Referring to fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention, which is different from the first embodiment, provides a verification test of a value-added service product screening evaluation method for a power supply business hall, so as to verify and explain the technical effects adopted in the method.

From the above, the method provided by the invention determines the evaluation index weight through the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method, avoids empirical judgment, reduces subjective judgment errors of people to a certain extent, improves the rationality of each evaluation index weight, constructs a quantitative analysis product evaluation standard system, and defines the score value and the score rating standard of each index, thereby being beneficial to quantifying the evaluation grading of the value-added service products of the experience hall under the line, improving the evaluation objectivity of the value-added service, ensuring more comprehensive screening evaluation and stronger operability.

establishing a value-added service product screening evaluation model of the power supply business hall based on the weight of each evaluation index, and calculating the screening evaluation score of each product;
and determining the screening evaluation grades of the value-added service products according to the screening evaluation scores of the products, and realizing objective evaluation of the value-added service products.

the product value dimension comprises 3 primary indexes of a customer demand, a product uniqueness and a brand value, wherein the customer demand comprises 3 secondary indexes of a total product service sales amount, a product service sales amount increase and a large customer product service demand, the product uniqueness comprises 2 secondary indexes of a product service monopolization and a product service characteristic dominance, and the brand value comprises 2 secondary indexes of a brand existing awareness and an enterprise image improvement effect;
the promotion feasibility dimension comprises 5 primary indexes of smooth supply, resource investment, operation difficulty, competition degree and collaborative development, the smooth supply comprises 3 secondary indexes of selectable supplier quantity, supplier bargained capability and supplier cooperation degree, the resource investment comprises 3 secondary indexes of product service required occupied area, product service required personnel quantity, product service purchasing and goods spreading cost, the operation difficulty comprises 3 secondary indexes of product service participant quantity, product service complexity and technical difficulty and product service risk level, the competition degree comprises 2 secondary indexes of product service market bid quantity and product service market development maturity, and the collaborative development comprises 1 secondary index of product service complementarity.
