In the present embodiment, the first stopper 1 and the second stopper 2 are provided as a support seat 11, an inner carrier plate 12, a screw shaft 13, a jack nut 14, a receiving groove plate 15, a first inflation bladder 16 and a first shutoff valve 17, respectively, and a slide hole body 111 is provided on a vertical portion of the support seat 11, an open groove body 112 is provided on a lateral portion of the support seat 11 and a receiving groove body 121 is provided on a peripheral side portion of the inner carrier plate 12, a first mounting hole body 122 is provided on the inner carrier plate 12 and the slide hole body 111 is provided to be coupled with the screw shaft 13, an inner end of the screw shaft 13 is provided to be coupled with an inner end face portion of the inner carrier plate 12 and the screw shaft 13 is provided to be screw-coupled with the jack nut 14, an inner end face portion of the jack nut 14 is provided to be in contact with the vertical portion of the support seat 11 and a peripheral side portion of the inner carrier plate 12 is provided to be coupled with the receiving groove plate 15, the accommodating groove body 121 and the accommodating groove plate 15 are arranged to be in accommodating connection with the first air-filled ring bladder 16 and the air-filled tube of the first air-filled ring bladder 16 is arranged to be in penetrating connection with the first mounting hole body 122, the air-filled tube end portion of the first air-filled ring bladder 16 is arranged to be in connecting with the inner end portion of the first shut-off valve 17 and the outer end portion of the first shut-off valve 17 is arranged to be in connecting with the air compressor unit 8, the supporting seat 11 is arranged to be an L-shaped plate-shaped body, the inner carrier plate 12 is arranged to be a convex-shaped plate-shaped body and the screw shaft 13 is arranged to be a light stud, the jack nut 14 is arranged to be a hexagonal nut and the accommodating groove plate 15 is arranged to be a V-shaped annular groove-shaped body, the first air-filled ring bladder 16 is arranged to be an annular airbag and the first shut-off valve 17 is arranged to be a spherical shut-off valve, the sliding hole body 111 is arranged to be a strip-shaped hole body and the opening groove body 112 and the accommodating groove body 121 are respectively arranged to be a U-shaped opening body, the first mounting hole body 122 is provided as a hole-shaped body and an inner end portion of the first mounting hole body 122 is provided to be distributed in communication with the accommodation groove body 121.
