, such as any period of a continuous combustion operation stage, under the condition that the accumulated failure times do not meet the preset condition, the wind pressure switch protection triggered by detection can be set to be volatile failure, and then the control program can be automatically restarted, so that the wind pressure switch failure locking caused by strong gusts can be avoided, and the operation stability of the water heater is improved.
In yet another example, for the pre-combustion operation phase before ignition and the case that the accumulated number of faults in any period of the continuous combustion operation phase meets the preset condition, the wind pressure switch protection triggered by the detection at this phase can be set to be a nonvolatile fault through programming, namely, the nonvolatile fault is triggered, so that the control program is controlled to be locked, and the safety of wind pressure switch detection is ensured.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the above steps, an embodiment of the present application will be exemplarily described below by way of an example with reference to fig. 4, but it should be understood that the embodiment of the present application is not limited thereto.
1. When the gas heating water heater detects that the heat demand exists, the water heater is started, and a control program starts to detect a wind pressure switch, for example, whether the wind pressure switch is disconnected or not can be detected within t 1; if the wind pressure switch is detected to be disconnected, the wind pressure switch is detected to pass; if the wind pressure switch is detected to be closed, the wind pressure switch is judged not to pass, the nonvolatile wind pressure switch is triggered to fail, the control program is locked, and a failure code can be displayed on the display after the wind pressure switch is judged to fail.
2. After the wind pressure switch is detected to pass, the blower is started in a pre-purging mode, and a control program can detect whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not within t 1; if the wind pressure switch is detected to be closed, the wind pressure switch is detected to pass; if the wind pressure switch is detected to be not closed, the wind pressure switch is judged not to pass, the nonvolatile wind pressure switch is triggered to be failed, the control program is locked, and a failure code can be displayed on a display after the wind pressure switch is judged to be failed.
3. After the detection of the wind pressure switches 1 and 2 is passed, ignition can be started, a flame feedback detection device starts to detect a flame signal, and when the flame signal is detected (namely under the ignition condition), a continuous combustion operation stage is entered; if the flame signal is not detected after ignition is started, the control steps 1, 2 and 3 are repeated, the ignition failure nonvolatile fault can be triggered when the ignition is started for n1 times, the control program is locked, and the fault code can be displayed on a display after the ignition failure fault is judged.
4. After entering the continuous combustion operation stage, starting timing from the detection of the flame signal, and continuously detecting whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not in the time t2 (namely, the target time); if the wind pressure switch is detected not to be closed, counting 1 wind pressure switch fault in the memory, purging after the control program is started, detecting whether the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults in the memory are less than n times, and if the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults are less than n times, resetting the wind pressure switch fault and restarting, wherein the program steps 1, 2 and 3 are executed again by the control program; if the accumulated times of the detected faults of the volatile wind pressure switch exceeds n times, the faults of the nonvolatile wind pressure switch can be triggered, the control program is locked, and fault codes can be displayed on a display after the faults of the wind pressure switch are judged.
The closed wind pressure switch can be detected within t2, the accumulated times of faults of the volatile wind pressure switch in the memory can be cleared, and meanwhile, the water heater continuously burns normally.
5. After the flame signal is detected and the water heater is continuously combusted for t2 time, the control program can enter the target time of the next period to continuously detect whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not; if the wind pressure switch is detected to be not closed, triggering a volatile wind pressure switch fault, purging after the control program is started, and resetting the wind pressure switch fault to restart; and the control program can also clear the volatile wind pressure switch fault when the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults in the memory are detected to be less than n times, and control the program to execute the program steps 1, 2 and 3 again, or trigger the nonvolatile wind pressure switch fault when the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults are detected to be more than n times, and control the program to lock.
