The buckle 12 stretches out and draws back in the left and right sides of buckle seat 11 under the effect of button 13, and button 13 protrusion is in the one end that buckle seat 11 kept away from support piece 1. The specific structure of the button 13 driving the buckle 12 to move is not described in detail herein, and the connection relationship between the button 13 and the buckle 12 can be an existing structure, so that the button 13 driving the buckle 12 to stretch and retract to realize the installation and the disassembly of the clip-on type installation component 200 and the lamp body can be achieved. The buckle seat 11 is also internally provided with a power connection module 40, and the power connection module 40 is provided with an inserting hole 41 for being connected with the lamp body in an inserting way.
The fastening assembly 10 is further connected to a fixing member 21, and in this embodiment, the fixing member 21 is connected to the fastening assembly 10 in a plugging manner. Of course, in some embodiments, the fixing member 21 may be integrally formed with the buckle assembly device 10 or screwed together, which is not limited herein. The fixing member 21 is provided with a first stopper 22 and a second stopper 23. One side of the second fixing portion 31 passes through the first limiting member 22, and the other side of the second fixing portion is connected to the second limiting member 23 in a clamping manner, so that the second fixing portion is fixed on the fixing member 21.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural diagram of one view of the snap-on mounting assembly 200 according to the present embodiment, and as shown in fig. 9, the second elastic portion 32 of the elastic ring device 30 protrudes symmetrically from two sides of the snap-on mounting assembly 200 and has multiple folds. The second elastic portion 32 is provided with an abutting portion 33 for connection with the lamp body, and a plane on which the abutting portion 33 is located is horizontally arranged. When the clip-on type mounting assembly 200 is connected with the lamp body, the abutting part 33 is tightly attached to the lamp body, and meanwhile, the state of the whole lamp body in the horizontal direction is adjusted by utilizing elasticity, so that the lamp body is fixed on the mounting base in a balanced state, and the stability of the structure of the lamp body is ensured.
Fig. 10 shows a schematic structural view of the hook portion 20 and the fixing member 21 of the present embodiment. Referring to fig. 7 and 10 in combination, the hooking portion 20 is also connected to a fixing member 21, and the fixing member 21 is also provided with a first stopper 22 and a second stopper 23 for mounting the elastic ring device 30. Unlike the buckle assembly device 10, the hook portion 20 and the fixing member 21 are integrally formed, the hook portion 20 is formed by bending a side of the fixing member 21 away from the bracket member 1, and the end of the hook portion 20 is provided with a protruding hook member 24. The hook member 24 has an arc-shaped structure protruding toward the direction of the bracket member 1, wherein the arc-shaped design makes the hanging-fastening type mounting assembly 200 have smooth stress points when being connected with the lamp body, so that the hanging-fastening type mounting assembly can rotate relative to the lamp body, and is beneficial to the operation during mounting.
A slider device 50 is further provided between the hook portion 20 and the elastic ring device 30, and the slider device 50 is engaged with the fixing member 21. The slider device 50 includes a slider seat 51 and a slider 52, the slider 52 is movably telescopic to the slider seat 51, and the slider 52 protrudes toward the side where the hook portion 20 is located. When the clip-hanging type mounting assembly 200 is fixed to the lamp body in a clip-hanging manner, a clamping position is formed between the hook portion 20 and the sliding block 52, and the lamp body is clamped by the sliding block 52 while being fixedly connected to the hook piece 24 in a hanging manner, so that stability of the clip-hanging type mounting assembly 200 in the fixing manner of the lamp body is further ensured.
Referring to fig. 7 to 10 in combination, both ends of the bracket member 1 are connected to the fixing member 21 and are integrated with the buckle assembly device 10, the elastic ring device 30, the hook portion 20 and the power receiving module 40, so that the clip-on type mounting assembly 200 has a plurality of functional modules, and both power on and fixing are achieved. The buckle combination device 10 belongs to a modularized fitting, can be suitable for the clamping and hanging type installation assembly 200 with different specifications, is beneficial to realizing modularized installation of a lamp, is universal in die, and effectively improves convenience, safety and stability when the lamp body is installed.
Of course, the connection modes of the buckle assembly device 10, the elastic ring device 30, the hook portion 20 and the power receiving module 40 are not specifically limited, and may be changed according to actual requirements.

Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of the lamp 300 according to the present embodiment during installation, and referring to fig. 7 to 11, a lamp 300 includes a lamp body 90 and the clip-on mounting assembly 200 according to embodiment 3. In this embodiment, a ceiling lamp is taken as an example, and the lamp 300 is described in detail.
