the triangle folding part 100 is arranged at the top of the main folding part 200 through an upper moving device 10C, wherein the upper moving device 10C comprises two upper guide rails 17, two pairs of upper sliding blocks 18, a driving motor 12 and a transmission mechanism; wherein, the two upper guide rails 17 are respectively connected between the top surface of the left wallboard 20A of the main folding part and the top surface of the right wallboard 20C of the main folding part in a one-to-one correspondence manner through an upper guide rail supporting seat 170 and two wallboards 10A of the triangular folding part; two pairs of upper sliding blocks 18 are fixed on the bottom surfaces of the two triangular plate folding part wallboards 10A in a one-to-one correspondence manner, so that the triangular plate folding part 100 is arranged on the two upper guide rails 17 through the two pairs of upper sliding blocks 18; the driving motor 12 is installed on the outer side surface of one upper rail supporting plate 170; the transmission mechanism comprises a rotating shaft 13 connected to the driving motor 12, two pairs of conical gear pairs 14 arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft 13 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, two screw rods 15 connected to the other side of the conical gear pairs 14 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two wallboard supports 16 which are screwed on the two screw rods 15 in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are fixed on an upper supporting rail 10B. The rotating shaft 13 is rotated by the driving motor 12, so that the two pairs of bevel gear pairs 14 are rotated, power is vertically transmitted to the two screw rods 15 by the two pairs of bevel gear pairs 14, the two wallboard supports 16 are driven by the two screw rods 15 to move in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the triangular folding part moves between the paper feeding side of the left main folding part and the paper feeding side of the right main folding part by the upper moving device.
The sixteen-open folding portion 300 includes a left wall plate 30A of the sixteen-open folding portion, a right wall plate 30B of the sixteen-open folding portion, two lower stays 30C connected between the front bottom and the rear bottom of the left wall plate 30A of the sixteen-open folding portion and the right wall plate 30B of the sixteen-open folding portion in one-to-one correspondence, a paper guide mechanism 301 provided between the left wall plate 30A of the sixteen-open folding portion and the right wall plate 30B of the sixteen-open folding portion, a sixteen-open folding knife 302, a signature collecting cylinder 303, and a signature output belt 304; the rotation of the paper guide 301, the sixteen folding knife 302, the receiving cylinder 303 and the output belt 304 in the 16-fold folding part 300 are driven by separate servo motors, and the computer controls the speed of the servo motor of the paper cutting roll to change the speed of the paper cutting roll so as to match the paper tape speed with the selected specification.
The bottom of the sixteen-open folding part 300 is provided with a lower moving device 30D, and the lower moving device 30D comprises two lower guide rails 33, two pairs of lower sliding blocks 34, two pushing cylinders 35 and a position locking mechanism; the two lower guide rails 33 are respectively fixed on the ground in one-to-one correspondence with the left wallboard 30A of the sixteen-open folding part and the right wallboard 30B of the sixteen-open folding part through a lower guide rail supporting plate 31, and a lower supporting rod 32 is connected between the upper parts of the two ends of the two lower guide rail supporting plates 31; two pairs of lower sliding blocks 34 are correspondingly arranged on the bottom surfaces of the left wallboard 30A of the sixteen folding part and the right wallboard 30B of the sixteen folding part one by one, so that the sixteen folding part 300 is arranged on two lower guide rails 33 through the two pairs of lower sliding blocks 34; the two pushing cylinders 35 are correspondingly arranged on the inner side surfaces of the two lower guide rail supporting plates 31 one by one, and the ends of the piston rods of the two pushing cylinders 35 are respectively connected with one lower supporting rail 30C of the sixteen-open hinge part 300; the position locking mechanism comprises two left main hinge part latch seats 36, two right main hinge part latch seats 37, two latch cylinders 38 and two latches 39; the two left main folding portion latch seats 36 and the two right main folding portion latch seats 37 are both fixed on the outer side surface of one lower guide rail support plate 31, and one of the right main folding portion latch seats 37 is arranged in the middle of the two left main folding portion latch seats 36; two latch cylinders 38 are respectively arranged on the outer side surface of one lower supporting bar 30C at intervals through a cylinder bracket, and the space between the two latch cylinders 38 corresponds to the space between the two left main hinge part latch seats 36 or the space between the two right main hinge part latch seats 37 one by one; two bolts 39 are connected to the piston rods of the two bolt cylinders 38 in a one-to-one correspondence. The piston rods of the two bolt cylinders 38 are controlled to extend, so that the two bolts 39 are pulled out of the left main folding portion bolt seat 36 or the two right main folding portion bolt seats 37 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, the piston rods of the two pushing cylinders 35 extend or retract, the 16 folding portion 300 is dragged to move to the paper outlet side of the left main folding portion or the paper outlet side of the right main folding portion on the two lower guide rails 33, and finally the piston rods of the two bolt cylinders 38 retract, so that the two bolts 39 are inserted into the two left main folding portion bolt seats 36 or the two right main folding portion bolt seats 37 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the 16 folding portion 300 is fixed. Two ends of the two lower supporting rods 32 are respectively provided with two limit bolts 350 which are coaxial with piston rods of the two pushing cylinders 35 one by one, so that the left wallboard 30A of the sixteen folding part and the right wallboard 30B of the sixteen folding part are prevented from moving out of the lower guide rail 33.