Compared with the traditional method, the technical scheme of the embodiment can enable the gas heating water heater to trigger the nonvolatile wind pressure switch to fail in the period t2 of the continuous combustion operation period through the control logic, if the volatile wind pressure switch is triggered to fail in the period n times continuously, the control program enters a locking state, and manual reset is needed to restart the water heater; before ignition, the action process from opening to closing of the wind pressure switch can be detected, for example, the fault of the non-volatile wind pressure switch which is not triggered is detected; and after the time t2 at the initial stage of ignition is passed, continuously detecting the wind pressure switch based on the periodic target time in the stable combustion operation process, triggering the fault of the volatile wind pressure switch if the wind pressure switch is detected to be disconnected in the process of each period, and automatically resetting the fault and restarting the operation after the accumulated fault times are judged to not meet the preset condition by the controller. Therefore, through optimizing the wind pressure switch control logic, the wind pressure switch fault locking caused by strong gusts can be avoided, the running stability of the water heater is improved, the control program is locked after triggering aiming at the detection of the wind pressure switch before ignition, and the control program is locked by triggering the non-volatile wind pressure switch fault continuously for multiple times in the time t2 after ignition, so that the control program is locked, the water heater can be accurately locked and stopped under the condition of actual blockage, and the safety of the water heater is ensured.
According to the wind pressure switch control method of the gas heating water heater, when the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty in the operation stage before combustion, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is controlled to be fault-locked, when the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty in the continuous combustion operation stage and the accumulated fault times do not meet the preset conditions, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is controlled to be fault-reset, when the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty in the continuous combustion operation stage and the accumulated fault times meet the preset conditions, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is controlled to be fault-locked, the wind pressure switch detection logic optimization is realized, the wind pressure switch fault locking caused by strong gust can be avoided, the operation stability of the water heater is improved, and meanwhile, the water heater is accurately controlled to be locked and stopped under the condition that the blockage actually occurs is ensured, and the safety of the water heater is ensured.
In one embodiment, in the pre-combustion operation stage, when the failure of the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected, the method may include the following steps:
Under the condition that the gas heating water heater is started and the fan is not started, if the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be in a closed state within a first preset time, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty; under the condition that the gas heating water heater is started and the fan is started, if the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be in the off state within the second preset time, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty.
For example, before the gas heating water heater starts to be started and the fan starts to be started (i.e., a pre-combustion operation stage), the controller detects whether the wind pressure switch is in an off state in a time t1 (i.e., a first preset time), if the wind pressure switch is detected to be in the off state in the time t1, the wind pressure switch is determined to pass through detection, and if the wind pressure switch is not detected to be in the off state in the time t1, the wind pressure switch is determined not to pass through detection, and meanwhile, a nonvolatile fault is generated, so that a control program is locked.
For another example, after the fan of the gas heating water heater is started, whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not can be detected by the controller in t1 time, if the wind pressure switch is closed in t1 time (namely, second preset time), the wind pressure switch is detected to pass, if the wind pressure switch is not detected to be closed in t1 time, the wind pressure switch is judged to not pass, nonvolatile faults are generated at the same time, and the control program is locked.
In this embodiment, if the gas heating water heater is started and the fan is not started, if the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be in a closed state within the first preset time, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be failed, and if the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be in an open state within the second preset time under the condition that the gas heating water heater is started and the fan is started, the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be failed, the wind pressure switch before ignition can be detected, and the control program is locked after triggering.
In one embodiment, in the pre-combustion operation stage, when the failure of the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected, the method may include the following steps:
under the condition that the gas heating water heater starts ignition, if no flame signal is detected and the accumulated ignition times meet the triggering condition, the failure of the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected.
In practical application, the flame feedback detection device can start to detect a flame signal, when the flame signal is not detected after ignition is started, the control steps before ignition are repeated, the ignition failure nonvolatile fault can be triggered when ignition is performed n1 times, and the control program is locked.
In this embodiment, when the gas heating water heater starts ignition, if a flame signal is not detected and the ignition cumulative number satisfies the trigger condition, it is detected that the gas heating water heater has a failure in the wind pressure switch, so that the gas heating water heater can detect the ignition condition, and the control program is locked after the failure is triggered.
In one embodiment, in the continuous combustion operation stage, when it is detected that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated failure frequency does not meet the preset condition, the method may include the following steps:
when the gas heating water heater is in the continuous combustion operation stage and the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty, the recorded times of the faults of the wind pressure switch are increased; if the accumulated fault times are detected to be smaller than the preset threshold value, the accumulated fault times do not meet the preset conditions.
