And when the current running duration of the second use of the target object reaches 10 minutes, starting to play the ideological and political video, and when the user is monitored to exit the target object at 21:00, recording the current closing time of the user as 21:00. When the starting time point 22:00 of the target object is monitored to be started for the third time by a user, the maintaining time is 60 minutes, the maintaining time (60 minutes) of the third time starting the target object is longer than the maintaining time (20 minutes) of the second time starting the target object, the preset time of using the target object for the second time is prolonged from 10 minutes to 30 minutes, and the preset time of using the target object for the third time is set to be 30 minutes. Optionally, when the maintenance time length is greater than or equal to the first preset time length, it is determined that the use condition of the target object by the user is normal, a certain time length is added on the basis of the current preset time length to prolong the current preset time length, and when the target object is used by the user, the user is pushed backwards, the maintenance time length corresponding to the target object is actively prolonged, the use frequency of the target object is reduced, so that a longer preset time length is obtained, and the anti-addiction control effect is improved.
Optionally, when the maintaining time length is smaller than the first preset time length, it is determined that the user is addicted to the target object, the current preset time length is further shortened, the shortened current preset time length is used as the preset time length, and the purpose of anti-addiction control is achieved by shortening the using time length of the target object.
Optionally, the current allowable duration is prolonged or shortened based on the current preset duration, after the preset duration of the current use process is obtained, the prompt information is determined or generated based on the preset duration, so that a user knows the preset duration of the current use process and knows the determined reason of the preset duration, and the prompt information can be "monitor you for a longer time and not used, and therefore you prolong the preset duration", "monitor you for a more frequent use, and therefore you shorten the preset duration, and suggest reasonable use".

and in response to the preset time period being greater than or equal to the third preset time period, the preset time period is not increased any more.
Optionally, when the anti-addiction control is executed, judging whether the current preset time length is greater than or equal to a third preset time length and/or whether the prolonged current preset time length (the preset time length in the current use process) is greater than or equal to the third preset time length when the maintenance time length is greater than or equal to a first preset time length; when the current preset time length is greater than or equal to a third preset time length and/or the prolonged current preset time length is greater than or equal to the third preset time length, the preset time length is not longer, the preset time length is used as the preset time length of the current use process and the preset time length of the target object to be used later, so that the effect of anti-addiction control is prevented from being reduced due to overlong allowed use time length, and the third preset time length is the maximum preset time length for executing the anti-addiction control.
Optionally, when responding to an opening instruction of the target object, acquiring a current preset time length, and when the current preset time length is greater than or equal to the third preset time length, skipping the step of determining or generating the preset time length according to the use data of the target object, taking the third preset time length as the preset time length of the current use process or taking the current preset time length as the use time length of the current use process, and further executing the step S20.
Optionally, after determining or generating the preset duration according to the usage data, judging whether the preset duration is greater than or equal to a third preset duration, and updating the preset duration to the third preset duration when the preset duration is greater than or equal to the third preset duration, so as to control the usage duration of the target object to be limited within the preset duration.
In the embodiment of the application, the maintaining time length is compared with a first preset time length corresponding to the last time of opening the target object, when the maintaining time length is greater than or equal to the first preset time length, the current preset time length is prolonged, and the prolonged current preset time length is used as the preset time length of the current use process; when the maintenance time length is smaller than the first preset time length, shortening the current preset time length, taking the shortened current preset time length as the preset time length, realizing the effect of dynamically determining the preset time length according to the maintenance time length, dynamically determining the preset time length based on a mode of adopting a reward and punishment mechanism, and enabling a user to actively prolong the maintenance time length of the target object, thereby reducing the use of the target object and improving the anti-addiction effect.
