For the purpose of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In the following detailed description, reference is made to the accompanying drawings, which form a part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration specific embodiments in which the application may be practiced. In the drawings, like reference numerals describe substantially similar components throughout the different views. Various specific embodiments of the present application are described in sufficient detail below to enable those skilled in the art to practice the teachings of the present application. It is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized or structural, logical, or electrical changes may be made to the embodiments of the present application.
Because the recruitment mode of the internet has defects and risks, such as false recruitment, leakage or illegal actions such as resume of a resale job seeker can be carried out by some recruitment enterprises, some malicious job seekers can carry out some illegal activities such as obtaining business secrets of competitors enterprises on the recruitment platform through the network, and the like, it is very important for the recruitment platform to ensure the information security of both the recruitment enterprises and the job seekers, and the information issued by auditing enterprises and the job seekers becomes a very important link for the work of the recruitment platform. However, with the increase of recruitment scale, the number of audits required is also increased, and due to the continuous expansion of recruitment platform business, the content of the audits of the recruitment platform is also increased, and different businesses are respectively provided with auditing systems, so that the auditor has to repeatedly audit the same data for the same enterprise or the same job seeker when auditing information such as positions, companies, advertisements and the like, and the work of redundancy not only increases the workload of the auditor, but also makes the auditing efficiency very low. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a method and a system for auditing information in real time.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for auditing information in real time according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
and S1, receiving data submitted by a user and processing the data into a task to be checked, wherein the user comprises a recruitment user and a job seeker. In one embodiment, the information real-time auditing system of the present invention receives a large amount of data information published by recruiters and job seekers, and processes the received data submitted by the user according to a standardized format. The content in the standardized format comprises a tag type, an object ID and an audit information field array. Wherein the tag types further include one or more of the following types: companies, departments, positions, resume, and positions. The object ID is a set of numerical numbers, which may be expressed, for example, as: 123456. because all the information to be checked of the recruiter and the job seeker are in the same system, namely in the same data table, the object ID of the information to be checked is possible to be repeated due to different source systems of the information to be checked, and the condition that the information to be checked is repeated due to the fact that the type of the label is required to be added is avoided.
The audit information field array comprises data of original information and data of newly released information. And the information types in the audit information field array comprise a text type and a picture type. It should be noted that the task to be checked includes one or more audit information field arrays.
In this embodiment, the form of the audit information field array format is:
[ { jobiname { old: java development, new: java development engineer, type: string },
postid:{old:pic/job/postid/123_202207201619.jpg,
new:pic/job/postid/123_202207201619.jpg,type:pic}}]
for example, the content in the old field in the above format is original information, that is, information to be modified, the content in the new field is new information to be released, in this embodiment, "Java development" is original information, and "Java development engineer" is new information to be released, so as to replace the original information, at this time, the content in the type field is string, and the data representing the original information of the audit information field array and the data requiring the new release information are string types. For another example, the information types in the audit information field array include a picture type in addition to a text type. The content in the type field in the format is pic which is an abbreviation of English picture, and the data representing the original information of the group of audit information field arrays and the data requiring the newly released information are picture types.
And S2, establishing an audit task queue, and sequentially adding the tasks to be audited into the audit task queue. In this embodiment, after processing the received data submitted by the user into a task to be audited according to a standardized format, the task to be audited is added to an audit task queue of the information real-time audit system in sequence.
And S3, sequentially carrying out multi-dimensional analysis on the tasks to be inspected in the inspection task queue, wherein the multi-dimensional analysis is multi-angle analysis based on one or more of user base information, user behavior information, reported complaint information and historical inspection record information according to various inspection indexes and corresponding inspection strategies. And then, according to a judgment strategy, giving out an analysis result of the currently analyzed to-be-audited, and dividing the result into two categories, namely a low-risk category and a high-risk category.
The base library is used for providing the industrial and commercial information of the recruiting user, and comprises one or more of the operating state, the operating range and the registration address of the recruiting user, and relevant information of dimensions such as whether the recruiting user is a high-quality enterprise, a branching level and the like.
The acquisition of the user behavior information of the task to be checked is provided through a big data set, wherein the behavior information comprises behavior information such as login, chat, delivery resume and the like of the user.
