The invention discloses an automatic cleaning and recycling system and method for return blanking of a belt conveyor, wherein the automatic cleaning and recycling system comprises a blanking and recycling device and a blanking and cleaning device; the blanking cleaning device is arranged below the belt conveyor, the blanking recovery device is arranged at the end part of the blanking cleaning device in the advancing direction of the scraping plate, so that the position of a material leakage opening of the blanking cleaning device corresponds to that of a material receiving opening, and a material discharge opening of the blanking cleaning device is arranged above the upper belt surface of the belt conveyor; during production operation, the operation period of the blanking cleaning device is set according to the material type transported by the belt conveyor, the scraping driving mechanism is started at regular time to drive the scraping plate to move, and blanking is cleaned and concentrated to the material leakage opening and falls into the recovery hopper below; the recovery driving mechanism drives the recovery hopper to continuously lift the blanking collected at the material leakage opening to the top, and the blanking is poured out by tipping at the material discharge opening and discharged onto the conveying belt of the belt conveyor, so that the cleaning and recovery of the blanking are completed. As shown in fig. 1, the automatic cleaning and recycling system for the return blanking of the belt conveyor comprises a blanking and recycling device 1 and a blanking and cleaning device 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the blanking recovery device 1 includes a frame-type steel frame 11, a blanking recovery assembly, a recovery driving mechanism 12, and a dust cover 13 wrapping the blanking recovery assembly. The blanking recovery assembly comprises two first endless chains 14 and a plurality of recovery hoppers 15. Four first rotating shafts 16 are mounted on the frame-type steel frame 11 through bearing blocks, and two first annular chains 14 are arranged side by side and are respectively mounted on the first rotating shafts 16 through first chain wheels 17. The plurality of recovery hoppers 15 are uniformly distributed along the first annular chain 14; two ends of each recovery hopper 15 are respectively connected with two first endless chains 14. The recovery driving mechanism 12 is a first motor with a first speed reducer, an output shaft of the first speed reducer is in transmission connection with one of the first rotating shafts 16, and when the first motor is started, the first rotating shaft 16 can be driven to rotate, namely, the first annular chain 14 can be driven to rotate, and the recovery hopper 15 moves along with the first motor. Two second endless chains 23 are mounted on the second rotating shaft 25 by means of second sprockets 26, respectively. The plurality of scraping plates 24 are parallel and uniformly distributed along the second annular chain 23; two ends of each scraping plate 24 are fixedly connected with two second annular chains 23 respectively. The scraping driving mechanism 22 is a second motor with a second speed reducer, an output shaft of the second speed reducer is in transmission connection with one of the second rotating shafts 25, and when the second motor is started, the second motor can drive the second rotating shaft 25 to rotate, namely, the second annular chain 23 can be driven to rotate, and the scraping plate 24 moves along with the second annular chain. A material leakage opening 27 is arranged at one end of the material receiving groove 21, one end of the material receiving groove 21 is arranged in the frame-type steel frame, and the material leakage opening 27 corresponds to the material receiving opening 18 of the blanking recovery device 1.
