Abstract
The invention provides novel washing equipment and a washing device for powdery materials and slurry. The device comprises a holding device, a filtering and draining device and an agitating device. The holding device is used for holding materials to be washed or washing materials; the filtering and draining device is arranged at the bottom of the containing device and is used for draining the washed water; and the stirring device is arranged on the upper side of the containing device and is used for stirring the washing materials or disturbing the washing materials. The washing equipment solves the problems of uneven washing, large washing water consumption, low concentration of the recovery liquid, large steam consumption and the like.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the stirring blade 32 is provided with a bifurcation to increase stirring efficiency; and the distance between the outer edge of the stirring blade 32 and the inner wall of the housing is not more than one half of the distance between the rotating shaft 31 and the inner wall of the housing.
As shown in fig. 1, the bifurcation on the stirring blade 32 can increase the amount of contact for stirring and thus the stirring efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding device 1 is a feeding belt, and the feeding belt is provided with leakage holes.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the material to be cleaned is placed on the feeding belt.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the filter drain 2 comprises a filter layer 21; the stirring device 3 comprises a rotating shaft 31 and stirring vanes 32 arranged perpendicular to the rotating shaft 31, the rotating shaft 31 is perpendicular to the filter layer 21, or the stirring device comprises a stirring part for stirring the material, the size of the stirring vanes 32 or the stirring part perpendicular to the filter layer 21 is not larger than that parallel to the filter layer 21, the stirring vanes 32 or the stirring part are parallel to the filter layer 21 so as to reduce pushing and squeezing of the material when in motion, the material particles move along a plane parallel to the filter layer 21, and the cross section of the stirring vanes 32 or the stirring part is flat or circular so as to enable the powder material particles to move along the plane parallel to the filter layer 21 as much as possible when in relative motion.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the washing apparatus for the novel powdery material and slurry is preferably a filter chamber of a plate-and-frame filter press or a chamber filter press or a vertical filter press, the filter chamber of the filter press comprising a filter plate (or filter frame) of the filter chamber and a filter cloth forming a filter drain 2, an agitation device 3 or a disturbance device. The water permeable device 4 is a filter plate (or filter frame) and filter cloth at the other side of the filtering and draining device 2, which are formed by the filter plate (or filter frame) and filter cloth in the filter chamber, and the flow blocking net 5 is not arranged because the width of the filter chamber is small. In order to reduce the influence of the operation of the stirring device 3 or the disturbance device, the stirring blade 32 of the stirring device 3 or the disturbance member of the disturbance device is thin in the direction perpendicular to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering drainage device 2.
Under the pressure of a material conveying pump, powdery materials or slurry liquid to be processed are fed into each filter chamber, and the filtrate is permeated outwards through a filter drainage device 2 formed by a filter plate (or a filter frame) of the filter chamber of the filter press and filter cloth or a water permeable device 4 formed by the filter plate (or the filter frame) of the filter chamber of the filter press and the filter cloth, so that filter residues are formed on the filter cloth until the filter chamber is filled to form filter cakes, and the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows to a lower liquid outlet channel along a groove of the filter plate to be discharged. Subsequently, a washing liquid is introduced, and the washing liquid penetrates through the water permeable device 4 consisting of the filter plate (or filter frame) and the filter cloth of the filter chamber of the filter press, and flows into the filter cake, and at the same time, the stirring blades 32 of the stirring device 3 are stirred, so that powder material particles of the filter cake move along a plane parallel to the filter cloth of the filter drainage device 2 consisting of the filter plate (or filter frame) and the filter cloth of the filter chamber of the filter press, and the filter cake is washed, and harmful substances in the filter cake are removed.