Complaint information is also important auxiliary information and audit content in audit. In this embodiment, the information real-time auditing system is further connected to a complaint reporting system, from which complaint information is obtained. The job seeking user or recruitment user reports a certain enterprise and a certain person through the reporting and complaining system, and the reporting and complaining system generates complaining information with a certain format, such as user ID, complaining content and the like, such as recruitment aiming at fraud, false recruitment aiming at delivery and the like, according to the reporting information.
In addition, the information real-time auditing system is also connected with a database for recording historical auditing record information, and the historical auditing result is stored in the database. When multidimensional analysis is carried out, the audit record of the release information of a preset time period can be obtained from the database according to recruitment users or job seeking users corresponding to the current audit information, the history release information in the time period can be obtained, and the history release information is used as a dimension for analyzing and judging the users.
And step S4a, distributing the data corresponding to the task to be checked to an automatic release queue in response to the multi-dimensional analysis result of the task to be checked as a low-risk category. At this time, the information automatic release system automatically releases the data distributed to the automatic release queue on line. In one embodiment, manual spot checks are performed on the data in the automatic issue queue. For example, for automatically issued information, an inspector can sample the automatically issued information in proportion and review and feed back the reviewed information, so that the low-risk information judgment strategy is optimized and perfected.
And step S4b, distributing the task to be audited to a manual audit queue in response to the multi-dimensional analysis result of the task to be audited being a high-risk category. And further judging the task to be checked in the manual checking queue by a checking staff. In one embodiment, based on a subscription message of an auditor to an audit task, the audit task to be audited in a manual audit column is distributed to the auditor, and the auditor carries out manual audit on the audit task based on one or more of user base information, user behavior information, reported complaint information and historical audit record information so as to finally determine whether the audit task is in a real high-risk category. In this embodiment, if the task to be checked is determined to be a high-risk type, the auditor may use a sealing method to seal the offending user, or put the offending user in a blacklist, or lock members, companies, positions, etc. of the offending user, so as to limit the behavior of the offending user on the information real-time auditing system.
Figure 2 is a flowchart of the steps for establishing an audit task queue provided according to one embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, after the audit task queue is established, the tasks to be audited are sequentially added to the audit task queue, and in addition, the method for establishing the audit task queue further includes the following steps:
and S21, storing the task to be checked into a database task table. And the information real-time auditing system stores the task to be audited into a corresponding database task table for persistent storage. In this embodiment, the information real-time auditing system uses the oracle database task table to store the information real-time auditing system in a persistent manner, so as to prevent important data loss caused by downtime and other situations of the server.
And S22, recording the task state of each task to be checked. Because each piece of data in the oracle data task list is data which is not processed yet, each piece of data, namely the intermediate state of each task to be checked, is set to be a state to be checked or a state to be processed.
And S23, transferring the to-be-checked queues in the database task list to a message queue in sequence. In this embodiment, the pending tasks in the oracle database task table are sequentially transferred to a message queue, for example, transferred to a third party system rabitmq, where rabitmq is open source message proxy software implementing Advanced Message Queue Protocol (AMQP), which is also called message oriented middleware. Rabbittmq can persist the message in the message queue, namely the process of loading the message from the memory to the hard disk and then from the hard disk to the memory is realized. Each piece of data in the message queue, namely the task to be checked, is divided into an unprocessed state and an processed state according to whether the task to be checked is processed or not. For example, when multi-dimensional analysis is performed on a task to be audited, one data is sequentially read from the Rabbittmq message queue, and is analyzed, and in the analysis process, the state of the data in the message queue is "in process", and the state of other data which is not analyzed is "unprocessed". When the processing is finished, the data in the message queue is continuously moved along with the analysis processing according to the processing result, or is transferred to an automatic release queue, or is transferred to an artificial audit queue, and when the message queue has a vacancy, the data in the database task table is supplemented to the message queue, so that the audit of the information is continuously promoted.