In an example, whether the wind pressure switch fault is triggered can be detected by the controller within the duration t2, if the wind pressure switch fault is detected within the duration t2, the wind pressure switch fault can be counted for 1 time in the memory by the controller, meanwhile, the valve is closed and extinguished, purging is performed after starting, whether the wind pressure switch fault frequency in the memory is less than n times can be detected, and if the wind pressure switch fault frequency is less than n times (namely, the accumulated fault frequency does not meet the preset condition), the wind pressure switch fault is reset and restarted.
In this embodiment, when the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails under the condition of being in the continuous combustion operation stage, the number of times of the recorded wind pressure switch failure is increased, if the accumulated failure number is detected to be smaller than the preset threshold value, the accumulated failure number does not meet the preset condition, so that the wind pressure switch failure locking caused by strong gusts can be avoided, and the operation stability of the water heater is improved.
In one embodiment, when it is detected that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated number of failures satisfies the preset condition in the continuous combustion operation stage, the method may include the following steps:
when the gas heating water heater is in the continuous combustion operation stage and the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected to be faulty, the recorded times of the faults of the wind pressure switch are increased; if the accumulated fault times are detected to be larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the accumulated fault times meet preset conditions.
In an example, whether the wind pressure switch fault is triggered or not can be detected by the controller in the duration t2, if the wind pressure switch fault is detected in the duration t2, the wind pressure switch fault can be counted for 1 time in the memory by the controller, meanwhile, the valve is closed and extinguished, purging is performed after starting, and when the number of times of detecting the fault in the memory is greater than or equal to n (namely, the accumulated number of times of faults meets the preset condition), the nonvolatile wind pressure switch fault is generated, and the control program is locked.
In this embodiment, when the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails under the condition of being in the continuous combustion operation stage, the number of times of the recorded wind pressure switch failure is increased, if the number of times of the accumulated failure is detected to be greater than or equal to a preset threshold value, the number of times of the accumulated failure meets the preset condition, and the volatile wind pressure switch failure is triggered by triggering the volatile wind pressure switch failure continuously for many times in the initial stage of ignition, so that the control program is locked, the controlled locking and shutdown of the water heater can be ensured accurately under the condition of actual blockage, and the safety of the water heater is ensured.
In one embodiment, the method may further comprise the steps of:
continuously monitoring the continuous combustion operation stage according to preset period information; the preset period information includes a target time for characterizing a duration of time counted from the detection of the flame signal for each period.
In practical application, for the continuous combustion operation stage after ignition, the continuous combustion operation stage can be continuously monitored according to preset period information, for example, after the flame signal is detected and the water heater is continuously combusted for t2 time, the control program can enter the target time of the next period to continuously detect whether the wind pressure switch is closed or not.
In this embodiment, by continuously monitoring the continuous combustion operation phase according to the preset period information, continuous judgment and detection of the continuous combustion phase based on the periodic time are realized.
In one embodiment, when it is detected that the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated failure frequency does not meet the preset condition in the continuous combustion operation stage, the method for controlling the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater to fail and reset may include the following steps:
under the continuous combustion operation stage, if the failure of the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is detected within the target time and the accumulated failure times do not meet the preset conditions, resetting the wind pressure switch; and if the wind pressure switch is detected to be in the closed state in the target time, the current recorded wind pressure switch fault times are cleared, and the next target time is entered for continuously detecting the wind pressure switch state.
In specific implementation, whether the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults in the memory are smaller than n times can be detected in t2 time (namely target time), if so, the wind pressure switch faults can be reset and restarted, the wind pressure switch can be detected to be closed in t2 time, the accumulated times of the volatile wind pressure switch faults in the memory are cleared, and meanwhile, the water heater continuously burns normally.
In this embodiment, if the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater fails and the accumulated failure times do not meet the preset condition in the continuous combustion operation stage, the wind pressure switch is reset, if the wind pressure switch is detected to be in the closed state in the target time, the current recorded wind pressure switch failure times are emptied, the wind pressure switch state is continuously detected in the next target time, the problem of wind pressure switch failure locking caused by strong gust can be effectively solved, and the operation stability of the water heater is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a flow chart of another method for controlling the wind pressure switch of the gas heating water heater is provided. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