The novel washing equipment of powdery material and thick liquids of this application sets up spray set and sprays the material in order to can wash powdery material and thick liquids granule on the filter cloth powdery material or thick liquids top, and the washing liquid that sprays passes on the filter cloth powdery material or thick liquids of water permeable device 4 washing filter cloth. The disturbance component of the disturbance device is arranged at the position or above the position, such as a grid, a grating or at least one line, the disturbance component of the disturbance device is in a non-moving structure, the powdery material or slurry (washing material) moves along with the filter cloth on the filter cloth, the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the powdery material (washing material) also moves simultaneously, the movement of the powdery material moves relative to the non-moving structure of the disturbance device, the movement of the powdery material or slurry (washing material) particles along the disturbance component to the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the filter surface of the water permeable device 2 forms different moving speeds under the action of the filter surface of the water permeable device 2 and the water permeable device 4, and the movement of the powdery material or slurry (washing material) particles contacted with the disturbance component of the disturbance device (non-moving structure) is blocked. The particles of the washing material are caused to move in a plane parallel to the filter surface of the filter drain 2 by the restraining and disturbing members of the filter surface of the filter drain 2 and of the water permeable means 4. The motionless disturbance structure of the disturbance device can also lead the powdery material particles or slurry to move along the plane parallel to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering and draining device 2 (filter cloth), so that the powdery material particles move and rotate along the plane parallel to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering and draining device 2 as much as possible, and the problems that in the seepage process, some positions are narrow, washing liquid is difficult to wash and uneven washing is caused are solved. And simultaneously, the movement along the direction perpendicular to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering and draining device 2 is avoided as much as possible, so that the powder material particles and harmful substances in the slurry can be more uniformly and thoroughly washed, and the filter residues are formed through washing, sedimentation, filtering and other working areas.
The disturbance member of the disturbance device is an object capable of displacing the particles of the powdery material relative to the adjacent particles, and the disturbance member may be driven by a transmission device or power to reciprocate or move along a plane parallel to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering and draining device 2, and the disturbance member may be a net, a grid, a line or the like structure, so that the particles of the powdery material are staggered along the plane parallel to the filtering surface 21 of the filtering and draining device 2.
The novel washing device for the powdery material and the slurry comprises a filtering and draining device 2, wherein the filtering and draining device 2 is used for draining washed liquid and blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and washing material particles, so that the washing material particles can move along a plane parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles, the filtering and draining device 2 comprises a filtering layer 21, and the filtering layer 21 is a porous material for separating harmful substances in the washing material;
the water permeable device 4 is arranged on the upper side of the filtering and draining device 2 and is used for allowing washing liquid to pass through washing materials injected between the filtering and draining device 2 and the water permeable device 4 from the water permeable device 4 and blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the materials to be washed or blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the washing material particles, so that the washing material particles can move along a plane parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles, the water permeable device 4 is a porous device through which the washing liquid can penetrate and the washing material is difficult to pass in the opposite direction, the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the washing material can horizontally move relative to the filtering and draining device 2 or rotate relative to the filtering and draining device 2, or the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material can horizontally move relative to the water permeable device 4, and the washing material particles on the contact surface can be driven to move along the plane parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles; the contact surface of the water permeable means 4 with the washing material particles is preferably parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining means 2 with the washing material particles.

Or the water permeable device 4 moves, the filtering and draining device 2 does not synchronously move, relative movement or relative rotation is formed between the water permeable device 4 and the filtering and draining device 2, the water permeable device 4 blocks relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the washing material particles, so that the washing material particles of the accessory are driven to move, the filtering and draining device 2 blocks relative movement along the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles, and different moving speeds are formed from the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the washing material particles to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles. Under the constraint of the filtering surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the water permeable device 4, the particles of the washing material are staggered along the plane parallel to the filtering surface of the filtering and draining device 2.
The washing device for washing fine materials comprises a filtering and draining device 2, wherein the filtering and draining device is used for draining washed liquid and blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and washing material particles, so that the washing material particles can move along a plane parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 and the washing material particles; the stirring device 3 or the disturbance device is arranged on the upper side of the filtering and draining device 2 and is used for stirring the washing materials or disturbing the washing materials; the water permeable device 4 is arranged on the upper side of the stirring device 3 or the disturbance device, and is used for allowing the washing liquid to pass through the washing material which is injected between the filtering drainage device 2 and the stirring device and blocking the relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the material to be washed or blocking the relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 and the washing material particles; wherein the filter drain 2 comprises a filter layer 21; the stirring device 3 comprises a rotating shaft 31 and stirring blades 32 connected with the rotating shaft 31, the rotating shaft 31 is vertical to the filter layer 21, or the stirring device comprises a stirring part for stirring the materials, the size of the stirring blades 32 or the stirring part vertical to the filter layer 21 is not larger than that of the stirring part parallel to the filter layer 21, so that pushing of the materials is reduced when the stirring device moves, and the particles of the materials are staggered along a plane parallel to the filter layer 21; the paddles 32 or turbulence members are flat or circular in cross-section to cause the particles of the powdery material to move in a staggered manner along a plane parallel to the filter layer 21 during movement. The particle size of the fine material is preferably less than 3mm. The particle size of the fine material is also preferably less than 2mm.