In another embodiment, in order to ensure that data submitted by a user can be checked timely and effectively when the analysis processing process is stopped due to the conditions of downtime of the system, downtime of the server, etc., the method provided by the invention further comprises a step of detecting whether the message queue is abnormal, and fig. 3 is a flowchart of the step of detecting whether the message queue is abnormal according to one embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
and step S231, periodically polling the task state of the first task to be audited in the database task table. The first task to be checked is stored in the database task table at the timing starting moment. In the running process of the information real-time auditing system, if the server is down, the message queue of Rabbittmq is blocked, so that tasks in the message queue cannot enter a subsequent process for multidimensional analysis of the task to be audited, and the auditing process is blocked. Therefore, in order to find the above problem in time, the present embodiment sets a mechanism of timing polling, and starts a timing task to determine whether the message queue status is abnormal or not every time the set period is reached. In this embodiment, according to the time length of most of the auditing tasks being completed, the time length of the timing is set to be ten minutes, and the data of the first task to be audited in the oracle data table is polled every ten minutes, that is, the data is the data of the task to be audited stored in the database task table at the timing starting moment, and the task to be audited is defined as the first task to be audited.
And step S232, in response to the task state of the first task to be audited being an unprocessed state, confirming that the message queue is abnormal. In this embodiment, under normal conditions, when a task to be audited enters an audit task queue, the time required for performing multidimensional analysis is less than ten minutes, that is, the task to be audited should be processed within ten minutes under normal conditions, so after reaching the time of polling for ten minutes, the message queue is queried, if the data read at this time is empty, the audit task in the database task table is executed and completed, which indicates that the state of the message queue is normal. The timing polling operation of the embodiment only performs the inquiry, and does not perform the operation, i.e., corresponds to the idle state, so the timing polling mechanism is a fault-tolerant mechanism. Otherwise, if the read data is not empty, the fact that the incomplete auditing task exists in the database task table is indicated, and the state of the message queue is abnormal, namely an unprocessed task exists.
And step S233, adding the first unprocessed task to be audited into the audit task queue in response to the abnormality of the message queue. In this embodiment, the information real-time auditing system responds to the abnormality of the message queue, and re-allocates the task of the abnormal message queue of the incomplete auditing task, and adds the task to the auditing task queue again.
FIG. 4 is a multi-dimensional flow chart of a task to be reviewed in a review task queue provided in accordance with one embodiment of the invention. In this embodiment, the method includes the steps of:
and S31, auditing the task to be audited dimension by dimension according to multi-angle analysis performed by various auditing indexes and corresponding auditing strategies.
And step S32, determining that the multi-dimensional analysis result of the task to be checked is a low-risk category in response to the task to be checked passing all the check indexes.
And step S33, generating a reject message and sending the reject message to a user in response to the information which accords with the reject in the audit policy and is included in the task to be audited.
And step S34, determining that the multi-dimensional analysis result of the task to be checked is the high-risk category according to the information which accords with the high-risk category in the checking strategy in response to the information included in the task to be checked.
In step S31, the information real-time auditing system sets various auditing indexes according to actual requirements, and sets corresponding auditing strategies according to the auditing indexes to form a judging strategy for the task to be audited. The auditing tasks in the auditing task queue are sequentially audited based on the judging strategy, and the auditing task queue comprises the following specific contents:
Identifying high-risk users: and judging whether the user is a high-risk user in the high-risk list. The high-risk list is maintained manually, and users involved in disputes in personal reporting, HR reporting, daily inspection and auditing processes are listed in the high-risk list. If the user corresponding to the task currently being audited is in the high-risk list, the task currently being audited can be determined to comprise the information of the high-risk category in the audit policy, so that the multi-dimensional analysis result of the task to be audited is determined to be the high-risk category, and at the moment, the task to be audited is distributed and listed in a manual audit process, and is removed from the audit task queue. In this embodiment, there is a high-risk list for each of the recruiter and job seeker. In the prior art, a high-risk list is provided for a plurality of systems to use, and correspondingly, a plurality of sets of codes for judgment are required to be written to be matched with the high-risk list, so that a system designer is required to spend a lot of time to do repeated code programming work. In addition, for different systems, the provided pages are different, and the operation modes are different, so that auditing personnel are required to spend a lot of time to be familiar with each system, and repeated auditing can be carried out on some indexes in different systems. The multidimensional auditing system provided by the invention has the advantage that the analysis and auditing of the tasks to be audited are rapidly and multi-angularly realized through a unified system.
