Description

Method and device for simulating arc generation of contact ignition of bow net
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of bow net contact ignition arc detection, in particular to a method and a device for simulating bow net contact ignition arc generation.
Background
In the field of rail transportation, arcing generated between a pantograph and a contact line can cause adverse effects on the flow taking quality of a metro vehicle, and greatly affect the service performance and the safety performance of a contact net in a power supply system, and meanwhile, the effective service lives of the pantograph and the contact net are shortened. The method has important significance in detecting and researching the hazard and preventive measures of the arc burning of the arch net.
In the test process, the generation of arcing needs to be simulated firstly, and the common practice is to use ultraviolet light waves emitted by a lighter to simulate the generation of arcing, and the method has a plurality of defects and disadvantages:
1. the principle of ultraviolet light emitted by the lighter and arc firing of the bow net are essentially different, and the actual working condition cannot be simulated most truly;
2. the ultraviolet light emitted by the lighter has limited transmission distance, which is not beneficial to evaluating the detection efficiency of the arcing detection module;
3. the lighter is a fire source with the quality which cannot be ensured, and has fire safety hidden trouble;
4. the working condition of the pantograph installation area is complex, and the scheme of using the lighter to simulate arcing requires an operator to hold the lighter in a simulated arcing position (namely, the contact point of the pantograph and the overhead contact system). The operator enters a pantograph installation area to work, so that the risk of collision injury exists;
5. the problem that the test environment cannot work fire or the application flow is complex exists, so that the test cannot be performed. .