In the double-specification folder of the present invention, a main folding portion middle wall plate 20B is provided in a main folding portion, the main folding portion 200 is divided into a left main folding portion 201 (large-specification folding portion) and a right main folding portion 202 (small-specification folding portion), and a triangular plate folding portion 100 is mounted on an upper moving device so that the triangular plate folding portion 100 can move between a paper feeding side of the left main folding portion 201 and a paper feeding side of the right main folding portion 202, and a sixteen folding portion 300 is mounted on a lower moving device so that the sixteen folding portion 300 can move between a paper discharging side of the left main folding portion 201 and a paper discharging side of the right main folding portion 202; when large-size paper folding is required, the triangular plate folding part 100 and the 16-fold part 300 move to the left main folding part 201, and paper is guided into the left main folding part 201 through the triangular plate folding part 100 to fold the large-size paper and is output by the 16-fold part 300; the overall controller may automatically match the rotational speed and phase of the triangle folding section 100, the left main folding section 201, and the 16 folding section 300. When small-size paper folding is required, the triangular plate folding part 100 and the 16-fold part 300 move to the right main folding part 202, and paper is guided into the right main folding part 202 through the triangular plate folding part 100 to be folded into small-size paper and is output by the 16-fold part 300; the controller automatically matches the rotational speed and phasing of the triangle folding section 100, the right main folding section 202 and the 16 folding section 300. The folding process of the left main folding portion 201 and the right main folding portion 202 is the same as the conventional triple-roll folding process.
The paper tape with the printed double sides enters the triangle folding part 100, the paper tape is guided into the triangle 10 by the paper tape driving roller 11 to complete the longitudinal folding, and then is conveyed to the transverse punching roller 22 by the front paper pulling roller 21, and the transverse punching roller 22 is provided with a row of holes in advance at the folded part of the paper tape, so that the paper folding is more fit, and the paper folding machine has an air exhausting function, and the problems of splayed wrinkles and the like are avoided. Then the paper tape is conveyed to a cutting roller by a back paper pulling roller 23, and a paper cutter 240 on the cutting roller cuts the paper tape according to the specification length; the paper is poked by a poking needle 253 on the poking needle roller 25 and sent to the gripper roller; an 8-open folding knife 254 on the poking cylinder 25 plugs 1/2 length of the signature onto an 8-open clamping plate 263 on the jaw cylinder to complete 8-open folding; when 32 foldouts are needed, the folded signatures are sent to a 32-fold cylinder; the 8-jaw 263 on the jaw cylinder is released and the signature is gripped by the 32-jaw hook 273 on the 32-jaw cylinder; the 32-open folding knife 274 of the 32-open cylinder 4 tucks a 1/4 length of a signature onto the 32-open gripper plates 264 of the gripper cylinder, and the 32-open folding is completed; the 32-open-fold hook 273 on the 32-open cylinder 4 releases the signature; the gripper drum feeds the signature to the paper guide 301 of the 16-fold section 300, causing the mechanism to guide the signature into the 16-fold knife 302, the 16-fold knife 302 completes the transverse folding of the signature, and the folded signature is conveyed to the signature output belt 304 by the paper collection wheel 303 and sent out.
According to the double-specification folding machine, rollers are not added on the original structure of the main folding part, all the rollers are only changed into the left roller and the right roller, the left roller and the right roller are separated through the wallboard in the main folding part, the outer diameters of all the left rollers are correspondingly larger than the outer diameters of all the right rollers, the double-specification paper is switched, the structure is compact, the cost is low, the operation is stable, and the maintenance is convenient. Not only can the switching between the positive paper and the large paper be realized, but also the folding requirements of any two types of rolled paper commonly used in markets 546, 598, 616, 625 and the like can be met.

