The skeleton includes a rectangular frame, and electrode structure installs in the rectangular frame of skeleton, and the power pack structure sets up in the top of skeleton, and filter screen structure installs in the outside of electrode structure and the below of power pack structure, and the anticreep structure includes chain mount pad 20, chain 21, and chain mount pad 20 sets up respectively on power pack structure and filter screen skeleton (first filter screen skeleton 22, second filter screen skeleton 23), and the chain mount pad 20 on power pack structure and the filter screen skeleton passes through the chain 21 to be connected.
