the optical fiber jumper convenient to find and position comprises a tail frame sleeve, a core-inserting tail handle, an optical fiber protecting sleeve and an optical fiber core which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; after the optical fiber A and the optical fiber B are welded, the optical fiber core of the optical fiber A is closely attached to the optical fiber core of the optical fiber B;
the optical fiber jumper convenient to find and position is characterized in that the tail frame sleeve, the core-inserting tail handle and the optical fiber protective sleeve are all made of light-transmitting materials;
the optical fiber jumper convenient to find and position is characterized in that the diameter of the optical fiber A is different from the diameter of the optical fiber B;
the optical fiber jumper convenient to find and position disclosed by the invention, wherein the visible light is infrared light or blue external light;
the invention also discloses a searching and positioning method, which is applied to the light jumper which is convenient to search and position and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s10: the optical fiber A and the light rays B with different diameters are mutually welded to form an optical fiber assembly;
s20: respectively extending two ends of the optical fiber assembly into outer frame sleeves of the two optical fiber connectors, and fixing the welding part of the optical fiber assembly on one side of a light transmission detection window on the outer frame sleeves;
s30: and (3) introducing visible light into the optical fiber connector at any end, wherein the visible light is conducted along the length direction of the optical fiber assembly, and if overflowed visible light is observed from the light-transmitting detection window on the optical fiber connector at the other end, the searched optical fiber jumper can be identified.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the optical fiber jumper and the searching and positioning method are ingenious in design, quick and convenient to search, after the optical fiber A and the optical fiber B are mutually welded, the outer frame is sleeved with the light-transmitting detection windows for observing the welding positions of the optical fiber A and the optical fiber B, visible light is introduced into the optical fiber connector at any end, when clear visible light overflows in the light-transmitting detection windows on the optical fiber connectors at the other ends, the two ends of the optical fiber jumper can be quickly tracked and searched, the visual observation is realized, the maintenance and the management of the optical fiber jumper are convenient, corresponding label paper is not needed to be sequentially made at the two ends during installation, external equipment is not needed during searching, the operation is convenient, the structure is simple, the production cost is low, the optical fiber jumper is suitable for production popularization, and the applicability is strong.

the optical fiber jumper wire which is convenient to find and position in the preferred embodiment of the invention, as shown in figures 1-2, comprises an optical cable 1; the two ends of the optical cable 1 are respectively fixedly provided with an optical fiber connector, and an optical fiber assembly is fixedly arranged in the optical cable 1 along the length of the optical cable; an optical fiber A and an optical fiber B which are welded with each other are arranged in the optical fiber assembly; it should be noted that the diameter of fiber a is different from the diameter of fiber B; the optical fiber connector comprises a tail sheath 2 for fixing the optical cable 1 and a connector 4; an outer frame sleeve 5 is arranged between the tail sheath 2 and the connector 4; two ends of the optical fiber component respectively penetrate through the two tail jackets 2 and then extend into the outer frame sleeve 5; the two outer frame sleeves 5 are respectively provided with a light transmission detection window 3 for observing the optical fiber assembly, and when in exploration, visible light is transmitted along the length direction of the optical fiber assembly after being injected from any optical fiber connector and overflows from the light transmission detection window 3 on the other optical fiber connector.

Preferably, the optical fiber A and the optical fiber B comprise a tail frame sleeve 6, a core-inserting tail handle 7, an optical fiber protecting sleeve 8 and an optical fiber core 9 which are sequentially arranged from outside to inside; after the optical fiber A and the optical fiber B are welded, the optical fiber core 9 of the optical fiber A is tightly attached to the optical fiber core 9 of the optical fiber B; it is worth to say that the tail frame sleeve, the core insert tail handle and the optical fiber protecting sleeve are all adhered together through transparent glue, and the structure is stable.
Preferably, the tail frame sleeve 6, the core-inserting tail handle 7 and the optical fiber protecting sleeve 8 are made of light-transmitting materials, so that the observation is convenient.
Preferably, the visible light is infrared light or blue light, and a red light pen is adopted to detect red light or a blue light pen is adopted to detect blue light during exploration; the foregoing are all within the scope of the present invention and are not described herein.
Embodiment two:
the searching and positioning method is applied to a light jumper which is convenient for searching and positioning in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, and comprises the following steps:
s10: the optical fiber A and the light rays B with different diameters are mutually welded to form an optical fiber assembly;
s20: two ends of the optical fiber assembly respectively extend into the outer frame sleeves 5 of the two optical fiber connectors 4, and the welding part of the optical fiber assembly is fixed on one side of the light transmission detection window 3 on the outer frame sleeve 5;
s30: and (3) introducing visible light into the optical fiber connector at any end, conducting the visible light along the length direction of the optical fiber assembly, and identifying the searched optical fiber jumper if the overflowed visible light is observed from the light transmission detection window 3 on the optical fiber connector at the other end.
It is worth to say that the visible light is preferably visible red light, and when searching, the visible light is detected by a red light pen, and the overflow red light is conveniently searched.
The locating method is simple, quick and convenient to find, after the optical fibers A and B with different diameters are mutually welded, visible light is introduced into the optical fiber connector at any one end, when clear visible light overflows in the light-transmitting detection window on the optical fiber connector at the other end, the two ends of the optical fiber jumper can be quickly tracked and found, the optical fiber jumper is visually visible, the maintenance and the management of the optical fiber jumper are convenient, corresponding label paper is not needed to be sequentially arranged at the two ends during installation, external equipment is not needed during searching, the operation is convenient, the structure is simple, the production cost is low, the production popularization is suitable, and the applicability is strong.