Identifying the business state: and when the user of the task to be checked is a recruitment user, acquiring the business information of the user in a basic library, wherein the basic library is used for providing the business information of the recruitment user, and comprises one or more of the operating state, the operating range and the registration address of the recruitment user and the related information for providing whether the recruitment user is a high-quality enterprise, a branching level and other dimensions. If the business status is abnormal, for example, the business status on the recruiter's business license is in the form of cancellation, expiration, cancellation, etc., the task to be checked is judged as a high-risk category, the task to be checked is distributed into a manual checking flow, and the task to be checked is removed from the checking task queue.
Identifying a new user: judging whether the recruitment user is a new user or not through the ID type information of the task object to be checked; if the user is a new user, the new user category is determined to be the information meeting the high-risk category in the auditing policy in order to carefully process the data of the new user, although the new user does not belong to the high-risk user. The further processing comprises the steps of obtaining the position label type information of the task to be checked, distributing the task to be checked, to which the first position information newly issued by the task to be checked belongs, into a manual checking flow, and removing the task to be checked from the checking task queue.
Identifying picture content: when the type of the audit information in the task to be audited is a picture type, that is, the type of the information in the audit information field array is a picture type, in this embodiment, a third party system is utilized to audit the related picture, for example, a picture audit interface of third party software provided by hundred degrees is utilized to judge whether the content of the picture issued by the recruiter and/or job seeker has violations. The audit violation content comprises whether the picture is a yellow map, a disfigurement picture, a political sensitive picture, a grafted violation picture and the like. And if the checking result confirms that the picture is illegal, judging the task to be checked as a high-risk type, distributing the task to be checked into a manual checking flow, and removing the task from the checking task queue. The third party system is utilized to audit the related pictures, so that labor cost can be effectively saved.
Identifying the word number length of a task to be audited: when the user of the auditing task is a recruitment user and the information type of the auditing information field array is a text type, acquiring fields in the auditing information field array, wherein the fields comprise information such as job description, company details and the like; calculating the word number length of the description field, and comparing the word number length with a preset value of a set reasonable word number length; if the word count length does not reach the preset value, for example, the company and job position descriptions of the recruiter are too short, such as less than the preset value of 30 words, the information real-time auditing system determines that the information real-time auditing system does not accord with the normal condition, the task to be audited is determined to be in a high-risk category, and the task to be audited is distributed and listed in a manual auditing process and removed from the auditing task queue.
Identifying a white list: when the user in the checking task is a recruitment user, acquiring the position type in the label type of the task to be checked, acquiring the business registration place of the recruitment user in a basic library, checking whether the position is consistent with the business registration place of the recruitment user, and if not, checking whether the recruitment user is in a white list, wherein the white list is a white list of the off-site release positions. In general, the job site of the recruiter is located in the same province or city as the job site of the job site, and when the job site of the recruiter is inconsistent with the job site of the job site, illegal and illegal false recruitment may occur, such as fraud, marketing, etc. However, some normal recruiting users have sub-companies in different cities, and have trans-provincial and trans-urban recruitment demands, and the normal recruiting companies can be added into a white list after being checked and confirmed manually. In this embodiment, the whitelist is manually maintained by an auditor or a system operator.
Similarity before and after modification of identification information: and acquiring the task to be checked, comparing the similarity of two character strings in the original information data and the newly issued data through a specific algorithm, comparing the obtained similarity value with a preset value, judging the task to be checked as a high-risk type if the similarity value is smaller than the preset value, distributing the task to be checked into a manual checking flow, and removing the task from the checking task queue. For example, the tag type job description original information data may be a description of java development, but the newly released data is changed into information data completely irrelevant to the original information data, and the information real-time auditing system determines that the relative risk of the job is high, and generally, the modified job description is not modified into content with low similarity. In this embodiment, the information real-time auditing system compares the similarity of the two character strings before and after modification through a specific algorithm, and when the similarity is lower than 60%, the similarity indicates that the whole job description is different from the original job description.
Identifying a highlight word: when the information type of the audit information field array is a text type, field information in newly released data is acquired, and whether the information is matched with a highlight word in a highlight word bank is checked. When the presence of a highlight word is detected, it is determined that the task belongs to a high-risk category. In this embodiment, the highlighting word is configured by the auditor in a self-defined manner, and during a period of time, the auditor considers that some keywords may have a relatively high risk, and for these keywords, the auditor needs to manually review. For example, some keywords with timeliness, such as a president secretary, network about car type company or job position, which were previously about the current politics, prompt the auditor to audit the company and job position by highlighting these words with higher risk.
