As shown in fig. 1, the wireless charging device includes an input power interface, a battery pack, a transmitting coil, a control device, a communication module, and the like. The input power interface is used for accessing the mains supply, and the mains supply accessed by the input power interface can be used for charging the battery pack and transmitting power outwards in a wireless mode through the transmitting coil. The transmitting coil can be a unidirectional transmitting coil and is used for carrying out wireless transmission on electric energy released by the converted commercial power or battery pack. And the communication module is used for communicating with the wireless air conditioner to acquire the state of the wireless air conditioner, such as the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner. And the control device is used for controlling the charge and discharge of the battery pack and controlling the transmitting coil to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
The wireless air conditioner comprises a receiving coil, a control device, a communication module and the like. And the communication module is used for communicating with the wireless charging device to acquire the state of the wireless charging device, such as acquiring the mains supply access state, the battery pack state and the like of the wireless charging device. And the control device is used for controlling the receiving coil to receive the electric energy wirelessly transmitted by the wireless charging device.
As shown in fig. 2, a flowchart of a power supply control method for an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is provided, and the method includes the following steps:
step S201: monitoring whether the wireless charging device is connected with the mains supply or not, and acquiring the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner; wherein, the wireless charging device is internally provided with a battery pack;
step S202: if the wireless charging device is not connected with the mains supply and the equipment state is the state to be powered on, the wireless charging device is controlled to wirelessly transmit the electric energy released by the battery pack to the wireless air conditioner so as to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
In step S201, for the wireless charging device, whether the mains supply is connected or not may be achieved by detecting an input power interface of the wireless charging device. When the input power interface is connected with a power supply, the wireless charging device is connected with the mains supply, and when the input power interface is not connected with the power supply, the wireless charging device is not connected with the mains supply.
The device state of the wireless air conditioner may include a standby power-on state and a stop power-on state. The state to be powered on can be the corresponding state when the wireless air conditioner needs to receive electric energy for working. Specifically, the user may send a power-on instruction to the wireless air conditioner through a control panel, a remote controller or voice control, etc. of the wireless air conditioner, and after the wireless air conditioner receives the power-on instruction, the wireless air conditioner needs to receive electric energy wirelessly transmitted by the wireless charging device to perform power-on, so that when the wireless air conditioner receives the power-on instruction, the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is a state to be powered on. Or, in the operation process of the wireless air conditioner, the wireless air conditioner also needs to continuously receive electric energy to realize operation, so that when the wireless air conditioner is in the operation process, the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is in a state to be powered on.
Correspondingly, the power receiving state is stopped and can be the state corresponding to the state when the wireless air conditioner does not need to work. Specifically, the user can send a shutdown instruction to the wireless air conditioner through a control panel, a remote controller or voice control mode of the wireless air conditioner, and when the wireless air conditioner receives the shutdown instruction, shutdown is completed according to the shutdown instruction, and at the moment, no electric energy is required to be received any more, and the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is adjusted to be in a power receiving stopping state. Or the wireless air conditioner fails in the running process, and the wireless air conditioner can be reset through power failure, so that when the wireless air conditioner needs to be powered off and reset, the wireless air conditioner can stop receiving electric energy, and the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is in a power receiving stopping state.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the power supply method may be divided into the following two types according to whether the wireless charging device is connected to the mains supply: when the wireless charging device is connected with the mains supply, the battery pack can be charged through the mains supply, in addition, the stability of the mains supply and the loss of the battery pack are considered, and when the wireless charging device is connected with the mains supply, wireless power transmission can be performed outwards through the mains supply; when the wireless charging device is not connected with the mains supply, the wireless air conditioner can be wirelessly powered by performing discharging operation through a battery pack of the wireless charging device. Next, the case where the wireless charging device is connected to the commercial power and the case where the wireless charging device is not connected to the commercial power will be described.
Firstly, a power supply mode of the wireless charging device without being connected to the mains is described.
In step S202, if it is detected that the wireless charging device is not connected to the mains, and the device state is a to-be-powered state, the wireless charging device is controlled to wirelessly transmit the electric energy released by the battery pack to the wireless air conditioner, so as to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
Specifically, since the wireless charging device is not connected to the mains supply, it is impossible to transmit power wirelessly to the outside through the mains supply. At this time, it is necessary to perform a discharging operation through a battery pack provided in the wireless charging device, perform a conversion process on the electric energy released from the battery pack, and transmit the converted electric energy to the outside through the transmitting coil. That is, when the equipment state is the to-be-powered state, the wireless air conditioner is indicated to need to receive the electric energy wirelessly transmitted by the wireless charger, and at the moment, the wireless charging device can control the discharging of the battery pack to realize the wireless transmission of the electric energy, so that the normal operation of the wireless air conditioner is ensured.
Further, when the battery pack is used for supplying power to the load, whether the battery pack is in a dischargeable state or not can also be considered, and when the battery pack is in a dischargeable state, the electric energy released by the battery pack can support the operation of the wireless air conditioner, and at the moment, the electric energy can be released by the battery pack for use by the load.