The lamp body 90 of the lamp 300 is fixed to a mounting base such as a ceiling by the clip-on mounting assembly 200. The lamp body 90 is provided with a first mounting portion 91 connected to the buckle assembly device 10, and a second mounting portion 92 connected to the hook portion 20. The first mounting portion 91 is provided with a first accommodating chamber 911, and both sides of the first accommodating chamber 911 are concavely formed with a catching groove 912. When the fastening assembly 10 is fixed to the first mounting portion 91, the fastening 12 is connected to the fastening slot 912, and the fastening seat 11 is located in the first accommodating cavity 911. It should be noted that, the first accommodating cavity 911 is further provided therein with a conductive module 60 connected with the power connection module 40 in a plugging manner, the conductive module 60 is provided with a conductive sheet 61 adapted to the plugging hole 41, and the conductive sheet 61 is plugged into the plugging hole 41 to electrically connect the lamp body 90 and the clip-on type mounting assembly.
The second mounting portion 92 includes a second accommodation chamber 921 for accommodating the slider device 50 and a guide groove 922 fixed to the hook portion 20. The second accommodation chamber 921 is disposed on the upper surface of the lamp body 90, the guiding groove 922 is disposed on the side wall of the lamp body 90, and the guiding groove 922 is recessed toward the inside of the lamp body 90 and is matched with the shape of the hook member 24 of the hook portion 20.
In the installation process, the clamping and hanging type installation assembly 200 is installed on an installation foundation after the power connection module 40 is connected with an external power line. The portion of the lamp body 90 having the guide groove 922 is then aligned with the hook portion 20 of the snap-on mounting assembly 200, and the lamp body 90 is pushed so that the catch member 24 snaps into the guide groove 922. At this time, an included angle exists between the lamp body 90 and the clip-on mounting assembly 200, and the first mounting portion 91 of the lamp body 90 is still not completely mounted. Then, the lamp body 90 in the direction of the first mounting portion 91 is forced with the fixing position of the hook member 24 and the guide groove 922 as the axis until the fastening assembly 10 is fixed in the first mounting portion 91.
During the connection of the mounting assembly of the buckle 12 and the first mounting portion 91, the conductive sheet 61 of the conductive module 60 is synchronously inserted into the insertion hole 41 of the power receiving module 40. When the conductive module 60 and the power connection module 40 are connected in a plugging manner, feedback sound is generated, and reminding is given to installation staff, so that experience of a user is effectively improved. Meanwhile, the buckle 12 is also clamped into the clamping groove 912, so that the lamp body 90 and the clamping hanging type mounting assembly 200 are mutually fixed and simultaneously electrically connected, the mounting step is effectively simplified, and the convenience and safety of mounting the lamp 300 are improved.
It is to be noted that, when the clip-on type mounting assembly 200 and the lamp body 90 are fixedly connected, the abutting portion 33 of the elastic ring device 30 abuts against the upper surface of the lamp body 90, and the second elastic portion 32 symmetrically disposed on the elastic ring device 30 adjusts the position of the lamp body 90 in the horizontal direction by using elasticity, so that the overall structure of the lamp 300 is balanced, the stability is achieved, and meanwhile, the assembly gap between the lamp body 90 and the clip-on type mounting assembly 200 is also adjusted. In addition, the slider device 50 is mounted in the second accommodation chamber 921, and the slider 52 and the hook member 24 clamp the side wall of the lamp body 90 together. The sliding block 52 stretches out and draws back in the sliding block seat 51 along with the movement of the clamping hook piece 24 relative to the lamp body 90, so that the fixing position of the lamp body 90 and the clamping hook piece 24 is compact and firm, the structural stability of the lamp 300 is further enhanced, and the safety is improved.
Example 6
The present embodiment provides an installation method based on the luminaire 300 of embodiment 5, referring to fig. 7 to 12 in combination, specifically including the following steps:
firstly, find the clip-on type mounting piece 200 which is matched with the specification of the lamp body 90, and wire the connection operation between the power connection module 40 on the clip-on type mounting piece 200 and the external commercial power, so as to realize the power connection of the clip-on type mounting piece 200.
Secondly, screws or other fasteners are adopted to penetrate through the clamping and hanging type mounting piece 200, and the clamping and hanging type mounting piece 200 is locked on a mounting base such as a ceiling, so that the clamping and hanging type mounting piece 200 is fixedly connected with the mounting base.