A double-specification folding machine comprises a triangular plate folding part, a main folding part and a sixteen-opening folding part which are sequentially arranged along a paper path; the triangular plate folding part comprises two triangular plate folding part wallboards, two upper supporting baffles which are connected between the front bottoms and the rear bottoms of the two triangular plate folding part wallboards in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and a paper tape driving roller and a triangular plate which are arranged between the two triangular plate folding part wallboards; the main folding part comprises a left wallboard and a right wallboard of the main folding part, a front paper pulling roller, a transverse punching roller, a rear paper pulling roller, a paper cutting roller, a poking pin roller, a gripper roller and a 32-opening folding roller which are sequentially arranged between the left wallboard and the right wallboard of the main folding part along a paper feeding path; the sixteen-opening folding part comprises a left wallboard and a right wallboard of the sixteen-opening folding part, two lower supporting baffles which are connected between the front bottom and the rear bottom of the left wallboard and the right wallboard of the sixteen-opening folding part in a one-to-one correspondence manner, a paper guide mechanism, a sixteen-opening folding knife, a receiving roller and a folding output belt, wherein the paper guide mechanism is arranged between the left wallboard and the right wallboard of the sixteen-opening folding part; it is characterized in that the method comprises the steps of,
the main folding part also comprises a main folding part middle wallboard arranged between the left wallboard and the right wallboard of the main folding part, so that a left main folding part is formed between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the middle wallboard of the main folding part, and a right main folding part is formed between the middle wallboard of the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part;
the front pulling paper roll comprises a main pulling paper roll, a left auxiliary pulling paper roll and a right auxiliary pulling paper roll; the main paper pulling roll comprises a main paper pulling roll shaft, a left main pressing wheel sleeved on the left side of the main paper pulling roll shaft and a right main pressing wheel sleeved on the right side of the main paper pulling roll shaft, wherein the main paper pulling roll shaft rotatably penetrates through the middle wallboard of the main paper folding part and is bridged between the left wallboard of the main paper folding part and the right wallboard of the main paper folding part; the left auxiliary paper pulling roll comprises a left auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft and a left auxiliary pressing wheel, the left auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft is bridged between a left wallboard of the main folding part and a middle wallboard of the main folding part through a left arm support clutch mechanism, and the left auxiliary pressing wheel is sleeved on the left auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft and is tangential to the left main pressing wheel; the right auxiliary paper pulling roll comprises a right auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft and a right auxiliary pressing wheel, the right auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft is bridged between the wallboard in the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part through a right arm support clutch mechanism, and the right auxiliary pressing wheel is sleeved on the right auxiliary paper pulling roll shaft and is tangential to the right main pressing wheel;
the transverse punching roller comprises a cutter pad roller, a left punching cutter roller and a right punching cutter roller; the gasket roller comprises a gasket roller mandrel rotatably penetrating through the middle wallboard of the main folding part and then bridging between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part, a left gasket roller sleeved on the left side of the gasket roller mandrel and a right gasket roller sleeved on the right side of the gasket roller mandrel; the left punching blade roller is bridged between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the middle wallboard of the main folding part and is tangential to the left pad roller; the right punching blade roller is bridged between the middle wallboard of the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part and is tangential to the right pad roller;
the structure of the rear pulling paper roll is the same as that of the front pulling paper roll;
the paper cutting roller comprises a left paper cutting roller which is bridged between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the wallboard in the main folding part and a right paper cutting roller which is bridged between the wallboard in the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part;
the poking needle roller comprises a poking needle roller mandrel, a left poking needle roller sleeved on the left side of the poking needle roller mandrel and tangential to the left paper cutting roller, and a right poking needle roller sleeved on the right side of the poking needle roller mandrel and tangential to the right paper cutting roller, wherein the poking needle roller mandrel is rotatably penetrated through a wallboard in the main folding part and then is bridged between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part;
the gripper drum comprises a left gripper drum which is bridged between the left wallboard of the main folding part and the wallboard in the main folding part and is tangential with the left poking needle drum, and a right gripper drum which is bridged between the wallboard in the main folding part and the right wallboard of the main folding part and is tangential with the right poking needle drum;
the 32-jaw cylinder includes a left 32-jaw cylinder bridging between the main-folding-section left wallboard and the main-folding-section middle wallboard and tangential to the left jaw cylinder, and a right 32-jaw cylinder bridging between the main-folding-section middle wallboard and the main-folding-section right wallboard and tangential to the right jaw cylinder;
the main folding part also comprises a driving mechanism, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a main folding servo motor, a main folding synchronous belt driving mechanism, a power shaft and a gear driving mechanism which are sequentially connected in a driving way, and the gear driving mechanism drives the front paper pulling roller, the transverse punching roller, the rear paper pulling roller, the paper cutting roller, the poking needle roller, the gripper roller and the 32 folding roller;
the triangular plate folding part is arranged at the top of the main folding part through an upper moving device, so that the triangular plate folding part moves between the paper feeding side of the left main folding part and the paper feeding side of the right main folding part through the upper moving device;
the paper tape driving roller in the triangle paper folding part is driven by a paper tape driving roller servo motor and a paper tape driving roller synchronous belt transmission mechanism;
the bottom of the sixteen-opening folding part is provided with a lower moving device, so that the sixteen-opening folding part moves between the paper outlet side of the left main folding part and the paper outlet side of the right main folding part through the lower moving device.