The battery pack state of the wireless charging device may be obtained by detecting the electric quantity, voltage, etc. of the battery pack, which is not limited herein. In one embodiment, the battery pack state is obtained by detecting the electric quantity of the battery pack, and when the electric quantity of the battery pack is larger than a first threshold value, the battery pack state is indicated to be in a saturated state, and when the electric quantity of the battery pack is smaller than a second threshold value, the battery pack state is indicated to be in a state to be charged. In addition, when the battery pack is used for supplying power to the outside wirelessly, whether the battery pack is in a dischargeable state or not can be detected, for example, when the electric quantity of the battery pack is greater than a third threshold value, the battery pack state is indicated as the dischargeable state. The first, second, and third thresholds may be set according to actual needs, for example, the first threshold is 90%, 95%, etc., the second threshold is 70%, 60%, etc., and the third threshold is 30%, 50%, etc.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the wireless charging device is not connected to the utility power, the battery pack of the wireless charging device releases the electric energy to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner. In the outdoor or inconvenient scene of accessing the commercial power, the wireless air conditioner can work through the electric energy that the battery package provided, greatly reduced the dependence to the commercial power in the wireless air conditioner use, improved the use convenience of wireless air conditioner.
Further, considering that when the wireless air conditioner uses the battery pack to supply power, the electric quantity of the battery pack is limited, in order to further enhance the power supply capability of the wireless charging device, in this embodiment of the present disclosure, a solar energy conversion module may be provided on the wireless charging device, and configured to convert solar energy into electric energy, and further supply power through the electric energy converted by solar energy, where the solar energy conversion module may include a solar photovoltaic panel and a corresponding control device.
In the implementation process, when the solar energy conversion module is used, the following power supply modes can be included: acquiring a battery pack state of the wireless charging device; and if the battery pack state is monitored to be in a state to be charged and the equipment state is in a state to stop receiving power, controlling the wireless charging device to charge the battery pack through the electric energy output by the solar energy conversion module.
Specifically, when the device state is in the power-receiving stop state, it indicates that the wireless air conditioner does not need to receive electric energy, that is, the battery pack does not need to release electric energy to supply power to the wireless air conditioner, so that the electric energy converted by solar energy can be used for charging the battery pack. If the battery pack state is the state to be charged, charging the battery pack by utilizing the electric energy converted by solar energy; if the battery pack is in a saturated state, the battery pack does not need to be charged, and at the moment, the solar energy conversion module can be controlled to be in a standby or stop working state.
In addition, when the solar energy conversion module is used, the following power supply modes can be further included: if the battery pack state is monitored to be in a state to be charged and the equipment is monitored to be in a state to be powered on, the wireless charging device is controlled to charge the battery pack through the electric energy output by the solar energy conversion module, and the wireless air conditioner is wirelessly powered.
Specifically, if the device state of the wireless air conditioner is the to-be-powered state, it indicates that the wireless air conditioner needs to receive electric energy to operate, and because the solar energy conversion module can convert solar energy into electric energy, the wireless air conditioner can be powered by the solar energy converted electric energy in a wireless manner, so that the loss of the battery pack is reduced. In addition, in the process of supplying power to the wireless air conditioner through the electric energy converted by solar energy, the battery pack state of the battery pack can be considered at the same time, and if the battery pack state is the state to be charged, the electric energy converted by solar energy can supply power to the load and charge the battery pack.
It should be noted that, if the power conversion efficiency of the solar module is low, the operation of the wireless air conditioner may not be supported, and in this case, the load may still be powered by the power released by the battery pack. When the electric energy conversion efficiency of the solar energy module is higher than the preset conversion rate, the load can be powered by the electric energy converted by the solar energy and the battery pack can be charged, wherein the preset conversion rate can be specifically set according to the power supply parameters of the wireless air conditioner, and the wireless air conditioner is not limited in the present invention.
In the embodiment of the present specification, when the solar energy conversion module is used, the following power supply manner may be further included: if the battery pack state is monitored to be in a saturated state and the equipment is in a state to be powered on, the wireless charging device is controlled to wirelessly transmit electric energy output by the solar energy conversion module to the wireless air conditioner so as to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
Specifically, when the battery pack is in a saturated state, it is indicated that the battery pack is not required to be charged, and at this time, the wireless air conditioner may be powered only considering whether or not the electric energy converted by solar energy is required to be used. If the equipment state is the state to be powered on, the wireless air conditioner needs to receive electric energy, and at the moment, the electric energy converted by the solar module can be used for supplying power to the load of the wireless air conditioner so as to reduce the loss of the battery pack. Similarly, if the power conversion efficiency of the solar module is low, the operation of the wireless air conditioner may not be supported, and in this case, the wireless air conditioner may still be wirelessly powered by the power released by the battery pack. When the electric energy conversion efficiency of the solar module is higher than the preset conversion rate, the load can be powered by adopting the electric energy converted by the solar energy.