Identifying an IP address: and acquiring user login information of the task to be checked, if the IP address of the task to be checked is matched with the high-risk IP pool and the user corresponding to the same IP address is checked to be a black user, judging the task to be checked as a high-risk type, distributing the task to be checked into a manual checking flow, and removing the task to be checked from the checking task queue, wherein the black user comprises a recruitment user and a job seeking user. In this embodiment, the high-risk IP addresses in the high-risk IP pool are provided by the security department of the company, and the blacklist of users is maintained by the auditor.
Identifying the reported condition: when the user of the task to be checked is a recruitment user, checking whether the information in the reporting complaint system is matched with the user information, if so, reporting other information including members and companies of the recruitment user, and confirming the reported information by the reporting system. In this embodiment, the job seeker may report HR chat through a report job channel on the page of the information real-time auditing system, where the report information may enter the report system. For example, when the job seeker chat with the recruiter HR in a text chat manner on the recruitment platform, the HR chat can be reported through the reporting position channel on the page if the HR is found to be suspected of illegal and illegal speech. For another example, the recruitment platform may monitor abnormal chat in real time, and when it is found that the HR of the recruitment user is chatting with multiple people at the same time, the recruitment platform may automatically report the recruitment user when the chat number reaches hundreds or even thousands of people, or when a plurality of micro signals are mentioned in the chat process, and the recruitment user is recorded in the reporting system after confirming the violation by the auditor. And when the user information is matched with the content in the reporting system, judging that the task to be checked is in a high-risk category, distributing the task to be checked into a manual checking flow, and removing the task from the checking task queue.
Identifying user behavior information: if the user has illegal operation, the task to be checked is judged to be in a high-risk category, the task to be checked is distributed into a manual checking flow and is removed from the checking task queue; the behavior information comprises behavior information such as login, chat, delivery resume and the like of the user. In this embodiment, the big data set is used to check whether the user has boring abnormal behavior in the last month, whether the user has fraud or not, whether the user has illegal behaviors related to impersonating corporate legal persons, chat with abnormally many persons at the same time, chat content including illegal words, mention of a plurality of micro signals in chat content, and the like, and when different people refer to different micro messages, illegal distribution behaviors may be involved. When the user behavior information is matched with the user behavior information of the task to be checked provided by the big data set, the task to be checked is judged to be in a high-risk category, and the task to be checked is distributed and listed in a manual checking flow and is removed from the checking task queue.
Identifying abnormal delivery behavior: when the user of the task to be checked is a job-seeking user, if the information reported by the recruiter HR complaint is checked in the complaint reporting system, whether the information is abnormal or not is checked, in the embodiment, the abnormal delivery behavior mainly refers to delivery behaviors of hundreds of positions, even thousands of positions, within a short time, and the positions are not related to each other, that is, delivery behaviors of various positions among the delivered positions. And if the job hunting user has abnormal delivery behaviors, judging the task to be checked as a high-risk class, distributing the task to be checked into a manual checking flow, and removing the task from the checking task queue.
The judging strategy also comprises some information which does not belong to high risk but cannot be issued online in certain aspects, for example, in the information submitted by a user, when violations occur in information such as companies, departments, positions and the like, the information is required to be submitted again by the user, so that when the task to be checked is subjected to multidimensional analysis, field information in the label type of the task to be checked is obtained, including information such as companies, departments, positions and the like, whether the information is matched with the violations in the violation word library is checked, if the violations are contained, the task to be checked is refuted, namely a reject message is generated, and the corresponding user is notified. Further, when a violation is matched, the violation is replaced with one or more characters, such as ". Times.. And automatically refuting the task to be checked for the problem system, generating a refuting message and sending the refuting message to a user, and prompting the user to modify the violation.
In a further embodiment, when the number of times that the relevant information in the field information in the label type of the task to be checked is rejected exceeds a preset overrun value, for example, 3 times of overrun, and the task to be checked is classified as a high-risk type, the task to be checked is distributed into a manual checking flow and is removed from the checking task queue, and when the checking personnel determines that the user information rejected for many times belongs to the condition of deliberately destroying the system in the manual checking, the checking personnel performs blackout treatment, namely, the checking personnel is classified into a blacklist.
