A dosing and liquid spreading device according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the temporary liquid storage member is further provided with a one-way valve, the one-way valve comprises a valve core body, a valve sleeve and a spring, the valve core body is provided with a mounting part for mounting the valve sleeve and the spring, the valve sleeve is sleeved on the mounting part and is provided with an air passage for air to pass through, the spring is sleeved on the mounting part, one end of the spring is abutted against one end of the valve sleeve, the other end of the spring is abutted against the valve core body, the air passage is opened when the spring is compressed, and the air passage is closed when the spring is reset.
9. The dosing device of claim 8, wherein the one-way valve further comprises a sealing ring that is sleeved on the valve body and is positioned between the valve sleeve and an end of the valve body.
10. A dosing comb comprising a bottle and a dosing device according to any one of claims 1-9, said dosing device being connected to the bottle.
