The vertical anode rods 22 are arranged in the inner cavity, the lower ends of the vertical anode rods 22 are fixedly connected through anode rod mounting holes 142 on the bottom carrier plate 14 in a threaded manner, the three mounted anode rods 22 are connected with the power supply 3 through an anode cable 5, the anode rods 22 serve as anodes of the electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device after being electrified, and the outer side wall of the pipe 20 to be repaired serving as a cathode is connected with the power supply 3 through a cathode cable 2; when the electric cleaning or electrochemical polishing operation is needed, only the anode and cathode of the power supply 3 are needed to be replaced, and the anode rod 22 is used as a cathode and the pipe 20 to be repaired is used as an anode.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the waterproof rubber ring 17 is fitted into the top carrier tray waterproof rubber ring mounting groove 183 and the bottom carrier tray waterproof rubber ring mounting groove 144 in order, while the rubber gasket 15 is placed at the bosses of the top carrier tray 18 and the bottom carrier tray 14; mounting the inner sleeve 24 onto the bottom carrier plate 14, simultaneously placing the fan blade driving motor 25 into the inner sleeve 24 and mounting the circulating fan 23 on the motor shaft, and finally mounting the bottom tractor 13 into the inner sleeve 24 until the fan blade driving motor 25 is tightly abutted; the three anode rods 22 are respectively installed into the anode rod installation holes 142; the dispersing head 21 and the top tractor 19 are fixed in a threaded connection mode, and meanwhile, the dispersing head 21 is installed and fixed on the top carrying disc 18; finally, the bottom carrier plate 14 and the top carrier plate 18 are sequentially mounted and secured to the honeycomb sleeve 16 by threaded connections, at which time the entire electrical cleaning and electroplating repair device is completed.
When the whole equipment is used, as shown in fig. 1, firstly, the electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device is installed, then, the liquid storage 7, the reflux pump 6, the filter 4, the liquid reflux pipe 1, the supply pump 8, the speed regulating valve 9, the liquid supply pipe 10, the traction motor 11 and the traction cable 12 are sequentially installed, finally, the power supply 3 is installed, the cathode cable 2 and the anode cable 5 are connected, and at the moment, the whole equipment is built.
After the device reaches the repair area, electric cleaning treatment is needed first to remove impurities on the inner wall surface of the pipe 20 to be repaired, and then the pipe is laid for subsequent repair work. Adding a certain amount of electric cleaning liquid into a liquid storage, opening a supply pump 8 to enable the electric cleaning liquid to be rapidly filled into a working bin of the electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device, and then opening a reflux pump 6 to enable the electric cleaning liquid to circulate in the whole device; when the electric cleaning liquid can stably circulate in the whole device, the fan blade driving motor 25 is turned on, after the rotation speed is regulated to a certain value, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply 3 are reversely connected and turned on, impurities on the inner wall of the pipe fitting start to fall off under the action of an electric field, and meanwhile, the electric cleaning liquid with a certain flow rate under the action of the circulating fan 23 washes the impurities on the inner wall surface of the pipe fitting and brings the impurities out of the working bin, so that the electric cleaning effect is improved; after the specified electric cleaning time is over, discharging electric cleaning liquid, and adding deionized water into the liquid storage 7 to clean the whole device.
And after the cleaning is finished, repairing is started. Adding a plating solution with nano particles (the types of the nano particles are selected according to actual working requirements, and the nano ceramic particles are generally selected, such as alumina, silicon dioxide and the like) into a liquid storage 7, starting a supply pump 8, regulating the flow of the plating solution through a speed regulating valve 9, and opening a reflux pump 6 after the working bin of the electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device is fully filled with the plating solution, so that the plating solution can circulate in the whole device; when the plating solution can stably circulate, the fan blade driving motor 25 is turned on to enable the circulation fan 23 to start working, the plating solution is flushed onto the streamline curved surface of the dispersing head 21 at a certain flow speed under the action of the circulation fan 23, the dispersing head 21 disperses the plating solution to the periphery, and the dispersed plating solution flows out of dense through holes on the honeycomb sleeve 16, so that the plating solution is fully dispersed and circulated in the working bin of the electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device, and the nano particles in the plating solution have good dispersing effect. After the whole set of electric cleaning and electroplating repairing device stably operates in the pipe fitting, a power supply 3 is turned on, under the action of an electric field, metal ions in a solution near a cathode are discharged, and deposit on the surface to be repaired in the metal pipe fitting through electric crystallization, and meanwhile, nano particles are wrapped in a coating, so that the purpose of enhancing the performance of a repairing layer is achieved.
The operation steps of electrochemical polishing are basically consistent with those of electric cleaning, when electrochemical polishing is needed, the electrochemical polishing liquid is only needed to be added into the liquid storage 7, the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the power supply 3 are reversely connected, the supply pump 8 is turned on, and when the electrochemical polishing liquid fills the working bin of the device, the reflux pump 6, the fan blade driving motor 25 and the power supply 3 are turned on, and electrochemical polishing is started under the action of an electric field.
The implementation result shows that the device provides various repairing means aiming at improving the performance of the inner wall repairing layer of the metal pipe fitting, and compared with the traditional repairing means, the device solves the problems that the inner wall of the metal pipe fitting is difficult to repair or poor in repairing effect, complex and tedious in operation process, poor in repairing precision and the like to a certain extent, and improves the performance of the repairing layer.