The dual-format folder as recited in claim 1 wherein the left arm rest clutch mechanism comprises a pair of pull roll arm rest and a pair of clutch cylinders; one end of the pair of paper pulling roller arm frames is hinged on the left wallboard of the main folding part and the middle wallboard of the main folding part in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the middle parts of the pair of paper pulling roller arm frames are sleeved at two ends of the left auxiliary paper pulling roller shaft in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the clutch cylinders are arranged on the left wallboard of the main folding part and the middle wallboard of the main folding part in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the ends of piston rods of the clutch cylinders are hinged with the other ends of the pull paper roller arm frames in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the structure of the right arm support clutch mechanism is the same as that of the left arm support clutch mechanism.

The double-specification folder as recited in claim 1 wherein the left shim cylinder is provided with a movable perforating knife and two rubber strips; the left punching cutter roller is provided with a rubber strip, a fixed punching cutter and a movable punching cutter which are in one-to-one correspondence with the movable punching cutter and the two rubber strips on the left cutter pad roller; the right knife pad roller is provided with a movable punching knife and two rubber strips, and the right punching knife roller is provided with the rubber strips, the fixed punching knife and the movable punching knife which are in one-to-one correspondence with the movable punching knife and the two rubber strips on the right knife pad roller.
4. The double-sized folder as recited in claim 1, wherein,
the left paper cutting roller and the right paper cutting roller are respectively provided with a paper cutting knife;
two rows of poking needles and two 8-fold knives are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left poking needle roller and the right poking needle roller in the center;
two 8 clamping plates and two 32 clamping plates are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left gripper drum and the right gripper drum in the center; two 8 open clamping plates on the left gripper drum and two 8 open clamping plates on the right gripper drum are opposite to two 8 open folding knives on the left poking needle drum and two 8 open folding knives on the right poking needle drum one by one;
two 23 folding hooks and two 32 folding knives are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the left 32 folding roller and the right 32 folding roller in the center; the two 32 folding knives on the left 32 folding cylinder and the two 32 folding knives on the right 32 folding cylinder are opposite to the two 32 clamping plates on the left jaw cylinder and the two 32 clamping plates on the right jaw cylinder one by one.

The double-specification folder as recited in claim 1 wherein the upper moving means comprises two upper guide rails, two pairs of upper sliders, a driving motor and a transmission mechanism; the two upper guide rails are respectively connected between the top surfaces of the left wallboard and the right wallboard of the main folding part in a one-to-one correspondence manner through an upper guide rail supporting seat and two wallboards of the folding part of the triangular plate; the two pairs of upper sliding blocks are correspondingly fixed on the bottom surfaces of the two triangular plate folding part wallboards one by one, so that the triangular plate folding part is arranged on the two upper guide rails through the two pairs of upper sliding blocks; the driving motor is arranged on the outer side surface of the upper guide rail supporting plate; the driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft connected to the driving motor, two pairs of conical gear pairs which are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft in a one-to-one correspondence manner, two screw rods which are connected to the other side of the conical gear pairs in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and two wallboard support seats which are connected to the two screw rods in a one-to-one correspondence manner in a screwed manner and are fixed on an upper supporting rail.