It should be noted that, the solar energy conversion module may be used to convert solar energy simultaneously with the utility power, or may be used only when the utility power is not connected, which is not limited herein. When the solar energy conversion module is used while the commercial power is connected, the battery pack can be charged through the commercial power and the electric energy converted by solar energy, or the commercial power and the electric energy converted by solar energy are integrated and then transmitted outwards in a wireless mode, and the battery pack can be charged through the electric energy converted by the commercial power and the electric energy converted by solar energy and then supplied outwards in a wireless mode through the transmitting coil.
Next, a power supply method of the wireless charging device to the commercial power will be described.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the wireless charging device accesses the mains, the following power supply method may be performed: if the wireless charging device is monitored to be connected with the mains supply and the equipment state is the state to be powered on, the wireless charging device is controlled to wirelessly transmit the electric energy converted by the mains supply to the wireless air conditioner so as to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
Specifically, the wireless charging device converts the mains supply into electromagnetic energy after being connected with the mains supply, and transmits the electromagnetic energy to the outside through the transmitting coil in a wireless mode. In one embodiment, the wireless charging device performs alternating current-direct current conversion on commercial power input by the input power interface through rectification, converts the commercial power into electromagnetic energy through direct current-alternating current, and transmits power outwards through the transmitting coil.
When the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is the state to be powered on, the wireless air conditioner can receive the electric energy wirelessly transmitted by the wireless charging device through the receiving coil. After the wireless air conditioner receives the electric energy, the received electric energy can be subjected to conversion processing, including but not limited to alternating current-direct current conversion, rectification and buck-boost processing, so as to realize power supply to the wireless air conditioner load.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, after the wireless charging device is powered on, the battery pack state of the wireless charging device may also be considered when determining the power supply mode. In the implementation process, if the battery pack state is monitored to be in a to-be-charged state and the equipment state is monitored to be in a power receiving state, the wireless charging device is controlled to charge the battery pack by electric energy converted by mains supply, and the electric energy converted by the mains supply is wirelessly transmitted to the wireless air conditioner so as to wirelessly supply power to the wireless air conditioner.
Specifically, when the battery pack state is the state to be charged and the equipment state of the wireless air conditioner is the state to be powered on, the mains supply accessed by the wireless charging device is used for charging the battery pack on one hand and is used for supplying power to the wireless air conditioner on the other hand. That is, when the wireless charging device is connected with the mains supply, the wireless air conditioner is wirelessly powered while the battery pack is charged, and the electric quantity storage of the battery pack is ensured while the normal operation of the wireless air conditioner is realized. Thus, when the electric energy released by the battery pack is used for power supply, the problem that the power cannot be supplied for a long time due to insufficient electric quantity of the battery is avoided.
When the battery pack is charged and the wireless air conditioner is powered wirelessly, the wireless charging device can process the accessed commercial power into electric energy for charging the battery pack, and process the commercial power into electric energy for supplying power to the wireless air conditioner. That is, both charging and externally supplying power to the battery pack are realized by the received electric energy, and the external power supply is realized without discharging the battery pack.
In addition, when the battery pack is in a saturated state, the battery pack does not need to be charged, and the wireless charging device can directly supply power to the wireless air conditioner by using the accessed commercial power.
In this embodiment of the present disclosure, after the wireless charging device accesses the mains, the following power supply method is further included: and if the battery pack state is monitored to be in a state to be charged and the equipment state is monitored to be in a state to stop receiving power, controlling the wireless charging device to charge the battery pack by using electric energy converted by the mains supply.
Specifically, when the device is in a power-receiving stop state, it indicates that the wireless air conditioner does not need to receive electric power, that is, the wireless charging device does not need to supply power to the wireless air conditioner. Further, whether the battery pack needs to be charged or not can be determined through the battery pack state, when the battery pack state is the state to be charged, the wireless charging device charges the battery pack through the accessed mains supply, so that timely replenishment of the electric quantity of the battery pack is guaranteed, and the wireless charging device is ensured to supply power when the battery pack is not accessed to the mains supply, and the power supply duration of the battery pack is ensured. In contrast, when the battery pack is in the saturated state, the wireless charging device does not need to charge the battery pack, and the wireless charging device can enter a standby state or a stop working state.
In summary, according to the method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the wireless charging device is connected to the mains supply, the stable electric energy can be provided outwards through the mains supply, and when the wireless charging device is not connected to the mains supply, the electric energy can be transmitted outwards through the battery pack of the wireless charging device, so that the wireless air conditioner can operate when both the wireless air conditioner is connected to the mains supply and the wireless air conditioner is not connected to the mains supply. Because the wireless air conditioner obtains electric energy through wireless transmission, the traditional power supply tail line is eliminated, the wireless air conditioner can be moved randomly as required, and the convenience of using the wireless air conditioner is greatly improved. In addition, as various power supply modes exist between the wireless charging device and the wireless air conditioner, the wireless air conditioner can be suitable for the use requirements of the wireless air conditioner in various scenes, the use limit of the wireless air conditioner is reduced through rich power supply modes, and the user experience is improved.