Preferably, both the filter drain 2 and the water permeable means 4 may be used as agitation means 3 or disturbance means.
Preferably, the contact surface of the water permeable device 4 with the washing material particles is parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device 2 with the washing material particles.
The novel washing equipment for powdery materials and slurry can realize the following effects:
solves the problems of uneven washing, large washing water consumption, low concentration of the recovery liquid, large steam consumption and the like of the washing equipment. The disturbance component is a component capable of enabling the powder material particles to relatively displace with the adjacent particles, and can be driven by a transmission device or power to move so as to generate movement or reciprocating movement to pull the powder material particles to move. It is also possible that the fixed part of the disturbance device, such as a net, a grating, a wire, where the powdery material passes over the moving filter belt, is caused to move relatively with the fixed part of the disturbance device due to the movement of the powdery material itself, the fixed part being capable of causing the powdery material to move in a staggered manner along a plane parallel to the filter surface 21 of the filter drain 2.

The terms "mounted," "connected," "secured," and the like are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly attached, detachably attached, or integrally attached. The specific meaning of the above terms in the embodiments of the present invention will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art according to specific circumstances.

Claims (5)
1. A novel washing apparatus for powder materials and slurries, comprising:
the washing equipment is a plate-and-frame filter press filter chamber or a box filter press filter chamber or a filter chamber of a vertical filter press, the filter chamber comprises a filtering drainage device (2) and an agitating device (3), and the filtering drainage device (2) comprises a filter plate and filter cloth or a filter frame and filter cloth; the water permeable device (4) is a filter plate and a filter cloth or a filter frame and a filter cloth at the other side of the filtering and draining device (2) in the filter chamber;
the filtering and draining device (2) is used for draining the washed liquid and blocking the relative movement along the contact surface of the filtering and draining device (2) and the washing material particles, so that the washing material particles can move along a plane parallel to the contact surface of the filtering and draining device (2) and the washing material particles;
the stirring device (3) is used for stirring the washing materials;
the water permeable device (4) is used for penetrating washing liquid from the water permeable device (4) through washing materials injected between the filtering drainage device (2) and the water permeable device (4) and blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device (4) and the materials to be washed or blocking relative movement along the contact surface of the water permeable device (4) and the washing material particles;
the filtering and draining device (2) comprises a filtering layer (21);
the stirring device (3) comprises a rotating shaft (31) and stirring blades (32) connected with the rotating shaft (31), wherein the rotating shaft (31) is perpendicular to the filter layer (21), the dimension of the stirring blades (32) perpendicular to the filter layer (21) is not larger than the dimension parallel to the filter layer (21), so that pushing of materials is reduced when the stirring device moves, and the particles of the materials are staggered along a plane parallel to the filter layer (21);
the cross section of the stirring blade (32) is flat or circular, the stirring blade (32) is parallel to the filter layer (21) so as to enable powder material particles to move along a plane parallel to the filter layer (21) when in motion;
under the pressure of a material conveying pump, powdery material or slurry liquid to be treated is fed into a filter chamber, and the filtrate is permeated outwards through a filtering drainage device (2) or a water permeable device (4) until the filter chamber is filled with the filtrate to form filter cakes, and the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and flows to a lower liquid outlet channel along a groove of the filter plate to be discharged; subsequently, a washing liquid is introduced, the washing liquid penetrates through the water permeable device (4) and flows into the filter cake, and at the same time, the stirring blades (32) of the stirring device (3) are stirred, so that powder material particles of the filter cake move along a plane parallel to the filter cloth of the filtering and draining device (2), the filter cake is washed, and harmful substances in the filter cake are removed.
2. The novel powder and slurry washing apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: the flow blocking net (5) is arranged along the vertical direction of the filter layer (21), the flow blocking net (5) is of a net-shaped or grid-shaped structure, powder material particles can be prevented from moving along the plane where the flow blocking net (5) is located, and the powder material movement is prevented when the stirring blade (32) is started, so that the powder material particles form dislocation.
3. The novel washing apparatus of powdery materials and slurry as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring means (3) comprises a plurality of stirring blades (32), and adjacent stirring blades (32) arranged at the same height on the rotating shaft (31) are connected together by wires, grids or meshes.
4. The novel powder and slurry washing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the stirring blade (32) is provided with a bifurcation to increase stirring efficiency.
5. The novel washing device for powdery materials and slurries according to claim 1, characterized in that the rotating shaft (31) is perpendicular to the stirring blades (32) arranged on the rotating shaft (31).
