the receiving hopper (4) is connected to the lower part of the conveying processing table (1) through bolts; the transverse lining bottom plate (3) is transversely connected with the lower part of the inner side of the supporting column (2) through bolts; the adjustable corrugated case indentation guide wheel assembly (5) is connected to the right side of the upper part of the conveying processing table (1) through bolts; the buffer type box falling trolley component (6) is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the conveying processing table (1) and is connected with the constraint slot (18); the surface cleaning frame assembly (7) of the carton board is connected with the left side of the upper part of the conveying processing table (1) through bolts; the feeding guide roller assembly (8) is connected in the conveying processing table (1) through bolts; the paper dust collecting box (9) is arranged at the upper part of the transverse lining bottom plate (3) and is positioned at the lower part of the receiving hopper (4); one end of the extrusion push rod (10) is connected with the lower side of the left wall of the paper scrap collecting box (9) through a bolt, and the other end of the extrusion push rod is connected with the left side of the extrusion shovel (11) through a bolt; the driving motor (12) is connected to the upper left side of the support column (2) through bolts; one end of the connecting chain (13) is meshed and connected to a gear of an output shaft of the driving motor (12), and the other end of the connecting chain is connected with the feeding guide roller assembly (8); the blanking guide plate (14) is connected to the upper right side of the conveying processing table (1) through bolts; the controller (15) is connected with the right side of the front part of the conveying processing table (1) through screws; the support frame (16) is connected to the left side of the controller (15) through bolts.

The processing apparatus for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjustable creasing roller assembly (5) for corrugated cases comprises a diagonal brace support plate (51), a lateral limit plate (52) and a moving slide block (53), the lateral limit plate (52) being welded to the upper right side of the diagonal brace support plate (51); the right side of the inclined support plate (51) is provided with a groove; the movable sliding block (53) is in sliding clamping connection with the right side of the groove; the front part of the movable sliding block (53) is connected with a locking screw through threads.

The processing equipment for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein the buffer type falling box trolley assembly (6) comprises a supporting hopper (61), a buffer spring (62), a falling-preventing hopper (63) and a fixed inserting rod (64), wherein one end of the buffer spring (62) is connected with the upper part of the supporting hopper (61) through a screw, and the other end of the buffer spring is connected with the lower part of the falling-preventing hopper (63) through a screw; the fixed inserted link (64) is inlaid at the left side of the supporting car hopper (61).

A processing apparatus for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 1 wherein the carton board surface cleaning frame assembly (7) comprises a vertical rod board (71), a cross rod board (72), a telescopic rod (73), a clamping rod (74) and cleaning bristles (75), the cross rod board (72) being bolted to an upper inner side of the vertical rod board (71); one end of the telescopic rod (73) is connected with the outer side of the lower part of the cross rod plate (72) through a bolt, and the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the left side and the right side of the upper part of the clamping rod (74) through bolts; the cleaning bristles (75) are embedded at the lower part of the clamping rod (74).

The processing apparatus for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 1, wherein the feeding guide roller assembly (8) comprises a side frame (81), a driving roller (82), a driven roller (83), a driven gear (84), a conveying chain (85) and a limit telescopic rod assembly (86), and the driving roller (82) is inlaid at the right side position inside the side frame (81); the driven roller (83) is embedded on the inner side of the side frame (81); the driven gear (84) is connected with the outer top end of the driving roller (82) in a key way; the conveying chain (85) is respectively connected with gears of the driving roller (82) and the driven roller (83) in a meshed manner; the limiting telescopic rod assembly (86) is connected to the inner side of the side frame (81) through bolts and is located between the driving roller (82) and the driven roller (83).

The processing device for corrugated cases as claimed in claim 2, wherein an adjusting screw (521) is longitudinally screwed at the middle position inside the transverse limit plate (52), and an adjusting plate (522) is welded at the top end of the adjusting screw (521); the right side screw of the movable sliding block (53) is connected with a suspender (531), and the right side inside the suspender (531) is movably embedded with a universal ball (532); the pinch roller rods (535) are longitudinally embedded in the universal balls (532); the upper end of the pinch roller rod (535) is sleeved with a steering handle (533), and the top end of the right side of the suspender (531) is connected with a jacking bolt (534) in a threaded manner.

A processing device for corrugated cartons as claimed in claim 3, wherein the lower four corners of the supporting hopper (61) are respectively connected with a supporting rod (611) by bolts, the lower end of the supporting rod (611) is connected with a movable wheel (612) by bolts, the right side of the supporting hopper (61) is connected with a side pulling plate (613) by bolts, and vertical bars (614) are embedded in the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the supporting hopper (61).
8. A method for processing corrugated cartons using a processing apparatus for corrugated cartons, comprising the steps of:
step one: adjusting the positions of the creasing wheels according to different corrugated boxes;
step two: cleaning input of corrugated carton boards;
step three: cutting corrugated cardboard;
step four: indentation of corrugated cardboard;
step five: collecting and compacting the scraps of the corrugated paper boxes;
step six: blanking of corrugated carton boards.

A method of using the processing apparatus for corrugated cardboard as claimed in claim 8, characterized in that in the second and third steps, the cardboard for producing corrugated cardboard is laid flat on the upper part of the driving roller (82), the driven roller (83), and is transported from left to right, and is transported to the lower part of the cardboard cutting machine (17) for cutting the folding slit.