Finally, the second mounting portion 92 of the lamp body 90 is aligned with the hook portion 20 of the hanging type mounting member 200, the lamp body 90 is pushed towards the direction where the hanging type mounting member 200 is located, the hook member 24 of the hook portion 20 is clamped into the guide groove 922 of the lamp body, then the other end of the lamp body 90 is pushed by taking the fixing position of the hook member 24 and the guide groove 922 as an axis, the first mounting portion 91 of the lamp body 90 and the buckle 12 combination device 10 of the hanging type mounting member 200 are fixedly connected, the buckle 12 is clamped into the clamping groove 912, the buckle seat 11 is located in the first accommodating cavity 911, and meanwhile the power connection module 40 is connected with the conductive module 60 in an inserting mode, and meanwhile the power connection is achieved when the fixing is completed.
When the lamp body and the clip-on type mounting member 200 are mounted, the abutting portion 33 of the elastic ring device 30 abuts against the upper surface of the lamp body, and generates elastic force under the action of the lamp body 90, so as to adjust the assembly gap between the lamp body 90 and the mounting surface, and ensure the balance of the lamp body 90.
In addition, at the second mounting portion 92, the slider 52 of the slider device 50 protrudes toward the hook member 24, and a holding space is formed between the slider 52 and the hook portion 20, and the side wall of the lamp body 90 is held by the slider 52 and the hook portion 20. The sliding block 52 stretches out and draws back in the sliding block seat 51 along with the movement of the clamping hook piece 24 relative to the lamp body 90, so that the compact and firm structure of the fixed position of the lamp body and the clamping hook piece 24 is ensured, the structural stability of the lamp 300 is further enhanced, and the safety is improved.
When the lamp body 90 is required to be detached, the button 13 is forced to retract the buckle 12 towards the buckle seat 11, the buckle 12 is combined with the lamp body 90 to form a clamping state, then the lamp body 90 is rotated, the downward force is applied to release the clamping state of the clamping hook piece 24 and the guide groove 922, and finally the lamp body 90 is detached from the clamping hanging type mounting bracket 200.

Claims (13)

1. The clamping and hanging type mounting assembly comprises a bracket piece and is characterized in that one end of the bracket piece is provided with a clamping and hanging combination device which is fixedly connected with a lamp body, and the other end of the bracket piece is provided with a hook part which is connected with the lamp body; the buckle combination device is internally provided with an electricity receiving module which is electrically connected with the lamp body, and the buckle combination device and the hook part are provided with an elastic ring device at one side close to the center of the bracket piece.
7. The snap-on mounting assembly of claim 6 further comprising a slider means disposed between the hook portion and the resilient ring means.
8. The clip-on mounting assembly of claim 7, wherein the slider device comprises a slider seat and a slider, wherein the slider is movably connected to the slider seat, and the slider protrudes toward an end of the hook portion.
9. The snap-on mounting assembly of claim 8 further comprising a securing member, wherein the snap-on assembly is coupled to the bracket member by the securing member, and wherein the slider device is mounted to the securing member and coupled to the bracket member by the securing member.
10. The snap-on mounting assembly of claim 9, wherein the resilient ring means is snap-connected to the securing member.
11. The clip-on mounting assembly of claim 6, wherein the hook portion is provided with a raised hook member, the hook member being of arcuate configuration as a whole.
12. A lamp, comprising a lamp body and the double-clip mounting assembly of any one of claims 1-5 or the clip-on mounting assembly of any one of claims 6-11 connected with the lamp body.
13. A method of installation, based on the luminaire of claim 12, comprising the steps of:
s1, electrically connecting an electricity connecting module of a double-buckle installation assembly or a clamping hanging installation assembly with external commercial power;
s2, installing the double-fastener installation assembly or the clip-hanging installation assembly which completes the electric connection on installation bases such as ceilings;
s3, pushing the lamp body to enable the lamp body to be in clamping connection with a clamping combination device and a clamping device of the double-clamping installation assembly, and simultaneously to be in inserting connection with the power connection module, wherein the elastic sheet device is connected with the installation base and the lamp body; or one end of the lamp body is connected with the clamping and hanging type mounting assembly in a clamping way, and is simultaneously connected with the power connection module in an inserting way, and the other end of the lamp body is connected with the hook part in a clamping way, and the elastic ring device is abutted to the lamp body to complete the mounting of the lamp body.
