a signal generating module 40, configured to generate a glue-out pulse signal according to the adjusted target pulse period;
the glue spraying control module 50 is configured to send the glue outlet pulse signal to a glue spraying controller, so that the glue spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue outlet pulse signal.
Further, the period adjustment module 30 is further configured to obtain an initial pulse period corresponding to the current glue spraying operation; adjusting the initial pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output to obtain an adjusted candidate pulse period; determining period compensation information according to the candidate pulse period; and compensating the candidate pulse period according to the period compensation information to obtain an adjusted target pulse period.
Further, the adjustment judging module 20 is further configured to obtain a glue tolerance of the current glue spraying operation; determining a first glue amount condition corresponding to the current glue spraying operation according to the target glue amount and the glue amount tolerance; judging whether the actual glue output meets the first glue output condition; if yes, determining the initial pulse frequency of the current glue spraying operation according to the initial pulse period corresponding to the current glue spraying operation; and outputting a glue outlet pulse signal to a glue spraying controller based on the initial pulse frequency so that the glue spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue outlet pulse signal.
Further, the adjustment judging module 20 is further configured to obtain that the current glue spraying operation is extremely poor if not; determining a second glue amount condition corresponding to the current glue spraying operation according to the glue amount extremely poor, the target glue amount and the glue amount tolerance; judging whether the actual glue output meets the second glue output condition; if yes, executing the step of determining an adjusted pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output; if not, the abnormal warning of the glue amount is carried out according to a preset warning strategy.
Further, the glue amount obtaining module 10 is further configured to obtain an initial weight of a glue container in a current glue spraying operation; peeling the glue container according to the initial weight; glue is discharged from the glue container after peeling treatment, and the current weight of the glue container is weighed; and determining the actual glue outlet amount of the current glue spraying operation according to the current weight.
Further, the signal generating module 40 is further configured to determine a pulse width and a target pulse frequency of the current glue spraying operation according to the adjusted target pulse period; determining the duration of the glue according to the pulse width; and generating a glue outlet pulse signal based on the glue outlet duration and the target pulse frequency.
Further, the glue spraying control device further comprises:
the mobile control module 60 is further configured to obtain I/O interface information corresponding to the current glue spraying operation, and glue spreading track information of the current glue spraying operation; determining a target gluing position according to the gluing track information; generating a moving signal according to the gluing track information and the I/O interface information; and sending the moving signal to a moving controller corresponding to the current glue spraying operation, so that the moving controller moves the glue spraying controller to the target glue coating position based on the moving signal.
According to the embodiment, by acquiring the actual glue output and the target glue output corresponding to the current glue spraying operation, judging whether pulse period adjustment is needed according to the actual glue output and the target glue output, if so, determining an adjusted target pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output, generating a glue-spraying pulse signal according to the adjusted target pulse period, and sending the glue-spraying pulse signal to a glue-spraying controller so that the glue-spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue-spraying pulse signal; according to the invention, whether pulse period adjustment is needed is judged according to the actual glue output and the target glue output, so that the problem of poor glue spraying effect caused by inaccurate glue output is effectively avoided, the adjusted target pulse period is determined according to the actual glue output and the target glue output, and a glue output pulse signal is sent according to the target pulse period, so that the glue spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue output pulse signal, the accuracy of the glue output is ensured, the glue spraying quality of a product is effectively improved, and the stability of the glue output of the product is ensured.

Claims (10)

1. The glue spraying control method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
obtaining an actual glue output and a target glue output corresponding to the current glue spraying operation;
judging whether pulse period adjustment is needed according to the actual glue output and the target glue output;
if yes, determining an adjusted target pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output;
generating a glue-out pulse signal according to the adjusted target pulse period;
and sending the glue outlet pulse signal to a glue spraying controller so that the glue spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue outlet pulse signal.
2. The method of controlling glue spraying according to claim 1, wherein said determining the adjusted target pulse period according to the actual glue amount and the target glue amount comprises:
acquiring an initial pulse period corresponding to the current glue spraying operation;
adjusting the initial pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output to obtain an adjusted candidate pulse period;
determining period compensation information according to the candidate pulse period;
and compensating the candidate pulse period according to the period compensation information to obtain an adjusted target pulse period.
3. The method of controlling glue spraying according to claim 1, wherein the determining whether pulse period adjustment is required according to the actual glue output and the target glue output includes:
acquiring a glue quantity tolerance of the current glue spraying operation;
determining a first glue amount condition corresponding to the current glue spraying operation according to the target glue amount and the glue amount tolerance;
judging whether the actual glue output meets the first glue output condition;
if yes, determining the initial pulse frequency of the current glue spraying operation according to the initial pulse period corresponding to the current glue spraying operation;
and outputting a glue outlet pulse signal to a glue spraying controller based on the initial pulse frequency so that the glue spraying controller sprays glue based on the glue outlet pulse signal.
4. The method for controlling glue spraying according to claim 3, wherein after determining whether the actual glue amount meets the first glue amount condition, further comprising:
if not, obtaining the extremely poor glue quantity of the current glue spraying operation;
determining a second glue amount condition corresponding to the current glue spraying operation according to the glue amount extremely poor, the target glue amount and the glue amount tolerance;
judging whether the actual glue output meets the second glue output condition;
if yes, executing the step of determining an adjusted pulse period according to the actual glue output and the target glue output;
if not, the abnormal warning of the glue amount is carried out according to a preset warning strategy.
5. The method for controlling glue spraying according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the step of obtaining the actual glue output corresponding to the current glue spraying operation includes:
acquiring the initial weight of a glue container in the current glue spraying operation;
peeling the glue container according to the initial weight;
glue is discharged from the glue container after peeling treatment, and the current weight of the glue container is weighed;
and determining the actual glue outlet amount of the current glue spraying operation according to the current weight.
6. The glue spray control method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the generating a glue pulse signal according to the adjusted target pulse period comprises:
determining the pulse width and the target pulse frequency of the current glue spraying operation according to the adjusted target pulse period;
determining the duration of the glue according to the pulse width;
and generating a glue outlet pulse signal based on the glue outlet duration and the target pulse frequency.
7. The glue spray control method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein before the sending the glue out pulse signal to a glue spray controller to cause the glue spray controller to spray glue based on the glue out pulse signal, further comprising:
acquiring I/O interface information corresponding to the current glue spraying operation and gluing track information of the current glue spraying operation;
determining a target gluing position according to the gluing track information;
generating a moving signal according to the gluing track information and the I/O interface information;
and sending the moving signal to a moving controller corresponding to the current glue spraying operation, so that the moving controller moves the glue spraying controller to the target glue coating position based on the moving signal.
8. A glue spray control device, characterized in that the glue spray control device comprises:
the glue amount acquisition module is used for acquiring an actual glue amount and a target glue amount adjustment judgment module corresponding to the current glue spraying operation, and judging whether pulse period adjustment is needed or not according to the actual glue amount and the target glue amount;
